Abstract
The invention discloses a door opener of a household appliance, which can be used for a refrigerator, a roller washing machine and the like. The door opener is provided with a push rod capable of axially reciprocating, a transmission device for driving the push rod to move, a motor connected with the transmission device, and an elastic element for applying elastic force to the push rod in the door direction; the locking device controls the push rod to be in a locking state or a releasing state; when the locomotive door is closed, the locking device locks the push rod, and the compression force applied to the elastic element by the push rod causes the elastic element to be compressed; when the machine door needs to be opened, the locking device releases the push rod, the push rod is subjected to the reset force of the elastic element, the motor drives the transmission device to provide pushing force to the push rod, and the push rod moves towards the direction of the machine door under the pushing force of the motor and the reset force of the elastic element.

Preferably, the locking device locks a second end of the push rod, the second end being axially opposite to the first end. The transmission 3 is also connected with an electric motor 4 (not shown in the figure), and the electric motor 4 drives the transmission 3 and the gears to work. When the push rod 2 moves toward the door 10, the first end 21 of the push rod pushes the door 10 to open the door. The door opener 1 further comprises an elastic element 5 for applying an elastic force to the push rod 2 in a direction towards the door 10, wherein the elastic element 5 can be a spring 5, is sleeved on the push rod 2, and comprises a locking device 6 for controlling the push rod 2 to be in a locking state or a releasing state.
Wherein, when the door 10 is closed, the locking device 6 locks the push rod 2, and the compression force applied by the push rod 2 to the elastic element causes the elastic element 5 to compress; when the door 10 needs to be opened, the locking device 6 releases the push rod 2, the push rod 2 is subjected to the reset force of the spring 5, the motor 4 drives the transmission device 3 to provide pushing force to the push rod 2, and the push rod 2 moves towards the door 10 under the combined pushing force of the motor 4 and the reset force of the spring 5.
The power of opening the door in this embodiment is the sum of the thrust that motor 4 produced and the thrust of spring 5, and when needing to open the door, locking device 6 release spring 5, and spring 5 and motor 4 act together and promote quick-witted door 10 and open, and this scheme is less to the change of current door opening system, uses with the motor combination, can compensate the poor shortcoming of motor startability, and simple structure, and the reaction is fast.
The door opener 1 also comprises a control device 7 for controlling the work of the motor 4 and the locking device 6; when the machine door 10 is closed, the control device 7 controls the locking device 6 not to be electrified so as to lock the push rod 2; when the door 10 is to be opened, the control device 7 controls the locking device 6 to be energized to release the push rod 2. The locking device 6 is used for controlling the locking and releasing of the push rod 2, and after the push rod 2 is released, the maximum thrust can be provided immediately by combining the thrust of the motor 4. Meanwhile, the locking device 6 is set to be not required to be electrified when the machine door 10 is closed, so that the electric energy loss can be reduced.
When the machine door 10 needs to be opened and closed, the push rod 2 moves away from the machine door 10 and applies a compression force to the spring 5 to compress the spring 5; when the push rod 2 moves to the position matched and locked with the locking device 6, the control device 7 controls the locking device 6 not to be electrified, and the locking device 6 locks the push rod 2. The spring 5 can be compressed and stored when the push rod 2 retracts when the door is closed, and after the push rod 2 retracts to the locking position, the locking device 6 is electrified to lock the push rod 2.
In particular, the above-mentioned locking device 6 locks the second end 22 of the push rod 2, the second end 22 being axially opposite to the first end 21. The locking device 6 can be arranged to lock any position of the push rod with minimal modification of the existing door opening structure by locking the second end 22 of the push rod 2.
In a preferred embodiment, fig. 3 is a partial structural schematic diagram of an electromagnetic switch, and as shown in fig. 3, the locking device 6 adopts an electromagnetic switch 8, and the electromagnetic switch 8 includes a silicon steel sheet 9 with an electromagnetic induction function and a magnetic buckle 12.
When the door 10 is closed, as shown in fig. 1, the electromagnetic switch 8 is not energized, the magnetic latch 12 attracts the silicon steel sheet 9 under the action of its own magnetic force, and the second end 22 of the push rod 2 is latched in the latching hole 120 of the magnetic latch 12.
When the door 10 needs to be opened, as shown in fig. 2, the electromagnetic switch 8 is energized, the silicon steel sheet 9 generates a magnetic force opposite to the magnetic latch 12 and springs the magnetic latch 12 open, and the second end 22 of the push rod 2 is released from the latching hole 120 of the magnetic latch 12. Wherein the second end 22 of the push rod 2 has a slot 220 matching with the clipping hole 120.
The electromagnetic switch 8 controls the locking of the push rod 2, and the maximum pushing force can be provided immediately after the push rod 2 is released. Meanwhile, the electromagnetic switch 8 is set to be not electrified when the machine door 10 is closed, so that the electric energy loss can be reduced.
When the machine door 10 is opened to be closed, the push rod 2 moves away from the machine door 10 and applies compression force to the spring 5 to compress the spring 5; when the second end 22 of the push rod 2 moves to the position matched with the magnetic buckle 12, the electromagnetic switch 8 is switched from the power-on state to the power-off state, the silicon steel sheet 9 does not generate magnetic force, the magnetic buckle 12 adsorbs the silicon steel sheet 9 under the action of the magnetic force, and the second end 22 of the push rod 2 is clamped in the clamping hole 120 of the magnetic buckle 12 at the moment.
In another preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a case 11 may be provided, wherein the push rod 2, the transmission 3, the motor 4 and the locking device 6 are disposed in the case, and the control device 7 may also be disposed in the case 11. An elastic member, i.e., a spring 5, is disposed between the rack 23 and the sidewall 111 of the case 11.
As shown in fig. 2, the spring 5 is disposed between the rack 23 and the sidewall 111 of the internal chamber 110 of the case 11; the second end 22 of the push rod 2 extends from an opening 112 (not shown in the figures) in the side wall 111 of the chamber 110, cooperating with the locking means 6 arranged outside the chamber 110.
The invention solves the problem of insufficient door opening force provided by the door opening device of the household appliance in the prior art, is combined with the motor for use on the basis of not changing the structure of the existing door opening device, increases the door opening thrust, and has the advantages of simple structure, space saving and low energy consumption.
