本发明涉及一种衬套拆卸结构，包括固定套、圆柱销、扇叶、旋转轴、导向销，所述的旋转轴底部设置有直径小于衬套孔直径的托盘，固定套间隙配合安装在旋转轴上，底部设置有与旋转轴底部托盘直径相同的转盘，在所述的托盘和转盘之间设置有多个形状相同扇叶，每个扇叶均通过圆柱销安装在固定套的转盘上并可以绕圆柱销转动，导向销的底端固定在旋转轴底部的托盘上，上部位于扇叶的导向槽内。本发明通过扇叶的开合，从而实现了衬套的方便拆卸，并且同步受力，从而保证衬套不因为受力不均而损坏。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种衬套拆卸结构，尤其适用于衬套安装位置的底孔为台阶孔或盲孔的衬套拆卸结构。
背景技术
当衬套安装底孔为台阶孔或盲孔时，一般的衬套拆卸工具是利用数个卡爪将衬套拔出，操作时卡爪很难保持同步受力，卡爪易断裂、底孔易损。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种衬套拆卸结构，可以实现衬套安装底孔为台阶孔或盲孔时的衬套的拆卸，并具有同步受力，从而保证衬套不因为受力不均而损坏。
本发明的具体技术方案是，所述的衬套拆卸结构包括固定套、圆柱销、扇叶、旋转轴、导向销，所述的旋转轴底部设置有直径小于衬套孔直径的托盘，固定套间隙配合安装在旋转轴上，底部设置有与旋转轴底部托盘直径相同的转盘，在所述的托盘和转盘之间设置有多个形状相同扇叶，每个扇叶均通过圆柱销安装在固定套的转盘上并可以绕圆柱销转动，导向销的底端固定在旋转轴底部的托盘上，上部位于扇叶的导向槽内，所述的导向销绕旋转轴转动时，通过导向槽的导向，使扇叶绕圆柱销转动而闭合或展开，当扇叶闭合时，所有扇叶均位于托盘和转盘之间；当扇叶展开时，扇叶的部分区域从托盘和转盘之间伸出。
本发明在使用时，转动旋转轴，导向销随旋转轴做周向运动，同时导向销通过导向槽带动扇叶绕圆柱销旋转，使扇叶闭合；然后将本结构安装在待拆卸的部件上，将扇叶位置置于待拆卸衬套下部，将固定套固定，转动旋转轴，使扇叶展开，卡在衬套底部，并能与衬套底面平面接触，均匀施力，实现衬套的平稳拆卸，保证了拆卸过程衬套受力均匀，避免损伤底孔。本发明通过扇叶的开合，从而实现了衬套的方便拆卸，并且同步受力，从而保证衬套不因为受力不均而损坏。

如图所示，衬套拆卸结构包括固定套1、圆柱销2、扇叶3、旋转轴4、导向销5，所述的旋转轴4底部设置有直径小于衬套孔直径的托盘，固定套1间隙配合安装在旋转轴4上，底部设置有与旋转轴底部托盘直径相同的转盘，在所述的托盘和转盘之间设置有多个形状相同扇叶3，每个扇叶3均通过圆柱销2安装在固定套1的转盘上并可以绕圆柱销2转动，导向销5的底端固定在旋转轴4底部的托盘上，上部位于扇叶3的导向槽内，所述的导向销5绕旋转轴转动时，通过导向槽的导向，使扇叶绕圆柱销2转动而闭合或展开，当扇叶3闭合时，所有扇叶3均位于托盘和转盘之间；当扇叶3展开时，扇叶3的部分区域从托盘和转盘之间伸出。

1.一种衬套拆卸结构，其特征在于，所述的结构包括固定套(1)、圆柱销(2)、扇叶(3)、旋转轴(4)、导向销(5)，所述的旋转轴(4)底部设置有直径小于衬套孔直径的托盘，固定套(1)间隙配合安装在旋转轴(4)上，底部设置有与旋转轴底部托盘直径相同的转盘，在所述的托盘和转盘之间设置有多个形状相同扇叶(3)，每个扇叶(3)均通过圆柱销(2)安装在固定套(1)的转盘上并可以绕圆柱销(2)转动，导向销(5)的底端固定在旋转轴(4)底部的托盘上，上部位于扇叶(3)的导向槽内，所述的导向销5绕旋转轴转动时，通过导向槽的导向，使扇叶绕圆柱销(2)转动而闭合或展开，当扇叶(3)闭合时，所有扇叶(3)均位于托盘和转盘之间；当扇叶(3)展开时，扇叶(3)的部分区域从托盘和转盘之间伸出。
