Description

Hard disk installation device, hard disk installation kit and disk array
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of storage structures, in particular to a hard disk installation device, a hard disk installation kit and a disk array.
Background
In the prior art, before a hard disk is mounted on a disk array, the hard disk needs to be placed in a handle bar structure, and after the hard disk is fixed on the handle bar structure through a fixing device, a hard disk unit is formed. And then, placing a plurality of hard disk units into the hard disk frames of the disk array. When a hard disk unit in the disk array fails (a handle bar structure failure or a hard disk failure), a maintenance worker needs to extract the failed hard disk unit from the hard disk frame for replacement: if the hard disk fails, the maintenance personnel separate the handle bar structure from the hard disk, after the failed hard disk is replaced, the new hard disk is fixed on the handle bar structure, and the hard disk unit is formed again and then inserted back into the disk array; if the handle bar structure is in failure, maintenance personnel separate the handle bar structure from the hard disk, fix the detached hard disk on the new handle bar structure, and insert the hard disk unit back into the disk array after reforming the hard disk unit.
However, since the hard disk is fixed on the handle bar structure by the fixing device to form the hard disk unit, and then the hard disk unit can be placed in the hard disk frame of the disk array, when the hard disk fails and the handle bar structure does not fail, the whole hard disk unit also needs to be pulled out from the hard disk frame, and the handle bar structure is separated from the hard disk and then replaced.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a hard disk installation device, a hard disk installation kit and a disk array.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the embodiment of the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
in a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a hard disk mounting device, which is mounted in a hard disk frame of a disk array and includes a tab sleeve and a handle bar. The pull sheet sleeve is fixed on the hard disk frame; the handle strip comprises a handle strip body, a handle and a clamping structure, wherein the handle strip body is slidably arranged in the pull piece sleeve, and the handle is arranged at one end of the handle strip body; when installing the hard disk on the handle strip body, the structure can block the hard disk by the card, and at this moment, the hard disk can slide along with the handle strip body. When the handle is pulled to the outside of the hard disk frame, the handle bar body slides out of the hard disk frame along the pull sheet sleeve so as to install and detach the hard disk.
It is thus clear that, on the one hand, because the hard disk can be installed on the handle strip body, when the handle was pulled to the outside of hard disk frame, the handle strip body was along pulling-on piece cover roll-off hard disk frame to carry out the installation and the dismantlement of hard disk, consequently compare with prior art, when the hard disk broke down and hard disk installation device did not break down, this application can be with the handle strip body along pulling-on piece cover pull-off hard disk frame, carry out the installation and the dismantlement of hard disk under the condition of not dismantling hard disk installation device. On the other hand, the hard disk and the hard disk mounting device are not fixed through a fixing device, so that the hard disk can be easily separated from the hard disk mounting device. Therefore, the hard disk mounting device and the hard disk provided by the embodiment of the invention are designed separately, and the hard disk can be quickly replaced.
Furthermore, the handle is connected with the handle bar body through the rotating structure, and when the hard disk is arranged on the handle bar body, the handle is rotated through the rotating structure to abut against the hard disk; when the hard disk is disassembled, the handle is rotated through the rotating structure, so that the handle does not block the hard disk any more.
Specifically, the handle and the handle bar body can form a certain angle by rotating the handle. When the handle and the handle strip body form an angle of 0 degree, the handle can conveniently drive the handle strip body to slide along the pull piece sleeve; when the handle and the handle strip body form an angle of 90 degrees and the hard disk is installed in the hard disk installation device, the handle can prop against the hard disk; when the hard disk is disassembled, the handle is rotated to enable the handle and the handle bar body to be 0 degree, the handle does not abut against the hard disk any more, and therefore the hard disk can be conveniently disassembled.
Furthermore, the clamping structure is connected to the other end of the handle bar body and forms a certain angle with the handle bar body, and when the hard disk is arranged on the handle bar body, the clamping structure clamps the hard disk, so that the hard disk can slide along with the handle bar body. Meanwhile, when the handle and the handle bar body are at a certain angle, the handle bar body and the clamping structure can fix the hard disk.
