Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of textile products, relates to an improvement of a knitted fabric and a production process thereof, and in particular relates to a selenium-rich fiber functional health-care knitted fabric and a weaving method thereof.
Background
Selenium is one of 14 microelements necessary for human body, and has the reputation of 'life fire type', 'heart guard' and 'anticancer king', etc., and the medical science proves that: the selenium element has the scientific effects of improving the immune function of a human body, participating in the treatment of diabetes, maintaining the health of cardiac muscle, preventing and resisting cancer, preventing and treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, protecting liver, resisting oxidation, delaying aging, detoxifying, preventing toxicity, resisting pollution and the like, improving the immune function of the human body, resisting oxidation, delaying aging and the like.
Although the scientific efficacy of selenium has been medically demonstrated, most people do not reach the standard in intake due to geographical factors. Forty countries and regions all over the world belong to selenium-deficient regions, and China is a large selenium-deficient country. About seven hundred million people in China live in low selenium areas. The selenium content in the food in most areas is below 0.02mg/kg, the southeast coast is the selenium-rich area of China, and only 0.10mg/kg is the minimum limit specified by the United nations health organization. The standard selenium supplementing level of more than 40 micrograms per person per day is not achieved in the food of Chinese people, and especially in people in areas with selenium deficiency, the purpose of supplementing selenium from the food is more difficult to achieve. Therefore, it is necessary to seek other ways to achieve the purpose of supplementing selenium. Therefore, the selenium-rich fiber is developed to supplement selenium element and improve life quality. Chinese patent CN201410180965 discloses a preparation method of selenium-enriched fibers, and the processed selenium-enriched textile is completely matched with the theory of pursuing health by people, so that the method has great social benefit, and the development of the selenium-enriched textile is a technical problem to be solved urgently at present. In addition, chinese patent CN201610309854 discloses a health-care cool yarn and a fabric thereof, which are formed by the steps of cleaning, carding, drawing, roving and spinning of fibers, wherein the health-care cool yarn is formed by blending selenium-rich fibers and cool fibers, has cool sensitivity, can well meet the clothing performance of summer wear, is simple application of the selenium-rich fibers, directly blends the selenium-rich fibers and the cool fibers, has no improvement on the process, and is definitely only suitable for summer wear due to the cool sensitivity of the added cool fibers. According to the invention, the fine denier selenium-rich fiber is used as a basic raw material, through the performance research and analysis of the fine denier selenium-rich fiber, the optimal component collocation and the weaving, dyeing and finishing process are optimized, so that the knitted product with the effects of softness, comfort, moisture absorption, sweat release, negative oxygen ion emission and the like is developed, the requirement of people on supplementing trace element selenium is met, the fine denier selenium-rich fiber has a certain promotion effect on body health, the fine denier selenium-rich fiber can be applied to all-season clothes, and the requirement cannot be met by the conventional home textile product.

(3) Square meter dry weight: 140.+ -.10 g/m2.
(4) Width of machine: 180.+ -.5 cm.
(II) technical key of the invention
(1) Since the combination of the variable rib and jacquard weave is adopted, the yarn-laying angle of the two yarns is very important, and therefore, the position of the yarn-guiding steel shuttle should be reasonably adjusted. The yarn feeding tension is well controlled to be between 3 and 5cN so as to avoid the problems of crosspiece and the like.
(2) The equipment pays attention to the needle sequence when arranging the needles so as to prevent the fabric from being misplaced.
(3) The yarn guiding system for knitting the spandex yarn needs to ensure that the spandex yarn guide wheel has no flower hair and ensures that the guide wheel rotates normally.
Thirdly, main technical indexes of products
The invention is subjected to a functional test according to the standards of FZ/T73024-2014 chemical fiber knitted underwear, GB/T5453-1997 determination of textile fabric air permeability and GB/T30128-2013 detection and evaluation of textile anion generation amount, and the functional index test results are shown in the following table:
functional index
Functional index | Standard requirements | Actual measurement value | Assessment of |
Air permeability (mm/s) | ≥180 | 461 | Qualified product |
Pilling (level) | ≥4 | 4 | Qualified product |
Amount of anion generation (per cm) 3 ) | More than 1000 negative ions, 500-1000 negative ions with higher generation amount, and less than 500 negative ions with medium generation amount | 1312 | The occurrence amount is higher |
As shown in the table, the functional health-care knitted fabric of the fine denier selenium-rich fiber has good air permeability, anti-pilling performance and negative oxygen ion emission performance, meets the requirements of people on health-care knitted fabrics, and lays a foundation for the application of the novel fiber in the knitting field.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the invention in any way, and any person skilled in the art may make modifications or alterations to the disclosed technical content to the equivalent embodiments. However, any simple modification, equivalent variation and variation of the above embodiments according to the technical substance of the present invention still fall within the protection scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
