本发明公开了一种机械部件油污洗涤剂,采用如下原料制备:10‑15重量份烷基苯磺酸钠、5‑10重量份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、5‑10重量份脂肪酰基谷氨酸盐、5‑8重量份硅藻土、6‑9重量份异丙醇、5‑8重量份甘油、3‑6重量份月桂酸钠、3‑6重量份聚丙烯醇、30‑45重量份纯净水。本发明的洗涤剂原料配比合理,渗透力强,去油污效果好,清洗彻底,且无毒环保,有一定的抑菌杀菌作用,对操作人员的健康提供了一定的保障作用。

本发明涉及化工技术领域,具体涉及一种机械部件油污洗涤剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,机械越来越大型化和精密化,不仅仅提高了工作的效率,同时解决了以往很多难以解决的难题,精密化是机械发展的一个方向。由于部件的精密化,对于零部件的清洗液变得更加重要,一般的洗涤剂为汽油、煤油、柴油等燃料清洗各种机械部件,其有毒有害、安全性差、不易储存、污染环境,具有重大的安全隐患。近几年来,国家也在不断地加大了对汽油、煤油、三氯乙烯、四氯化碳等有机溶剂替代品的研究,但大多功能单一,只能用于除油,没有其它的作用。
发明内容
针对上述现状,本发明的目的是提供一种机械部件油污洗涤剂及其制备方法,该洗涤剂不仅去油污效果好,还有抑菌作用,对机械部件有一定的保养作用。
本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种机械部件油污洗涤剂,采用如下原料制备:10-15重量份烷基苯磺酸钠、5-10重量份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、5-10重量份脂肪酰基谷氨酸盐、5-8重量份硅藻土、6-9重量份异丙醇、5-8重量份甘油、3-6重量份月桂酸钠、3-6重量份聚丙烯醇、30-45重量份纯净水。
进一步地,所述的机械部件油污洗涤剂,采用如下原料制备:12-13重量份烷基苯磺酸钠、7-8重量份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、7-8重量份脂肪酰基谷氨酸盐、6-7重量份硅藻土、7-8重量份异丙醇、6-7重量份甘油、4-5重量份月桂酸钠、4-5重量份聚丙烯醇、35-40重量份纯净水。
更进一步地,所述的机械部件油污洗涤剂,采用如下原料制备:12.5重量份烷基苯磺酸钠、7.5重量份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、7.5重量份脂肪酰基谷氨酸盐、6.5重量份硅藻土、7.5重量份异丙醇、6.5重量份甘油、4.5重量份月桂酸钠、4.5重量份聚丙烯醇、37.5重量份纯净水。
相应地,本发明还提供了上述机械部件油污洗涤剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:按配比将烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酰基谷氨酸盐、硅藻土、异丙醇、甘油、月桂酸钠、聚丙烯醇、纯净水依次加入到搅拌机中,50-55℃下以700-800转/min的速率搅拌10-15min,即得洗涤剂。
本发明的优点是:本发明的洗涤剂原料配比合理,渗透力强,去油污效果好,清洗彻底,且无毒环保,有一定的抑菌杀菌作用,对操作人员的健康提供了一定的保障作用。

一种机械部件油污洗涤剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将10重量份烷基苯磺酸钠、5重量份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、5重量份脂肪酰基谷氨酸盐、5重量份硅藻土、6重量份异丙醇、5重量份甘油、3重量份月桂酸钠、3重量份聚丙烯醇、30重量份纯净水依次加入到搅拌机中,50℃下以700-800转/min的速率搅拌10-15min,即得洗涤剂。
实施例2
一种机械部件油污洗涤剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将12重量份烷基苯磺酸钠、7重量份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、7重量份脂肪酰基谷氨酸盐、6重量份硅藻土、7重量份异丙醇、6重量份甘油、4重量份月桂酸钠、4重量份聚丙烯醇、35重量份纯净水依次加入到搅拌机中,50℃下以700转/min的速率搅拌10min,即得洗涤剂。
实施例3
一种机械部件油污洗涤剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将12.5重量份烷基苯磺酸钠、7.5重量份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、7.5重量份脂肪酰基谷氨酸盐、6.5重量份硅藻土、7.5重量份异丙醇、6.5重量份甘油、4.5重量份月桂酸钠、4.5重量份聚丙烯醇、37.5重量份纯净水依次加入到搅拌机中,52.5℃下以750转/min的速率搅拌12.5min,即得洗涤剂。
实施例4
一种机械部件油污洗涤剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将13重量份烷基苯磺酸钠、8重量份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、8重量份脂肪酰基谷氨酸盐、7重量份硅藻土、8重量份异丙醇、7重量份甘油、5重量份月桂酸钠、5重量份聚丙烯醇、40重量份纯净水依次加入到搅拌机中,55℃下以800转/min的速率搅拌15min,即得洗涤剂。
实施例5
一种机械部件油污洗涤剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将15重量份烷基苯磺酸钠、10重量份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、10重量份脂肪酰基谷氨酸盐、8重量份硅藻土、9重量份异丙醇、8重量份甘油、6重量份月桂酸钠、6重量份聚丙烯醇、45重量份纯净水依次加入到搅拌机中,55℃下以800转/min的速率搅拌15min,即得洗涤剂。

1.一种机械部件油污洗涤剂,其特征在于采用如下原料制备:10-15重量份烷基苯磺酸钠、5-10重量份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、5-10重量份脂肪酰基谷氨酸盐、5-8重量份硅藻土、6-9重量份异丙醇、5-8重量份甘油、3-6重量份月桂酸钠、3-6重量份聚丙烯醇、30-45重量份纯净水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机械部件油污洗涤剂,其特征在于采用如下原料制备:12-13重量份烷基苯磺酸钠、7-8重量份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、7-8重量份脂肪酰基谷氨酸盐、6-7重量份硅藻土、7-8重量份异丙醇、6-7重量份甘油、4-5重量份月桂酸钠、4-5重量份聚丙烯醇、35-40重量份纯净水。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的机械部件油污洗涤剂,其特征在于采用如下原料制备:12.5重量份烷基苯磺酸钠、7.5重量份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、7.5重量份脂肪酰基谷氨酸盐、6.5重量份硅藻土、7.5重量份异丙醇、6.5重量份甘油、4.5重量份月桂酸钠、4.5重量份聚丙烯醇、37.5重量份纯净水。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的机械部件油污洗涤剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:按配比将烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酰基谷氨酸盐、硅藻土、异丙醇、甘油、月桂酸钠、聚丙烯醇、纯净水依次加入到搅拌机中,50-55℃下以700-800转/min的速率搅拌10-15min,即得洗涤剂。
