Abstract
本发明公开了一种混合型制冷剂,由以下质量份数的材料混合制成:二氟甲烷10‑20份,四氟乙烷20‑24份,丙烷8‑12份,液态二氧化碳15‑20份,烷基水杨酸铬3‑5份。本发明不含氯元素的,不会对坏臭氧层产生破坏,且制冷效果好,环保性强,对环境不造成破坏。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种制冷剂,尤其涉及一种混合型制冷剂。
背景技术
制冷剂又称制冷工质,在南方一些地区俗称雪种。它是在制冷系统中不断循环并通过其本身的状态变化以实现制冷的工作物质。制冷剂在蒸发器内被冷却介质(水或空气等)吸收的热量而汽化,在冷凝器中将热量传递给周围空气或水而冷凝。我们目前所使用的制冷剂大都是氟利昂制品,氟利昂能够破坏臭氧层是因为制冷剂中有氯元素(Cl)的存在,而且随着氯原子数量的增加,对臭氧层破坏能力增加,随着氢元素含量的增加对臭氧层破坏能力降低;造成温室效应主要是因为制冷剂在缓慢氧化分解过程中,生成大量的温室气体,对我们赖以生存的环境造成破坏。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的问题,本发明提供一种不含氯元素的,制冷效果好,环保性强,对环境不造成破坏的混合型制冷剂。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:混合型制冷剂,由以下质量份数的材料混合制成:
二氟甲烷10-20份,
四氟乙烷20-24份,
丙烷8-12份,
液态二氧化碳15-20份,
烷基水杨酸铬3-5份。
上述的混合型制冷剂,由以下质量份数的材料混合制成:
二氟甲烷15份,
四氟乙烷22份,
丙烷10份,
液态二氧化碳17份,
烷基水杨酸铬4份。
本发明解决技术问题所带来的有益效果在于:本发明不含氯元素的,不会对坏臭氧层产生破坏,且制冷效果好,环保性强,对环境不造成破坏。

混合型制冷剂,由以下质量份数的材料混合制成:
二氟甲烷10份,
四氟乙烷20份,
丙烷8份,
液态二氧化碳15份,
烷基水杨酸铬3份。

二氟甲烷15份,
四氟乙烷22份,
丙烷10份,
液态二氧化碳17份,

四氟乙烷24份,
丙烷12份,
液态二氧化碳20份,

液态二氧化碳15-20份,
烷基水杨酸铬3-5份。
