As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.

Claims (12)

1. A user number statistical method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a user information log and a correction log of a network television set-top box within a preset time range, wherein the correction log comprises: a content viewing log and/or a full user status log, the user information log and the correction log being provided by a network operator as a third party;
comparing the users in the user information log with the users in the correction log;
and correcting the user information log according to the comparison result, wherein the correction comprises the following steps: supplementing missing users or disassembly data in the user information log;
and counting the installed number and/or the removed number of the network television set top box according to the corrected user information log.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein:
the correction log comprises a content viewing log, wherein users with normal user states are stored in the content viewing log, and comparing the users in the user information log with the users in the correction log comprises:
comparing the users in the user information log with the users in the content viewing log;
the correcting the user information log according to the comparison result comprises the following steps:
when the comparison result shows that the user in the content viewing log does not exist in the user information log, adding the user to the user information log, and marking the user state corresponding to the user as a normal state;
the counting the installed number of the network television set top box according to the corrected user information log comprises the following steps:
and counting the installed number of the network television set top box according to the user with the user state being in the normal state in the user information log after the user is added.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the counting the installed number of the set top box of the network television according to the user with the user state being the normal state in the user information log after the user is added comprises:
if the previous state of the user with the user state being the normal state in the user information log after the user is added meets a first preset condition, marking the user with the user state being the normal state as an installed user;
and counting the installed number of the network television set top box according to the installed user.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein:
the correction log comprises a content viewing log and a full user state log, wherein users with normal user states are stored in the content viewing log, users with non-disconnection user states are stored in the full user state log, and comparing the users in the user information log with the users in the correction log comprises:
comparing the users in the user information log with the content viewing log;
when the comparison result shows that the user in the content viewing log does not exist in the user information log, adding the user to the user information log, and marking the user state corresponding to the user as a normal state;
comparing the user information log after the user is added with the full amount of user state logs;
the correcting the user information log according to the comparison result comprises the following steps:
when the comparison result shows that the user in the user information log after the user is added does not exist in the full amount of user state logs, marking the user state corresponding to the user as a power-off state;
the counting the number of the network television set top boxes which are disconnected according to the corrected user information log comprises the following steps:
and counting the number of the network television set top boxes which are disconnected according to the user with the user state being the user in the user information log after the disconnection state is marked.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the counting the number of removed network television set-top boxes according to the user state marked with the removed state as the user in the user information log comprises:
if the previous state corresponding to the user with the user state being the disconnection state in the user information log after the disconnection state is marked meets a second preset condition, marking the user with the user state being the disconnection state as a disconnection user;
and counting the number of the set-top boxes of the network television according to the set-top box dismantling users.
6. A user number counting apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition unit, a processing unit and a processing unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring a user information log and a correction log of the network television set-top box within a preset time range, and the correction log comprises: a content viewing log and/or a full user status log, the user information log and the correction log being provided by a network operator as a third party;
a comparison unit, configured to compare the user in the user information log acquired by the acquisition unit with the user in the correction log;
a correction unit, configured to correct the user information log according to a comparison result obtained by the comparison unit, where the correction includes: supplementing missing users or disassembly data in the user information log;
and the counting unit is used for counting the installed number and/or the removed number of the network television set top box according to the corrected user information log obtained by the correcting unit.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein:
the modified log comprises a content viewing log, and the content viewing log stores users in normal states;
the comparing unit is specifically configured to compare the user in the user information log acquired by the acquiring unit with the user in the content viewing log;
the correcting unit is specifically configured to add the user to the user information log and mark the user state corresponding to the user as a normal state when the comparison result obtained by the comparing unit indicates that the user in the content viewing log does not exist in the user information log;
the statistical unit is specifically used for counting the installed number of the network television set top box according to the user with the user state being the normal state in the user information log after the user is added.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the statistical unit comprises:
the first marking module is used for marking the user with the user state as the normal state as the installed user if the previous state of the user with the user state as the normal state in the user information log after the user is added meets a first preset condition;
and the first counting module is used for counting the installed number of the network television set top box according to the installed users marked by the first marking module.
9. The apparatus of claim 6,
the correction log comprises a content viewing log and a full user state log, wherein the content viewing log comprises users whose user states are non-dismantling states,
the comparison unit includes:
the comparison module is used for comparing the user in the user information log acquired by the acquisition unit with the content viewing log;
an adding module, configured to add the user to the user information log when the second comparison result obtained by the comparing module indicates that the user in the content viewing log does not exist in the user information log;
the second marking module is used for marking the user state corresponding to the user added by the adding module as a normal state;
the comparison module is further configured to compare the user information log after the user is added, which is obtained by the addition module, with the full-amount user state log;
the correcting unit is specifically configured to mark the user state corresponding to the user as a power-off state when the third comparison result obtained by the comparing module indicates that the user in the user information log after the user is added does not exist in the full user state log;
the counting unit is specifically configured to count the number of disconnected computers of the network television set-top box according to the user who marks the user information log after the user information log indicates the disconnected computer state.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the statistical unit comprises:
the third marking module is used for marking the user with the user state as the disconnection state as a disconnection user if the previous state corresponding to the user with the user state as the disconnection state in the user information log after marking the disconnection state meets a second preset condition;
and the second counting module is used for counting the number of the set-top boxes of the network television according to the set-top box users marked by the third marking module.
11. A storage medium, characterized in that the storage medium comprises a stored program, wherein when the program runs, a device in which the storage medium is located is controlled to execute the user number statistical method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
12. A processor, characterized in that the processor is configured to run a program, wherein the program is configured to execute the user number statistical method according to any one of claims 1 to 5 when the program is run.
