本发明涉及一种线夹,尤其涉及一种双导线T型线夹。
背景技术
T型线夹是使导线与分支线相连接,以传递电气负荷用的金具。在使用现用的异型线夹进行地电位搭接引线过程中,线夹难以固定,作业人员需要使用的操作杆太多,为了保证分线处导线连接的稳定,通常在分先后需要使用胶带将分出的导线与主线路进行并联后再分开,这样便可保证连接点的稳定性,然而仅仅利用胶带捆扎稳定性较差,市场上还没有出现专用的粗导线分线线卡,同时作业繁琐复杂,操作难度大,作业耗时长,工作强度大。而由于难以固定线夹,往往会造成接触不良,存在接头过热,引起导线断股、造成导线损伤等隐患。因此,为解决上述问题,特提供一种新的技术方案。

本发明提供一种双导线T型线夹。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种双导线T型线夹,包括T型线夹本体以及第一双头直线线夹和第二双头直线线夹,所述T型线夹本体两侧分别固定第一双头直线线夹和第二双头直线线夹,在第一双头直线线夹和第二双头直线线夹的外侧均设有凹槽,在T型线夹本体的T型过渡处为圆弧状,在第一双头直线线夹和第二双头直线线夹的顶端分别开有安装孔,在安装孔内固定有引流端子。
进一步的,所述凹槽的宽度分别是第一双头直线线夹和第二双头直线线夹直径的一半。
进一步的,所述T型线夹本体与第一双头直线线夹和第二双头直线线夹之间焊接固定。
进一步的,所述T型线夹本体与第一双头直线线夹和第二双头直线线夹之间垂直固定。
进一步的,所述安装孔与引流端子之间螺纹固定连接。
本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,采用T型线夹,第一双头直线线夹和第二双头直线线夹上的引流端子,使得固定引线方便,接触面足够,对主线方便可靠的固定,通过凹槽的设定,能使粗导线与其它导线进行分隔,便于施工,保证了用户的供电安全,性能稳定,不会造成导线的损伤。

如图1所示的一种双导线T型线夹,包括T型线夹本体1以及第一双头直线线夹2和第二双头直线线夹3,T型线夹本体1两侧分别固定第一双头直线线夹2和第二双头直线线夹3,在第一双头直线线夹2和第二双头直线线夹3的外侧均设有凹槽4,在T型线夹本体1的T型过渡处为圆弧状5,在第一双头直线线夹2和第二双头直线线夹3的顶端分别开有安装孔6,在安装孔6内固定有引流端子7,安装孔6与引流端子7之间螺纹固定连接,结构简单,采用T型线夹,第一双头直线线夹和第二双头直线线夹上的引流端子,使得固定引线方便,接触面足够,对主线方便可靠的固定;
凹槽4的宽度分别是第一双头直线线夹2和第二双头直线线夹3直径的一半,通过凹槽4的设定,能使粗导线与其它导线进行分隔,便于施工,保证了用户的供电安全,性能稳定,不会造成导线的损伤;
T型线夹本体1与第一双头直线线夹2和第二双头直线线夹3之间焊接固定,T型线夹本体1与第一双头直线线夹2和第二双头直线线夹3之间垂直固定。
