本发明涉及铝镁合金加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种铝镁合金切削液。
背景技术
铝镁合金的主要特点:用其压铸的零部件轻薄,具有表面光亮,质量轻,强度重量比高,尺寸稳定性,吸震性好,散热快,抗静电等特点。作为轻量化的结构材料,铝镁合金广泛应用于航空、航天、国防工业,汽车工业等领域。随着应用的日益深入,水基合金切削液逐渐成为人们的研究方向。现有的切削液大多1-2个月就需要更换,利用率不高。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,提供一种能够长期使用的铝镁合金切削液,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种铝镁合金切削液,由以质量份数计的以下成分组成:基础油20-30份、环烷基油3-5份、环氧蓖麻油3-6份、山梨醇1-3份、抗硬水剂0.5-1份、阴离子表面活性剂0.5-1.2份、金属减活剂0.2-0.4份、抗氧化剂0.1-0.5份、防污剂0.2-0.4份、有机酸0.5-1.2份、石油磺酸钠0.8-2.4份、耦合剂0.1-0.3份、耦合剂0.2-0.4份。
进一步的,由以质量份数计的以下成分组成:基础油25份、环烷基油4份、环氧蓖麻油4.5份、山梨醇2份、抗硬水剂0.75份、阴离子表面活性剂0.85份、金属减活剂0.3份、抗氧化剂0.3份、防污剂0.3份、有机酸0.85份、石油磺酸钠1.6份、耦合剂0.2份、耦合剂0.3份。

一种铝镁合金切削液,由以质量份数计的以下成分组成:基础油20份、环烷基油3份、环氧蓖麻油3份、山梨醇1份、抗硬水剂0.5份、阴离子表面活性剂0.5份、金属减活剂0.2份、抗氧化剂0.1份、防污剂0.2份、有机酸0.5份、石油磺酸钠0.8份、耦合剂0.1份、耦合剂0.2份。

一种铝镁合金切削液,由以质量份数计的以下成分组成:基础油30份、环烷基油5份、环氧蓖麻油6份、山梨醇3份、抗硬水剂1份、阴离子表面活性剂1.2份、金属减活剂0.4份、抗氧化剂0.5份、防污剂0.4份、有机酸1.2份、石油磺酸钠2.4份、耦合剂0.3份、耦合剂0.4份。
