The application is further described below with reference to the drawings and examples.
Referring to fig. 1-15, the furniture rotary opening and closing locking structure comprises a furniture movable part 1, a furniture cabinet 2 and at least two sliding rail assemblies, wherein the at least two sliding rail assemblies at least comprise a movable sliding rail 3 and a fixed sliding rail 4, balls or rollers are arranged between the movable sliding rail 3 and the fixed sliding rail 4 and are in sliding fit with each other through the balls or the rollers, the at least two movable sliding rails 3 are arranged on the furniture movable part 1, the at least two fixed sliding rails 4 are arranged on the side wall of the furniture cabinet 2, a synchronous rod 5 is arranged between the at least two movable sliding rails 3 and synchronously slide on the at least two fixed sliding rails 4 through the synchronous rod 5, so that the furniture movable part 1 is transversely movably opened and/or closed and stored on the furniture cabinet 2; a rotary hinge device B is arranged between the furniture movable part 1 and the movable slide rail 3 and/or the synchronous rod 5, and the furniture movable part 1 is longitudinally movably opened and closed on the furniture cabinet 2 through the rotary hinge device B when being transversely movably opened; the rotary hinge device B is provided with a longitudinal opening locking component, and when the furniture movable piece 1 is opened longitudinally relative to the furniture cabinet body 2, the movable opening position between the furniture movable piece 1 and the furniture cabinet body is locked by the longitudinal opening locking component.
Further, the longitudinal opening locking component has certain elasticity and/or magnetism, and when the furniture movable piece 1 is opened longitudinally relative to the furniture cabinet 2, the movable opening position between the two is locked through the elasticity and/or magnetism of the longitudinal opening locking component.
Further, the swivel hinge device B at least comprises a hinge cup 6, a hinge arm 7 and a connecting arm 8; one end of the hinge cup 6 is connected with the furniture movable piece 1 in a matching way, the other end of the hinge cup is hinged with one end of the hinge arm 7, the other end of the hinge arm 7 is hinged with one end of the connecting arm 8, and the other end of the connecting arm 8 is connected with the movable slide rail 3 and/or the synchronous rod 5 in a matching way; the hinge cup 6 is hinged on the connecting arm 8 through the hinge arm 7 so as to realize that the furniture movable piece 1 longitudinally rotates to be opened and closed on the furniture cabinet 2 when transversely moving and opening.
Further, the longitudinal opening locking assembly at least comprises a spring element 11 and a telescopic element 12, one end of the spring element 11 elastically acts on the telescopic element 12, the other end elastically acts on the hinge cup 6, and the telescopic element 12 elastically stretches and contracts on the hinge cup 6 through the spring element 11.
Further, a connecting piece 18 is arranged on the hinge cup 6, a hole 19 is arranged on the outer side of the hinge cup 6 and/or the connecting piece 18, one end of the spring piece 11 elastically acts on the telescopic piece 12, the other end elastically acts on the connecting piece 18, and the telescopic piece 12 is arranged on the connecting piece 18 and elastically stretches and contracts through the spring piece 11 to move on the hole 19.
Further, the telescopic piece 12 is made of plastic or metal material and is movably arranged on the connecting piece 18, the connecting piece 18 is made of plastic or metal material and is positioned on the hinge cup 6, and the hinge arm 7 is provided with a positioning action part 20; when the furniture movable part 1 is longitudinally rotated and opened relative to the furniture cabinet 2, the positioning action part 20 of the hinge arm 7 acts and drives the telescopic part 12 to stretch and retract on the hole part 19, and when the telescopic part 12 moves, the positioning action part 20 of the hinge arm 7 and the spring part 11 elastically perform positioning action to lock the rotation opening position of the furniture movable part 1 relative to the furniture cabinet 2.
Further, the swing hinge device B includes an elastic member 9 and/or a damper 10; wherein, the damper 10 is arranged on the connecting arm 8, the elastic piece 9 is arranged at the hinge joint of the outer hinge arm 7 and the connecting arm 8, one end of the elastic piece is elastically acted on the outer hinge arm 7, and the other end is elastically acted on the connecting arm 8.
Further, the furniture-movable part 1 is damped and/or elastically turned longitudinally open on the furniture carcass 2 by the damping force of the damper 10 and/or the elastic force of the elastic member 9 and/or the elastic force of the longitudinally open locking assembly.
