应用试验例：
将本发明实施例1所得骨病敷料对符合条件的100例病人按病况分成了五组，进行了临床实验，其中男60例，女40例，年龄30-60岁，其中30-40岁35例，40-50岁36例，50-60岁29例，病程1-5年，平均2.5年，大多数患者均经中西医多方治疗过，未获理想之效果，久治不愈，打针输液吃药收效甚微，严重影响患者的工作和学习。
按病况分组情况：1、对颈椎综合症、颈椎骨质增生、颈椎间盘突出、肩周炎18例；2、强直性脊柱炎、椎管狭窄，腰椎病、腰椎间盘突(膨、脱)出、腰肌劳损、腰骨质增生、坐骨神经痛25例；3、跌打损伤、骨折22例；4、股骨头坏死15例；5、风湿、类风湿性关节炎20例。
方法：五组患者均停用以前所治疗的方法，随投以本发明实施例1所得骨病敷料。骨伤患者6天为一个疗程。正血肿激化期，连用3个疗程，消肿去胀通经络，对骨痂的形成起到了一个先导作用。一般最多3-4个疗程基本治愈，特别严重患者使用8个疗程以上有效。
疗效标准：临床痊愈，症状体征消失，3个月以上无复发，有效，肿胀减轻，疼痛基本消失。无效症状及体征无明显改善，将临床资料进行分析整理和临床随诊，并按照痊愈，有效、无效标准进行比较，通过统计学处理，结果见表1。
