多功能木材阻燃剂,涉及一种多功能阻燃、抑烟、抗流失木材阻燃剂及其阻燃抑烟处理樟子松实木的工艺。为了解决樟子松实木富含油脂难以浸注和木材阻燃剂阻燃性能单一、易流失的缺点和不足,本发明的木材阻燃剂按照以下重量比配制而成:磷酸22~56、硼酸15~25、水溶性聚磷酸铵10~15、钼酸铵1~5、硅溶胶20~45。阻燃抑烟樟子松实木的制备方法为:将樟子松木材干燥后进行微波处理,并置于阻燃液中真空加压浸注处理,干燥得到的阻燃抑烟樟子松抑烟性能优异,抑烟效果明显,抗流失性能显著。

本发明涉及一种多功能木材阻燃剂。
背景技术
在各种资源日益紧张的二十一世纪,随着人口的增加和人们生活水平的提高,可再生绿色环保材料越来越引起人们的重视。木材,作为一种天然的可降解再生的环保材料,在人们的生活及建筑装饰中扮演着重要的角色。但是木质材料易燃的特性,极大地限制了其在很多环境下的使用。近几年来,由于木质材料引起的火灾频繁发生,造成的生命财产损失更是不可估量,人们对于木材这种易燃的材料也有了更高的要求-阻燃抑烟。
发明内容
为了解决樟子松实木富含油脂难以浸注和木材阻燃剂阻燃性能单一、易流失的缺点和不足,本发明提供了一种多功能木材阻燃剂。
本发明的多功能木材阻燃剂按照以下重量比配制而成:磷酸22~56、硼酸15~25、水溶性聚磷酸铵10~15、钼酸铵1~5、硅溶胶20~45。
本发明的阻燃抑烟樟子松实木的制备方法按照以下步骤进行:
将木材在50~80℃的条件下干燥后进行微波处理10~30min,然后置于质量浓度10~20%阻燃液中进行真空处理,真空度0.08-0.1Mpa,保持时间30~60min,然后加压至0.3~0.6Mpa,保持时间30~90min,取出阻燃木材,在50~80℃的条件下干燥,得阻燃抑烟樟子松。

1.一种多功能木材阻燃剂,其特征在于所述阻燃剂按照以下重量比配制而成:磷酸22~56、硼酸15~25、水溶性聚磷酸铵10~15、钼酸铵1~5、硅溶胶20~45。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能木材阻燃剂,其特征在于所述阻燃剂按照以下重量比配制而成:磷酸10~15、硼酸15~21、水溶性聚磷酸铵10~15、钼酸铵2~5、硅溶胶20~44。
