本发明涉及一种切割式排污泵,包括底座,所述底座上端安装有泵体,所述泵体和底座通过大螺钉连接,泵体内部安装有叶轮,所述叶轮下端安装有切割叶轮,所述切割叶轮通过螺母固定在轴上,所述螺母和切割叶轮之间安装有垫片,所述泵体内部安装有切割盘,所述切割盘通过小螺钉固定在泵体下端,所述泵体上端安装有连接座,所述连接座上端安装有电机部件,泵体和连接座通过大螺钉连接,本发明通过在叶轮下端安装切割叶轮与切割盘,这样可以使污水中的杂物在进入泵体时进行切碎,而且切割叶轮的旋转有助于污水的进入,增加水泵的效率,稳定可靠,且结构简单,操作方便,经济实用。

本发明涉及工业污水污物输送及城市给排水技术领域,尤其涉及一种切割式排污泵。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,城市人口越来越多,工厂和企业的数量也在日益增加,随之产生的污水废水的量也会越来越大,废水中难免会含有一些较大的生活垃圾,如:手套,毛巾、布料、购物袋等,甚至还会掺杂着一些树枝杂草等物体;然而,普通的排污泵对这些污水进行输送时,会经常出现堵塞现象,不仅清理难度大,而且影响排水的进度,而且,目前市场上存在的一些切割泵的切割效果并不理想,特别是切割一些较软的杂物时,还会出现堵塞现象,不能满足要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种切割式排污泵;本发明是通过以下技术方案实现:一种切割式排污泵,包括底座,所述底座上端安装有泵体,所述泵体和底座通过大螺钉连接,泵体内部安装有叶轮,所述叶轮下端安装有切割叶轮,所述切割叶轮通过螺母固定在轴上,所述螺母和切割叶轮之间安装有垫片,所述泵体内部安装有切割盘,所述切割盘通过小螺钉固定在泵体下端,所述泵体上端安装有连接座,所述连接座上端安装有电机部件,泵体和连接座通过大螺钉连接; 作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述切割叶轮和所述叶轮为同轴安装,所述切割叶轮周围安装有铰刀,所述铰刀一侧具有刀刃,所述切割叶轮带有轮毂,所述轮毂一侧开有键槽;作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述小螺钉有若干个,且均匀分布在切割盘下方,所述大螺钉有若干个,所述铰刀有三片,且均匀分布在轮毂周围; 现场使用时,只需要将切割排污泵放入到污水中,电缆一端接通电源即可;与现有的技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过在叶轮下端安装切割叶轮与切割盘,这样可以使污水中的杂物在进入泵体时进行切碎,而且切割叶轮的旋转有助于污水的进入,增加水泵的效率,稳定可靠,且结构简单,操作方便,经济实用。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明;应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明;请参阅图1或图2,图1为本发明的整体结构;图2为本发明切割叶轮的整体轴测图;所述一种切割式排污泵,包括底座5,所述底座5上端安装有泵体4,所述泵体4和底座5通过大螺钉3连接,泵体4内部安装有叶轮12,所述叶轮12下端安装有切割叶轮11,这样有助于将杂物快速切碎,所述切割叶轮11通过螺母6固定在轴9上,所述螺母6和切割叶轮11之间安装有垫片7,这样有助于锁紧切割叶轮11,所述泵体4内部安装有切割盘8,这样有助于杂物在切割叶轮11和切割盘8之间更容易切碎,所述切割盘8通过小螺钉10固定在泵体4下端,所述泵体4上端安装有连接座2,所述连接座2上端安装有电机部件1,泵体4和连接座2通过大螺钉3连接;作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述切割叶轮11和所述叶轮12为同轴安装,这样可以使切割叶轮11和叶轮12同速运转,提高泵效率,所述切割叶轮11周围安装有铰刀112,所述铰刀112一侧具有刀刃113,所述切割叶轮11带有轮毂114,所述轮毂114一侧开有键槽114;作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述小螺钉10有三个,且均匀分布在切割盘8下方,所述大螺钉3有十二个,所述铰刀111有三片,且均匀分布在轮毂113周围;现场使用时,只需要将切割排污泵放入到污水中,电缆一端接通电源即可;以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种切割式排污泵,其特征在于:包括底座(5),所述底座(5)上端安装有泵体(4),所述泵体(4)和底座(5)通过大螺钉(3)连接,泵体(4)内部安装有叶轮(12),所述叶轮(12)下端安装有切割叶轮(11),所述切割叶轮(11)通过螺母(6)固定在轴(9)上,所述螺母(6)和切割叶轮(11)之间安装有垫片(7),所述泵体(4)内部安装有切割盘(8),所述切割盘(8)通过小螺钉(10)固定在泵体(4)下端,所述泵体(4)上端安装有连接座(2),所述连接座(2)上端安装有电机部件(1),泵体(4)和连接座(2)通过大螺钉(3)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种切割式排污泵,其特征在于:所述切割叶轮(11)和所述叶轮(12)为同轴安装,所述切割叶轮(11)周围安装有铰刀(112),所述铰刀(112)一侧具有刀刃(113),所述切割叶轮(11)带有轮毂(114),所述轮毂(114)一侧开有键槽(114)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种切割式排污泵,其特征在于:所述小螺钉(10)有若干个,且均匀分布在切割盘(8)下方,所述大螺钉(3)有若干个,所述铰刀(111)有三片,且均匀分布在轮毂(113)周围。
