发明内容

本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种直接的安装在皮带输送机的主动滚筒，尾部滚筒，改向滚筒，坠重滚筒两侧的，用于抵挡皮带机的皮带跑偏作用的一种皮带输送机皮带挡边轮。
(2)技术方案
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提供了这样一种皮带输送机皮带挡边轮；其特征在于，在固定座1的上面安装了旋转盘2、合并在一起的固定座1与旋转盘2的上面安装了滚动钢珠3。
合并在一起的固定座1与旋转盘2的上面安装了若干件滚动钢珠3。
在旋转盘3的内部设有钢珠的凹槽，用于滚动钢珠4的安装与滚动使用。
在固定座1的上面设有6个螺丝孔，作用于固定在主动滚筒，尾部滚筒，改向滚筒，坠重滚筒的两侧。
(3)有益效果
本发明安装在皮带输送机的主动滚筒，尾部滚筒，改向滚筒，坠重滚筒两侧，可以抵挡皮带输送机的皮带跑偏的作用。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例
一种皮带输送机皮带挡边棍，如图1-7所示，包括有：固定坐1，旋转盘2，滚动钢珠3，主动滚筒4，皮带5。在固定座1的上面安装了旋转盘2、合并在一起的固定座1与旋转盘2的上面安装了滚动钢珠3。
合并在一起的固定座1与旋转盘2的上面安装了若干件滚动钢珠3。
在旋转盘3的内部设有钢珠的凹槽，用于滚动钢珠4的安装与滚动使用。
在固定座1的上面设有6个螺丝孔，作用于固定在主动滚筒，尾部滚筒，改向滚筒，坠重滚筒的两侧。
所叙一种皮带输送机皮带挡边轮，当皮带输送机的皮带5碰到，碰在滚动钢珠3的上面，滚动钢珠3受到阻力，皮带转，滚动钢珠3也跟着转，一种皮带输送机皮带挡边轮同时也跟着皮带旋转运动。
技术原理
一种皮带输送机皮带挡边轮安装在皮带输送机的主动滚筒，尾部滚筒，改向滚筒，坠重滚筒的两侧，当皮带5在运行跑偏时，皮带5的边部刮到一种皮带输送机皮带挡边轮时，刮在滚动钢珠3的上面，滚动钢珠3是活动的，会跟着皮带的边部旋转，整个一种皮带输送机皮带挡边轮是固定在主动滚筒4的两侧的，整个一种皮带输送机皮带挡边轮也会跟着主动滚筒4旋转运行，一种皮带输送机皮带挡边轮滚动钢珠3在跟着旋转减少摩擦的同时，阻挡了皮带5继续跑偏的作用。