Further, the furniture movable part 1 is damped and/or elastically longitudinally pivoted and closed on the furniture cabinet 2 by the damping force of the damper 10 and/or the elastic force of the elastic part 9 and/or the elastic force of the longitudinally opened locking assembly; or a magnetic part is arranged between the furniture movable part 1 and the furniture cabinet body 2, and the furniture movable part is longitudinally movably closed on the furniture cabinet body 2 through the magnetic part.
Further, the swing hinge device B is also provided with an up-down adjusting piece, and/or a left-right adjusting piece, and/or a front-back adjusting piece, and the furniture movable piece 1 and the furniture cabinet body 2 are adjusted in up-down and/or left-right and/or front-back positions through the up-down adjusting piece, and/or the left-right adjusting piece, and/or the front-back adjusting piece; the upper and lower adjusting members, the left and right adjusting members, and/or the front and rear adjusting members are positioned and rotated on the connecting arm 8.
Further, a transverse opening locking device C and/or a transverse closing containing device A are arranged between the movable sliding rail 3 and the fixed sliding rail 4, the transverse opening locking device C and/or the transverse closing containing device A have certain elasticity and/or magnetism, and when the furniture movable piece 1 is transversely movably opened and/or closed relative to the furniture cabinet 2 for containing, the movable opening position and/or the closed containing position between the movable opening locking device C and/or the transverse closing containing device A are locked through the transverse opening locking device C and/or the transverse closing containing device A.

Further, a pressing rebound device D is further provided between the furniture movable element 1 and the furniture cabinet 2 and/or between the movable rail 3 and the fixed rail 4, and the furniture movable element 1 is automatically opened at least a distance to the furniture cabinet 2 by pressing rebound of the pressing rebound device D when the furniture movable element is closed in the longitudinal direction, and/or the movable rail 3 is automatically opened at least a distance to the fixed rail 4 by pressing rebound of the pressing rebound device D when the movable rail is opened in the transverse direction.
Further, the pressing rebound device D is provided with a pressing rebound assembly.
When the furniture movable piece 1 is closed in a longitudinal movement mode, the furniture movable piece is automatically opened at least a distance relative to the furniture cabinet body 2 through the pressing rebound of the pressing rebound assembly; and/or the movable slide rail 3 is automatically opened at least a distance relative to the fixed slide rail 4 by pressing rebound of the pressing rebound assembly when the movable slide rail is opened in the transverse direction. The structure is shown in fig. 1, 4 and 15, and the above effects can be achieved.
The pressing rebound device D can be further provided with a buckling component and a movable reset component, and the furniture movable piece 1 and/or the movable sliding rail 3 are/is positioned and closed on the furniture cabinet 2 and/or the fixed sliding rail 4 through the buckling component; wherein, the pressing rebound component and the buckling component are reset to the initial position through the movable reset component at least when the movable piece 1 of the furniture and/or the movable sliding rail 3 are opened for a certain distance. The structure is shown in fig. 1 and 4.
The pressing rebound device D is a patent of the present inventor, please see the document with document number CN107510267a announced on 12/26 2017, and will not be described again.
The furniture-movable part 1 described above can be made in one piece, the structure of which is shown in figures 1-9; several blocks may also be formed by a hinge, the structure of which is shown in fig. 10, and the structure of the hinge is a patent of the present inventor, please see the document with the document number CN105822170a announced in 8/3 of 2016, and will not be described again.

the longitudinal opening locking component has certain elasticity and/or magnetism, and when the furniture movable piece (1) is longitudinally movably opened relative to the furniture cabinet body (2), the movable opening position between the furniture movable piece and the furniture cabinet body is locked through the elasticity and/or magnetism of the longitudinal opening locking component;
the rotary hinge device (B) at least comprises a hinge cup (6), a hinge arm (7) and a connecting arm (8); one end of the hinge cup (6) is connected with the furniture movable piece (1) in a matching way, the other end of the hinge cup is hinged with one end of the hinge arm (7), the other end of the hinge arm (7) is hinged with one end of the connecting arm (8), and the other end of the connecting arm (8) is connected with the movable slide rail (3) and/or the synchronous rod (5) in a matching way; the hinge cup (6) is hinged on the connecting arm (8) through the hinge arm (7) so as to realize that the furniture movable piece (1) longitudinally rotates to be opened and closed on the furniture cabinet body (2) when being transversely movably opened;
the longitudinal opening locking assembly at least comprises a spring piece (11) and a telescopic piece (12), one end of the spring piece (11) elastically acts on the telescopic piece (12), the other end elastically acts on the hinge cup (6), and the telescopic piece (12) elastically stretches and stretches on the hinge cup (6) through the spring piece (11).