Optionally, after the handle is rotated through the rotating structure, the handle and the handle bar body can be 90 degrees, and the clamping structure and the handle bar body can be 90 degrees, so that the handle, the handle bar body and the clamping structure form a fixed structure to fix the hard disk.
Furthermore, the hard disk mounting device can also comprise an adhesion structure, wherein the adhesion structure is arranged on one surface of the handle and the clamping structure, which is close to the hard disk, or the adhesion structure is arranged on one surface of the handle, which is close to the hard disk, or the adhesion structure is arranged on one surface of the clamping structure, which is close to the hard disk; the adhesion structure is used for fixing the hard disk.
Further, the adhesion structure can be a viscous structure or a magnetic structure, the adhesion structure can be viscose, and the magnetic structure can be a magnet.
Further, the hard disk mounting device may further include at least one spring: at least one shell fragment sets up on the one side that is close to the hard disk of handle strip body for reduce the vibrations of hard disk when sliding along with handle strip body together, thereby the protection hard disk.
Further, the hard disk installation device may further include a hard disk indicator light: the hard disk indicator light is arranged on the pull-tab sleeve and used for indicating the working state of the hard disk. So that the user can conveniently and quickly check the state of the hard disk.
In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a hard disk mounting kit, where the hard disk mounting kit includes a pair of hard disk mounting devices in an opposite arrangement according to any one of the first aspects; when the handle of any hard disk mounting device is pulled to the outside of the hard disk frame, the handle bar body of the hard disk mounting device slides out of the hard disk frame along the pull sheet sleeve of the hard disk mounting device so as to mount and dismount the hard disk.
In a third aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a disk array, where the disk array includes: at least one hard disk frame, each hard disk frame comprising an array slot, each array slot for securing a hard disk mounting device of any one of the first aspects.
Further, the hard disk mounting device is detachably mounted to the array card slot through a clamp structure, and when an acting force applied to the handle to the outside of the hard disk frame is greater than a clamping force of the clamp structure, the hard disk mounting device is separated from the array card slot. In this way, the hard disk mounting device can be detached from the storage array and repaired or replaced.
In a fourth aspect, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a disk array, where the disk array includes: and each hard disk frame comprises a pair of oppositely arranged array clamping grooves which are respectively used for fixing a pair of oppositely arranged hard disk mounting devices of the second aspect.

Detailed Description
The terms "comprising" and "having," and any variations thereof, in the description and claims of this application and the drawings are intended to cover non-exclusive inclusions.
It should be noted that: the terms "upper", "lower", "left" and "right" described in the embodiments of the present invention are merely used to explain the present invention by referring to the drawings, and are not used as limiting terms.
As shown in fig. 1-3, before mounting a hard disk to a disk array, in the prior art, the hard disk shown in fig. 1 is first placed in a hard disk mounting device shown in fig. 2, i.e. a handle bar structure, and the hard disk is fixed on the handle bar structure by a fixing device (not shown in fig. 2 and 3) to assemble a hard disk unit shown in fig. 3. After the hard disk units are assembled, the plurality of hard disk units are placed in a hard disk frame of the disk array to form the disk array, and a schematic structural diagram of the disk array is shown in fig. 4. Generally, a handle bar structure is used to protect a hard disk to reduce vibration of the hard disk in a disk array. The fixing means may be a fastener such as a screw.
When a certain hard disk unit in the disk array breaks down, a maintainer needs to draw out the broken hard disk unit from the hard disk frame for replacement, so that no matter the structure of the handle bar breaks down or the hard disk breaks down, the whole hard disk unit needs to be drawn out from the hard disk frame, the fixing device for fixing the handle bar structure and the hard disk is disassembled, the handle bar structure is separated from the hard disk, and therefore, a large amount of time is consumed for replacing the hard disk.
