本发明提供了一种光纤工艺制作方法,用刮片胶 将光纤丝制成光纤丝片,再将各种颜色的纺织物粘贴 在光纤丝片上,使光纤工艺品有自然、逼真的效果,并 提高了光纤丝片的强度,提高了成品率。

Description

本发明涉及一种制作光纤工艺品的方法。
自从光导纤维用于制作工艺品,光纤丝片是用刮片胶将光纤丝粘结成片,并在光纤丝片的表面直接涂染各种颜色,旨在追求仿照真实、自然的效果。但是由于光纤丝片的表面不容易上色,且上色后颜色浑浊,只有涂染浓重的颜色效果较好,因此,颜色难以分出深浅,达不到仿真效果。用这样的光纤丝片加工时,易发生开胶现象,影响了成品率。
本发明的目的在于提供一种新的制作光纤丝片的方法,以克服上述现有技术的不足,使工艺品有自然、逼真的颜色,并提高光纤丝片的强度。
光纤工艺品一般是由电源、电机、灯泡、色盘、光纤丝片制成的工艺品部件组成。为了解决上述现有技术的不足,采用如下的技术方案。众所周知,纺织物具有易上色的特点,可以染上各种颜色,也可以染出过渡色自然的花色来。因此,本发明的特点在于将所需颜色的纺织物用胶粘贴在光纤丝片上的方法制作着色的光纤丝片,然后将此片加工成所作工艺品的形状,增强了立体感,且仿真性极强。由于纺织物强度高、弹性好的特点,贴纺织物后,解决了现有技术中的开胶问题,提高了加工成品率。在本工艺中,纺织物一般用绢、绸、缎、洋纺等薄的,素白的纺织物,按需要进行染色,也可按需要选用已着色的纺织物。
下面将结合工艺品花卉的制作对本发明进行进一步说明。
先将光纤丝用刮片胶粘结成片,下部要留有一定长度的散丝。
将纺织物在水中浸泡后,用碱性染料进行涂染成所做花卉的颜色。
用刮片胶或乳胶或透明胶将涂染好的纺织物(也可直接用带有颜色的纺织物)粘贴在光纤丝片上,用热风吹干或阴干,使二者紧密粘合,光纤丝片下部的散丝留着待用。
然后按花瓣或花叶等的形状、尺寸、弯曲程度进行剪裁、压形,再按花、叶等的内外层次进行组花、组叶,用热塑管或吹塑管将各组花下部的散丝集中,固定成为花茎,将花、叶等按所需形状整理后,固定于集丝套上,将集丝套下部的光纤丝磨平、抛光后固定在底座上,其下放置一色盘,最好是由多种颜色组成,色盘与电机相连,在色盘下放一灯源,电机带动色盘旋转,灯源透过色盘将光束送到光纤丝底部,利用光纤丝导光、导色的原理,使光纤花卉五彩缤纷。
用本发明的光纤工艺品制作方法,大大增强了光纤工艺品的仿真性,对光纤丝片提供了双重保护,提高了成品率,为新的成型工艺提供了良好条件。

Claims (2)

1、一种光纤工艺品制作方法,先用刮片胶将光纤丝制成光纤丝片,再将有颜色的光纤丝片加工、成型,做成工艺品,其特征在于把各种颜色的纺织物粘贴在光纤丝片上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的光纤工艺品制作方法,其特征在于用刮片胶、乳胶或透明胶粘贴纺织物。
