Description

Safe and efficient composite antioxidant for tea extract-containing cosmetics
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a safe and efficient composite antioxidant for a cosmetic containing a tea extract.
Background
The tea leaves are provided with natural, green, healthy, health-care and other attribute labels, and are also popular in the field of cosmetics (such as facial masks, facial cleansers and the like). However, most of the cosmetics containing tea extracts on the market are advertised and sold by using the concept of tea leaves, and the tea extracts are contained in a very small amount. The reason is that tea polyphenol components in the tea extract are easy to oxidize and discolor (black brown), so that the cosmetics have color change, the efficacy of the contained tea polyphenol is reduced, and no special antioxidant for delaying the oxidative discoloration of the tea polyphenol in the cosmetics exists at present.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a safe and efficient compound antioxidant which can effectively prevent the oxidation of tea polyphenol in cosmetics, relieve the color change and the efficacy reduction of the tea polyphenol and prolong the shelf life of the cosmetics.
The technical solution of the invention is as follows:
the safe and efficient composite antioxidant for the tea extract-containing cosmetics is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight:
antioxidant 1: 5 to 55 percent of
Antioxidant 2: 5 to 55 percent of
Antioxidant 3: 0.5 to 20 percent
Acidity regulator: 0.5 to 30 percent
An anticaking agent: 0.5 to 5 percent
Wherein: the antioxidant 1 is ascorbic acid, the antioxidant 2 is vitamin E, the antioxidant 3 is ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid, the acidity regulator is sodium citrate, and the anticaking agent is microcrystalline cellulose.
The safe and efficient composite antioxidant for the tea extract-containing cosmetics is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight:
antioxidant 1: 15-50 percent
Antioxidant 2: 15-50 percent
Antioxidant 3: 5 to 15 percent of
Acidity regulator: 5 to 20 percent of
An anticaking agent: 1 to 4 percent.
The safe and efficient composite antioxidant for the tea extract-containing cosmetics is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight:
antioxidant 1: 40-50 percent
Antioxidant 2: 25 to 30 percent of
Antioxidant 3: 10 to 15 percent of
Acidity regulator: 8 to 10 percent of
An anticaking agent: 2 to 5 percent.
The invention effectively slows down the color change and the efficacy loss of the tea polyphenol in the cosmetics containing the tea extract by inhibiting the oxidative discoloration of the tea polyphenol in the cosmetics containing the tea extract, and prolongs the quality guarantee period of the cosmetics containing the tea extract.
All the components and the using amount of the compound antioxidant meet the requirements of 2015 edition catalog of names of used cosmetic raw materials (IECIC 2015) and technical standards for cosmetic safety issued by the State food and drug administration, and the components of the product are legal and effective.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples.
Example 1:
a safe and efficient composite antioxidant for cosmetics containing tea extracts is composed of the following components in percentage by weight:
ascorbic acid: 50 percent of
Vitamin E: 25 percent of
Ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid: 10 percent of
Sodium citrate: 10 percent of
Microcrystalline cellulose: 5 percent of
The product is mainly used for the antioxidation of the black tea wiredrawing mask.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
and pouring the components into a mixer for mixing and stirring for 10-20 minutes to obtain the composite antioxidant for the black tea wiredrawing mask. Subpackaging into 500 g/bag or 1000 g/bag as required.
After the compound antioxidant is added according to the addition amount of 1 percent of the black tea wiredrawing facial mask, the color change of the black tea wiredrawing facial mask caused by the oxidation of tea polyphenol can be obviously slowed down after the black tea wiredrawing facial mask is stored for 3 months at room temperature. And detecting by liquid chromatography: in the black tea string mask without the antioxidant, the content of Epicatechin (EC), Epigallocatechin (EGC), epicatechin gallate (ECG) and epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) in four main tea polyphenol components is respectively reduced by 28.2%, 33.4%, 31.5% and 40.6% compared with the initial content, and in the black tea string mask with the antioxidant, the content of EC, EGC, ECG and EGCG is respectively reduced by 11.2%, 15.3%, 14.2% and 18.9% compared with the initial content (see Table 1), which shows that the compound antioxidant has good antioxidant effect on catechin (the most main polyphenol component in tea) in the cosmetic containing the tea extract.
When the antioxidant 1 (ascorbic acid), the antioxidant 2 (vitamin E) and the antioxidant 3 (ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid) are used independently, the EC, EGC, ECG and EGCG respectively have 15.9%, 20.1%, 21.1%, 25.4%, 20.6%, 26.3%, 23.3%, 29.9%, 24.5%, 29.5%, 26.2% and 34.4% of initial content (see table 1), and the reduction degree of catechin content is obviously higher than that of a compound antioxidant, which indicates that the antioxidant protection effect of the compound antioxidant on catechin in the black tea wiredrawing mask is obviously better than that of the antioxidant 1 (ascorbic acid), the antioxidant 2 (vitamin E) and the antioxidant 3.
TABLE 1 comparison of the protective effect of catechin with black tea wiredrawing mask with the addition of complex antioxidants compared to the protection effect of catechin without antioxidant and with the addition of single antioxidant (data as a percentage reduction of initial catechin content,%)