The embodiment of the invention separately designs the hard disk and the hard disk mounting device, namely the hard disk does not need to be mounted to the hard disk mounting device before being mounted to the disk array, and the hard disk mounting device can be mounted to the hard disk frame in advance and can slide in the hard disk frame. When the hard disk needs to be installed, the hard disk installation device can be pulled out of the hard disk frame, the hard disk is installed on the hard disk installation device, and then the hard disk installation device provided with the hard disk is pushed back to the hard disk frame. When the hard disk needs to be disassembled, the hard disk installation device is pulled out of the hard disk frame and then disassembled. Therefore, the hard disk can be conveniently and quickly disassembled and installed. The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a hard disk mounting device 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 6 is a cross-sectional view of the hard disk mounting device 10 along the XOZ plane in fig. 5, where no hard disk is mounted in both fig. 5 and fig. 6. The hard disk mounting device 10 is mounted in a hard disk frame (not shown in fig. 5 and 6) of the disk array, and as shown in fig. 6, the hard disk mounting device 10 may include a pull tab sleeve 100 and a pull tab strip 101.
The pull sheet sleeve 100 is fixed in the hard disk frame, and the pull strip 101 is slidably arranged in the pull sheet sleeve 100 and can slide along the pull sheet sleeve 100. Specifically, the handle bar 101 includes a handle bar body 1010, a handle 1011, and a catch structure 1012. Optionally, a space for sliding the pull tab strip 101 may be provided in the pull tab sleeve 100, as shown in fig. 5, the pull tab strip 101 is nestedly disposed in the space of the pull tab sleeve 100, and the pull 1011 of the pull tab strip 101 is located outside the pull tab sleeve 100, and when the pull tab strip 101 is subjected to a force toward the outside of the hard disk frame or a force toward the inside of the hard disk frame, the pull tab strip 101 may slide back and forth in the space of the pull tab sleeve 100.
The handle bar body 1010 is disposed in the tab sleeve 100, and the handle 1011 is disposed at one end of the handle bar body 1010, as shown in fig. 6, the handle 1011 is disposed at one end of the left side of the handle bar body 1010. When the handle 1011 receives an acting force from the outside of the hard disk frame or an acting force from the inside of the hard disk frame, the acting force acting on the handle 1011 is transmitted to the handle bar body 1010, so as to drive the handle bar body to slide along the tab sleeve 100.
In this embodiment, the handle 1011 is connected to the handle bar body 1010 through a rotating structure (not shown in fig. 6), and the handle 1011 and the handle bar body 1010 are formed at a certain angle by rotating the handle 1011. Illustratively, when the pull tab 1011 and the pull strip body 1010 are at 0 °, the pull tab 1011 can conveniently bring the pull strip body to slide along the pull tab sleeve 100; when the handle 1011 and the handle bar body 1010 are at 90 ° and the hard disk is mounted in the hard disk mounting device 10, the handle 1011 can abut against the hard disk.
The holding structure 1012 is used to hold the hard disk on the hard disk mounting device when the hard disk is mounted to the handle bar body 1010, so that the hard disk can be slid together with the handle bar body 1010. It is understood that the retaining structure 1012 shown in fig. 6 is only one implementation solution provided by the embodiment of the present invention, and other structures capable of retaining a hard disk also belong to the protection scope of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited in this respect.
In the present embodiment, the holding structure 1012 is connected to the other end of the handle bar body 1010, as shown in fig. 6, the holding structure 1012 is connected to one end of the right side of the handle bar body 1010, and the holding structure 1012 and the handle bar body 1010 form a certain angle, for example, 90 degrees, so that when a hard disk is installed on the handle bar body 1010, the holding structure 1012 can abut against the hard disk. In order to more firmly fix the hard disk on the handle bar body 1010, when the hard disk is installed on the handle bar body 1010, as shown in fig. 6, the hard disk is clamped on the right side of the hard disk by the clamping structure 1012, and on the left side of the hard disk, the handle 1011 and the handle bar body 1010 are rotated to form a 90-degree angle to clamp the left side of the hard disk, so that the hard disk can be fixed on the hard disk installation device 10. If the hard disk needs to be disassembled, the hard disk can be taken down from the hard disk installation device 10 only by rotating the pull handle 1011 to prevent the pull handle 1011 from clamping the hard disk, for example, to enable the pull handle 1011 and the pull handle strip body 1010 to be at 0 degree. By the fixing mode, the hard disk is fixed on the hard disk mounting device 10 without fastening devices such as screws, so that the hard disk mounting device is very convenient to dismount, the efficiency of mounting and replacing the hard disk is improved, the structure is simple, and the cost is saved.
