Abstract
The invention discloses a filter assembly mounting structure and an air conditioner. The filter assembly mounting structure comprises a shell, a mounting part, a stop block and a filter screen, wherein the mounting part and the stop block are both mounted on the outer side of the shell, the mounting part and the stop block are arranged at positions corresponding to an air inlet on the shell, the stop block comprises a first position and a second position, and the filter screen is mounted at the air inlet; the mounting part fixes a first position point of the filter screen, the stop block fixes a second position point of the filter screen when rotating to the first position, and the stop block releases the fixation of the second position point of the filter screen when rotating to the second position. The filter screen can be removed only by rotating the stop block, so that the filter screen is convenient to install and detach, and a fastener is not required to be removed like the prior art.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to a filter assembly mounting structure and an air conditioner.
Background
At present, in order to prevent impurities in air from entering when the air conditioner is in air intake, a filter screen is required to be installed at an air inlet of a condenser part. Meanwhile, when the filler in the air conditioner is cleaned, the filter screen is required to be removed. Therefore, the air conditioner with the filter screen convenient to assemble and disassemble is beneficial to improving the product quality.
However, the filter screen of the air conditioning unit in the prior art is fixed by upper and lower stoppers, and more specifically, the stoppers are fixed to the mounting unit using a fixing member. Therefore, when the filter screen is detached, the fixing piece is required to be screwed off, and the stop block is required to be taken down. Therefore, the filter screen mounting structure in the prior art has the problem of trouble in mounting and dismounting, and simultaneously, after being dismounted for many times, the screw thread of the fixing piece is easy to damage, and the fixing piece is easy to lose after being dismounted.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a filter assembly mounting structure and an air conditioner, which are used for solving the problem that a filter screen of the air conditioner is difficult to assemble and disassemble in the prior art.
In order to achieve the above object, an embodiment of the present invention provides a filter assembly mounting structure, including a housing, a mounting component, a stopper, and a filter screen, where the mounting component and the stopper are both mounted on an outer side of the housing, the mounting component and the stopper are disposed at positions corresponding to an air inlet on the housing, the stopper includes a first position and a second position, and the filter screen is mounted at the air inlet; the mounting part fixes a first position point of the filter screen, the stop block fixes a second position point of the filter screen when rotating to the first position, and the stop block releases the fixation of the second position point of the filter screen when rotating to the second position.
Preferably, the mounting member comprises a beam and a clip, the mounting member securing the first side of the filter screen via the clip.
Preferably, the free end of the clamping plate forms a guide part towards the side away from the housing.
Preferably, at least a part of the edge of the beam body, which is close to one side of the filter screen, is bent to form a first folded edge with an L-shaped cross section, and the clamping plate and the first folded edge form a space for accommodating the first side of the filter screen.
Preferably, at least a part of the edge of the beam body far away from the filter screen is bent to form a second folded edge with an L-shaped section, and the second folded edge and the first folded edge are both positioned on one side of the beam body facing the inside of the shell.
Preferably, when the filter screen is fixed by the mounting component, an interference fit of greater than or equal to 0.5mm is formed between the clamping plate and the filter screen.
Preferably, the stop is mounted to the housing by a mount, and the mount is sleeved with a resilient member located on one side of the stop.
Preferably, the fixing piece is a screw, and the elastic element is a spring, and the spring is located on one side of the stop block away from the filter screen.
Preferably, the stop block comprises a substrate which is sequentially connected, the fixing piece is arranged in the through hole on the substrate in a penetrating mode, and one end of the substrate is bent towards one side, close to the filter screen, of the substrate to form a pressing plate for pressing the filter screen.
Preferably, the free end of the pressing plate is bent to form an arc-shaped handle in a direction away from the filter screen.

By adopting the technical scheme, the filter screen can be dismantled only by rotating the stop block, so that the filter screen is convenient to mount and dismount, and a fastener is not required to be dismantled like the prior art.

