When the device is used, sewage enters the water inlet cavity 5 through the water inlet pipe 6 for preliminary sedimentation, the precipitated sewage enters the water outlet cavity 4 through the filter pipe 11 and then enters the disinfection box 2 through the connecting pipe 14, the sewage is filtered layer by layer in the filter pipe 11 through the filter screen 12 and the activated carbon layer 13, impurities in the sewage are removed, and the water quality is improved; filtered sewage gets into disinfect box 2 in, carries out abundant mixture with the disinfectant of water smoke state, carries out direct disinfection to further promote quality of water, reduce domestic sewage by a wide margin and to the influence of all ring edge borders.
