in the step A, the lifting device (5) comprises a frame body (51) and a lifting frame (52) for fixing the unloading truck, wherein the middle part of the frame body (51) is a lifting cavity, the front side is an open discharging side, and the rear side is an open feeding side; a pair of vertically-mounted first guide rails are oppositely arranged at the front positions of the left side and the right side of the frame body (51), a pair of vertically-mounted second guide rails are oppositely arranged at the rear positions of the frame body, the upper end of each second guide rail is provided with an arc section which takes the top end of each first guide rail as the center of a circle, the radius of each arc section is consistent with the distance between each first guide rail and each second guide rail, and the top ends of the first guide rail and each second guide rail are respectively provided with a limiting block; the lifting frame (52) is positioned in a lifting cavity of the frame body (51), the upper end of the front side of the lifting frame is provided with a rotating shaft (521) which is transversely arranged, two ends of the rotating shaft (521) are slidably arranged on the first guide rail, and the height of the front side of the lifting frame (52) is lower than that of the front end of the unloading vehicle; the bottom of the lifting frame (52) is provided with a bracket (522) for supporting the unloading vehicle, the rear side is provided with an opening for the unloading vehicle to enter and exit, and the left side and the right side are provided with sliding parts facing the second guide rail and slidably arranged on the second guide rail; a winch (53) is further installed at the top of the frame body (51), and a steel wire rope of the winch (53) is connected to the lifting frame (52) and is located between the first guide rail and the second guide rail;
