Abstract

本发明涉及一种促进植物生长的藻菌的共培方法,其特征在于:配制培养基溶液,由NaHCO3、乙酸钠、KNO3、KH2PO4、酵母膏、柠檬酸钠按比例配制而成;培养基溶液的pH值为7.0~7.5;本发明采用了经申请人反复试验及验证的特定配比的组方,利用二者协同作用,实现藻菌共培,比传统培养方式中藻、菌浓度分别提高43.4%和58.1%,培养成本分别节约30.7%和38.3%。

本发明涉及一种促进植物生长的藻菌的共培方法,是一种海水小球藻和光合细菌的共同培养技术。属于农业种植肥料的领域,尤其微生物肥料技术领域。
背景技术
海水小球藻是一种营养丰富的单胞藻,通常用作贝类、对虾等经济品种的生物饵料,还可以用来培养轮虫、桡足类等鱼类的开口饵料,富含必需氨基酸、必需脂肪酸、糖蛋白、核酸等生物活性物质,可以增强水产动物机体免疫力,在海水养殖中具有重要的应用价值。此外,小球藻吸收水体的氮磷、CO2等,并进行产氧光合作用,一方面可以有效降低水体COD、氮磷负荷,还释放氧气,改善水质,保持水产动物健康。
通常,人们对小球藻和光合细菌进行分别培养,再进行单独或混合使用。不仅贮存、使用麻烦,而且由于培养浓度差异导致藻菌比例失衡,难以完全发挥其协同作用。本发明通过研究小球藻与光合细菌的培养条件与生长特性,配制培养基,再按一定比例进行接种,实现藻菌共培。
发明内容
本发明的目的,是为了克服现有技术对小球藻和光合细菌进行分别培养、单独或混合使用存在存贮和使用不方便、难以发挥协同作用的缺点,提供一种促进植物生长的藻菌的共培方法。
本发明的目的可以通过采取如下技术方案达到:
一种促进植物生长的藻菌的共培方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
配制培养基溶液,由NaHCO3、乙酸钠、KNO3、KH2PO4、酵母膏、CaCl2、柠檬酸钠按比例配制而成;所述各物质组份在培养基溶液浓度为NaHCO3 1.0~2.0mg/l、乙酸钠1.0~2.0mg/l、NH4Cl 1.0~2.0mg/l、KNO3 0.1~0.3mg/l、KH2PO4 0.5~1.5mg/l、酵母膏0.25~0.75mg/l、柠檬酸钠0.25~0.75mg/l;培养基溶液的pH值为7.0~7.5。

配制培养基溶液,由NaHCO3、乙酸钠、KNO3、KH2PO4、酵母膏、CaCl2、柠檬酸钠按比例配制而成;所述各物质组份在培养基溶液浓度为NaHCO3 1.0~2.0mg/l、乙酸钠1.0~2.0mg/l、NH4Cl 1.0~2.0mg/l、KNO3 0.1~0.3mg/l、KH2PO4 0.5~1.5mg/l、酵母膏0.25~0.75mg/l、柠檬酸钠0.25~0.75mg/l;培养基溶液的pH值为7.0~7.5。
