本发明公开了一种卡扣连接的线性灯,包括预埋件和设置在预埋件内的灯具,灯具包括灯壳和设置在灯壳内的设置有PCB板,PCB板上设置有若干LED光源,预埋件的内侧壁设置有滑槽,灯壳的下端设置有卡入滑槽内的弹性卡扣,使灯具能够永久性的卡在预埋件内不会掉落,使用寿命长,安全性高;另外,在调整灯具位置时,弹性卡扣可以在滑槽内任意滑动,方便调整。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明灯具,特别是一种卡扣连接的线性灯。
背景技术
现有技术中的线性灯通过磁铁吸附在预埋件内,一方面,当磁铁消磁后,灯具便会掉落,使用寿命短,安全性差;另一方面,受到磁力的影响,在调整灯具位置时,灯具在预埋件内滑动需要克服磁力做功,操作较为困难。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种用寿命长,安全性高、方便调整的线性灯。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种卡扣连接的线性灯,包括预埋件和设置在所述预埋件内的灯具,所述灯具包括灯壳和设置在所述灯壳内的设置有PCB板,所述PCB板上设置有若干LED光源,所述预埋件与灯具之间活动连接。
所述预埋件的内侧壁设置有滑槽,所述灯壳的下端设置有卡入所述滑槽内的弹性卡扣。
所述预埋件内设置有位于所述滑槽下端的第一插槽,所述第一插槽内设置有电联板,所述灯壳的下端设置有导电部,所述导电部的上端与所述PCB板电连接,下端与所述电联板电连接。
所述灯壳的下端设置有绝缘件,所述导电部固定在所述绝缘件上,所述弹性卡扣设置在所述绝缘件的侧端。
所述绝缘件与灯壳之间螺纹连接。
所述预埋件的底端设置有线槽,装配后,所述电联板盖合在所述线槽的上端。
所述灯壳的内侧壁设置有第二插槽,所述PCB板固定在所述第二插槽内。
所述灯壳的内侧壁设置有位于所述第二插槽上端的第三插槽,所述第三插槽内设置有透光板。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明在预埋件的内侧壁设置有滑槽,灯具的下端设置有卡入滑槽内的弹性卡扣,通过预埋件与灯具之间的卡扣连接,使灯具能够永久性的卡在预埋件内不会掉落,使用寿命长,安全性高;另外,在调整灯具位置时,弹性卡扣可以在滑槽内任意滑动,方便调整。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图6,一种卡扣连接的线性灯,包括预埋件1和设置在所述预埋件1内的灯具2,预埋件1由型材一体成型,型材每一米为一个单元,每个单元之间可以通过连接件连接,实现无限延长,预埋件可安装在天花板、墙壁等处形成轨道。所述灯具2包括灯壳3和设置在所述灯壳3内的设置有PCB板4,所述PCB板4上设置有若干LED光源。所述预埋件1与灯具2之间活动连接,更进一步地说,预埋件1的内侧壁设置有滑槽5,所述灯壳3的下端设置有卡入所述滑槽5内的弹性卡扣6,通过卡扣连接的方式将灯具安装在预埋件1内,使灯具2能够永久性的卡在预埋件1内不会掉落,使用寿命长,安全性高。
在本实施例中,所述预埋件1内设置有位于所述滑槽5下端的第一插槽7,所述第一插槽7内设置有电联板8,所述灯壳3的下端设置有绝缘件10,绝缘件10上固定安装有若干导电部9,所述导电部9的上端与所述PCB板4电连接,下端与所述电联板8电连接,更进一步地说,导电部9为导电针或导电柱,导电部9的下端与电联板8之间采用接触式导电,在调整灯具位置时,导电部9与电联板8能够保持电接触;在拆卸维修时,可以快速将灯具2拿出或放入,安装方便、灵活。所述绝缘件10为塑料件,侧端一体成型有所述弹性卡扣6。所述绝缘件10与灯壳3之间通过螺丝螺纹连接,安装简单。所述预埋件1的底端设置有线槽11,装配后,所述电联板8盖合在所述线槽11的上端,电联板8通过导线与开关面板连接,导线藏于线槽11内,分布整齐、合理。
在本实施例中,所述灯壳3的内侧壁设置有第二插槽12,所述PCB板4从侧端插入固定在所述第二插槽12内,装配简单,安装牢固。所述灯壳3的内侧壁设置有位于所述第二插槽12上端的第三插槽13,所述第三插槽13内设置有透光板14,透光板14从侧端插入第三插槽13,装配简单,安装牢固,透光板14对LED光源起到保护作用,防止灰尘进入灯壳内,同时也便于灯具的清洁。预埋件1的两端螺纹连接有第一盖板15,对灯具2的移动起到限位作用,防止脱落,安全性高。灯壳3的两端螺纹连接有第二盖板16,对PCB板4和透光板14起到限位固定的作用,防止脱落,安全性高。

Claims (8)

1.一种卡扣连接的线性灯,包括预埋件(1)和设置在所述预埋件(1)内的灯具(2),所述灯具(2)包括灯壳(3)和设置在所述灯壳(3)内的设置有PCB板(4),所述PCB板(4)上设置有若干LED光源,其特征在于所述预埋件(1)与灯具(2)之间活动连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卡扣连接的线性灯,其特征在于所述预埋件(1)的内侧壁设置有滑槽(5),所述灯壳(3)的下端设置有卡入所述滑槽(5)内的弹性卡扣(6)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的卡扣连接的线性灯,其特征在于所述预埋件(1)内设置有位于所述滑槽(5)下端的第一插槽(7),所述第一插槽(7)内设置有电联板(8),所述灯壳(3)的下端设置有导电部(9),所述导电部(9)的上端与所述PCB板(4)电连接,下端与所述电联板(8)电连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的卡扣连接的线性灯,其特征在于所述灯壳(3)的下端设置有绝缘件(10),所述导电部(9)固定在所述绝缘件(10)上,所述弹性卡扣(6)设置在所述绝缘件(10)的侧端。
5.根据权利要求4所述的卡扣连接的线性灯,其特征在于所述绝缘件(10)与灯壳(3)之间螺纹连接。
6.根据权利要求3所述的卡扣连接的线性灯,其特征在于所述预埋件(1)的底端设置有线槽(11),装配后,所述电联板(8)盖合在所述线槽(11)的上端。
7.根据权利要求1所述的卡扣连接的线性灯,其特征在于所述灯壳(3)的内侧壁设置有第二插槽(12),所述PCB板(4)固定在所述第二插槽(12)内。
8.根据权利要求7所述的卡扣连接的线性灯,其特征在于所述灯壳(3)的内侧壁设置有位于所述第二插槽(12)上端的第三插槽(13),所述第三插槽(13)内设置有透光板(14)。