Alternatively, fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of another hard disk mounting device 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 8 is a cross-sectional view of the hard disk mounting device 10 along an XOZ plane in fig. 7, where no hard disk is mounted in both fig. 7 and fig. 8. Fig. 7, 8, 5, and 6 are different in that, on the basis of the hard disk mounting device 10, the hard disk mounting device 10 may further include an adhesion structure 102 for fixing a hard disk, where the adhesion structure may be an adhesive structure or a magnetic structure, at least one elastic sheet 103 for reducing vibration when the hard disk slides along with the handle bar body 1010, and a hard disk indicator light 104 for indicating an operating state of the hard disk. The adhesive structure 102, the elastic sheet 103 and the hard disk indicator 104 are further described in an exemplary manner.
It is understood that the adhesion structure 102 can be disposed on the side of the handle 1011 and the holding structure 1012 close to the hard disk (as shown in fig. 8), and of course, the adhesion structure 102 can also be disposed on the side of the handle 1011 close to the hard disk, or disposed on the side of the holding structure 1012 close to the hard disk. For simplicity, the adhesion structure 102 is not shown in the drawings as being disposed on the side of the handle 1011 close to the hard disk or on the side of the holding structure 1012 close to the hard disk.
Optionally, the adhesive structure may be an adhesive, and the magnetic structure may be a magnet.
It should be added that fig. 8 is only used to show the position of the adhesive structure 102, and the adhesive structure 102 may be a layer of adhesive or magnetic powder coated on the handle 1011 and the holding structure 1012 in practice, and may not occupy a space. The hard disk can be further fixed by the adhesive structure 102, so that the hard disk is more stably fixed on the handle bar.
At least one elastic sheet 103 is disposed on a side of the handle bar body 1010 close to the hard disk, for example, 3 elastic sheets are disposed on the handle bar body 1010 shown in fig. 8. Of course, the solution that other numbers of elastic pieces are arranged on the handle bar body 1010 also belongs to the protection scope of the embodiment of the present invention.
It should be noted that the hard disk indicator light 104 is led out from a control end of the communication device (for example, a Central Processing Unit (CPU) in a computer) through a wire, and is disposed on the pull tab cover 100, so that a user can quickly view the working state of the hard disk.
Fig. 9, 10, 11, and 12 are schematic views illustrating mounting of a hard disk to the hard disk mounting device 10. As shown in fig. 9, when the handle 1011 is pulled in an outward direction of the hard disk frame 30 (a direction shown by an arrow in fig. 9), the handle bar body 1010 slides out of the hard disk frame 30 along the tab sleeve 100 to mount the hard disk 20 on the handle bar body 1010, and the hard disk mounting device 10 after mounting the hard disk 20 is shown in fig. 10, and the holding structure 1012 can hold the hard disk 20.
When the handle 1011 is pushed in the inward direction of the hard disk frame 30 (the direction indicated by the arrow in fig. 11), the hard disk 20 slides into the hard disk frame 30 together with the handle bar body 1010. To further fix the hard disk, as shown in fig. 12, the handle 1011 is rotated by the rotating structure (in the direction indicated by the arrow in fig. 12) so that the handle 1011 abuts against the hard disk 20.
As can be seen, according to the hard disk mounting device 10 provided in the embodiment of the present invention, on one hand, since the hard disk 20 and the hard disk mounting device 10 are separately designed, and the hard disk mounting device 10 is fixed to the hard disk frame 30, when the hard disk is mounted or dismounted, the hard disk mounting device 10 can be pulled out from the hard disk frame 30, and thus the hard disk can be mounted and dismounted conveniently. On the other hand, the hard disk 20 and the hard disk mounting device 10 are not fixed by screws, but the hard disk is clamped in the clamping structure
1012, and the handle 1011, when the hard disk is removed, the hard disk can be removed by rotating the handle 1011 so that the handle 1011 does not abut against the hard disk, and thus the hard disk 20 can be easily separated from the hard disk mounting apparatus 10. In addition, the hard disk mounting device 10 has a simple structure, and is not fixed with the hard disk 20 by screws, so that the production cost and the maintenance cost of the hard disk mounting device 10 are reduced.