The invention will now be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and specific examples, which are not intended to limit the invention thereto.
The embodiment of the invention provides a filter assembly mounting structure, which is mainly applied to the field of air conditioners and used as an air conditioner filter screen mounting structure. The filter assembly mounting structure comprises a shell 1, a mounting part 2, a stop block 3 and a filter screen 4, wherein the mounting part 2 and the stop block 3 are mounted on the outer side of the shell 1, the mounting part 2 and the stop block 3 are arranged at positions corresponding to an air inlet in the shell 1, the mounting part 2 is mounted on one side of the air inlet of the shell 1, the stop block 3 is pivotably mounted on the other side of the air inlet, the stop block 3 comprises a first position and a second position, and the filter screen 4 is mounted at the air inlet; the mounting member 2 fixes a first position point of the filter screen 4, the stopper 3 fixes a second position point of the filter screen 4 when rotated to the first position, and the stopper 3 releases the fixation of the second position point of the filter screen 4 when rotated to the second position.
Referring to fig. 1, in use, the mounting component 2 may be mounted above the air inlet, and the stop 3 may be mounted below the air inlet, and of course, the positions of the mounting component 2 and the stop 3 may be interchanged or selected, so long as the filter screen can be fixed.
Taking the embodiment shown in fig. 1 as an example, during installation, the upper end of the filter screen 4 is snapped behind the mounting part 2 and the filter screen 4 is pushed into the air intake. After the filter screen 4 enters the air inlet, the stop block 3 is rotated, so that one side of the stop block 3 is positioned at the outer side of the filter screen 4, and the filter screen is fixed at the air inlet. When the filter screen 4 is detached, the stop block 3 can be completely rotated to a position which does not block the filter screen 4 from being taken out, so that the filter screen 4 can be taken out.
Therefore, by adopting the technical scheme, the filter screen 4 can be dismounted only by rotating the stop block 3, so that the filter screen is convenient to mount and dismount, and a fastener is not required to be dismounted like the prior art. In addition, as the stop block 3 is rotatably connected to the shell 1, the problems that in the prior art, after multiple disassembly, the screw thread of the fixing piece is easy to damage and the fixing piece is easy to lose after disassembly are avoided.
Preferably, the mounting component 2 (mounting beam) includes a beam body 5 and a clamping plate 6, and the mounting component fixes the first side of the filter screen 4 through the clamping plate 6, and the beam body 5 and the clamping plate 6 are connected in a T shape. More preferably, when the mounting member 2 holds the filter screen 4, the clamping plate 6 and the filter screen 4 form an interference fit of 0.5mm or more, so as to more tightly hold the filter screen 4.
Preferably, the free end of the clamping plate 6 is bent towards the side away from the housing 1 to form a guide 7. The filter screen 4 can be placed more conveniently by the guide part 7, so that the filter screen 4 is placed in a guiding way.
Preferably, at least a part of the edge of the beam 5 near the side of the filter screen 4 is bent to form a first folded edge 8 with an L-shaped cross section, and the clamping plate 6 and the first folded edge 8 form a space for accommodating the first side of the filter screen 4. Furthermore, preferably, at least a part of the edge of the beam 5 on the side away from the filter screen 4 is bent to form a second flange 9 with an L-shaped cross section, and the second flange 9 and the first flange 8 are both located on the side of the beam 5 facing the interior of the housing 1. By means of the first or second folds, the mounting part can be better fixed to the housing 1. For example, the beam body 5 is provided with a mounting hole 10, and the second flange 9 is provided with a mounting hole 11.
Preferably, the stop 3 is mounted on the housing 1 by a fixing member 12, and the fixing member 12 is sleeved with an elastic element 13, and the elastic element 13 is located on the side of the stop 3 away from the filter screen 4. The fixing piece 12 is a screw, and the elastic element 13 is a spring, and the spring is located on one side of the stop block 3 away from the filter screen 4. In this way, the stop block 3 can be pressed against the filter screen 4 by using the elasticity of the spring 13, so that the filter screen 4 can be reliably fastened. Preferably, the stop 3 includes a base plate 14 connected in sequence, the screw 12 is inserted into a through hole 15 on the base plate 14, and one end of the base plate 14 is bent towards a side close to the filter screen 4 to form a pressing plate 16 for pressing the filter screen 4.
Preferably, the free end of the pressing plate 16 is bent away from the filter screen 4 to form an arc-shaped handle 17. Preferably, the handle 17 is formed with an opening 18 to reduce weight and cost, while also facilitating insertion of a tool or finger to rotate the stop 3.
When the filter screen 4 needs to be disassembled, the handle 17 is only required to be hooked by a hand to be pulled outwards, and then the stop block 3 is rotated, so that the stop block 3 can be pulled out of the filter screen 4, and the filter screen 4 can be disassembled. During the reassembling, only the filter screen 4 is assembled from bottom to top, and then the stop block 3 is rotated in place to block the filter screen 4, so that the reassembling of the filter screen 4 is realized.
The number of clips 6 and stops 3 on the mounting member may be selected based on the length and strength of the filter screen 4.
The invention also provides an air conditioner comprising the filter assembly mounting structure.
After the filter screen is assembled, the filter screen 4 is firmly and reliably assembled through the interference design and the resilience of the elastic element. When dismantling the filter screen, need not to dismantle the fastener, only need rotate the dog and can dismantle the filter screen, dismantle the convenience.

the mounting component (2) comprises a beam body (5) and a clamping plate (6), the mounting component is used for fixing the first side of the filter screen (4) through the clamping plate (6), and the free end of the clamping plate (6) forms a guide part (7) towards the side far away from the shell (1);