Further, the length of the hard disk mounting device 10 provided by the embodiment of the present invention should be slightly greater than the length of the hard disk 20, and the width of the hard disk mounting device 10 should also be slightly greater than the width of the hard disk 20, so that the hard disk 20 can be successfully mounted in the hard disk mounting device 10.
It should be added that the material of the pull tab cover 100 of the hard disk mounting device 10 provided by the embodiment of the present invention may be metal, and may also be nonmetal such as resin, plastic, etc.; the handle strip 101 can be metal, nonmetal such as resin and plastic, and can also be flexible material; the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
Fig. 13 is a cross-sectional view of a hard disk mounting kit according to an embodiment of the present invention when a hard disk is mounted. The hard disk mounting kit includes a pair of oppositely disposed hard disk mounting devices 10 as shown in fig. 5-12. Compared with the hard disk mounting device 10 shown in fig. 5 to 12, the hard disk 20 can be fixed between the handle bar bodies 1010 of a pair of oppositely disposed hard disk mounting devices 10 to reduce the shaking of the hard disk 20 between the handle bar bodies 1010.
When the handle 1011 of any one of the hard disk mounting devices 10 is pulled to the outside of the hard disk frame 30, the handle bar body 1010 of the hard disk mounting device 10 slides out of the hard disk frame 30 along the tab cover 100 of the hard disk mounting device 10 to mount and dismount the hard disk 20. Specifically, the processes of mounting and dismounting the hard disk 20 are the same as those described in fig. 9-12, and are not described herein again for brevity.
Meanwhile, the hard disk installation kit provided by the embodiment of the invention is composed of a pair of hard disk installation devices 10 with the same structure, when only one hard disk installation device 10 in the hard disk installation kit has a fault, only the fault hard disk installation device 10 needs to be replaced, and unnecessary waste is avoided.
It should be added that, since the hard disk installation kit is composed of a pair of hard disk installation devices 10 with the same structure, in order to save resources, only the hard disk indicator light of any one of the hard disk installation devices 10 needs to be led out from the control end of the communication device through a wire, and the hard disk indicator light indicates the working state of the hard disk.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides a disk array, which may include at least one hard disk frame, each hard disk frame includes an array slot, and each array slot is used to fix the hard disk installation apparatus shown in fig. 5 to 12; alternatively, the disk array may further include at least one hard disk frame, each hard disk frame includes a pair of oppositely disposed array card slots, and the pair of oppositely disposed array card slots are respectively used for fixing a pair of oppositely disposed hard disk mounting devices as shown in fig. 13. A hard disk slot (not shown) is formed in the hard disk frame, and after a hard disk is mounted to the hard disk frame through the hard disk mounting device 10, the hard disk can be connected to the hard disk slot, so that the hard disk is electrically connected to the storage array.
Fig. 14 is a schematic diagram of a disk array during detachment of a hard disk mounting apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. The hard disk mounting device 10 is detachably secured to the array card slot 40 by a clip structure 50. After the handle 1011 of the hard disk mounting device 10 is pulled out to a certain position in the direction of the outside of the hard disk frame 30, if an acting force applied to the handle to the outside of the hard disk frame is continued, and if the acting force applied to the handle is greater than the acting force applied to the array card slot 40 to fix the hard disk mounting device 10, for example, the acting force applied to the handle by the array card slot 40 to fix the hard disk mounting device 10 is 40 newtons, and if the acting force applied to the handle to the outside of the hard disk frame by a user is greater than 40 newtons, the snap structure 50 is separated, and the hard disk mounting device can be separated from the array card slot 40 (as shown in a partially enlarged part in fig. 12), thereby realizing the detachment of the hard disk mounting device 10.
Specifically, in the array card slot 40 according to the embodiment of the present invention, in addition to the clip structure shown in fig. 14, any type of fastening member such as an adhesive or a magnet may be disposed in the array card slot 40 to enhance the fixing of the array card slot 40 to the hard disk mounting device 10.
Meanwhile, if the array clamping grooves are not formed in the hard disk frame, the hard disk mounting device 10 can be fixed to the hard disk frame by means of setting adhesive, magnets and the like on the hard disk frame, so that the purpose of fixing the hard disk mounting device 10 to the hard disk frame is achieved.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present invention, and all the changes or substitutions should be covered within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
