本发明涉及一种絮凝剂,由下列质量份份的成分组成:硫酸铝胺40-55%、硫酸铝钠7-10%、900万-1000万的丙烯酰胺聚合物8-15%、碳酸钠20-25%、聚磷氯化铁10‑30%、聚合氯化铝的10‑30%、丙烯胱胺 5-10 %份、碳素钠 20-40% 份、乙二胺四醋酸二钠 3000ppm。配方合理,使用效果好,生产成本低;使絮凝剂的体积、密度增加,絮凝效果提高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种水处理絮凝剂。
背景技术
絮凝剂主要应用于给水和污水处理领域,按照其化学成分总体可分为无机絮凝剂和有机絮凝剂两类。其中无机絮凝剂又包括无机凝聚剂和无机高分子絮凝剂;有机絮凝剂又包括合成有机高分子絮凝剂、天然有机高分子絮凝剂和微生物絮凝剂。
无机絮凝剂按金属盐可分为铝盐系和铁盐系,铝盐以硫酸铝、氯化铝为主,铁盐以硫酸铁、氯化铁为主。后来在传统的铝盐和铁盐的基础上发展合成出聚合硫酸铝、聚合硫酸铁等新型的水处理剂,它的出现不仅降低成本,而且提高了功效。在传统基础上进一步提高了絮凝效果,且由于原料普及,广泛得到了应用。
但是,随着城市的不断发展,污水量越来越大,对絮凝的效果要求也越来越高。

絮凝剂,由下列质量份份的成分组成:硫酸铝胺40-55%、硫酸铝钠7-10%、900万-1000万的丙烯酰胺聚合物8-15%、碳酸钠20-25%、聚磷氯化铁10-30%、聚合氯化铝的10-30%、丙烯胱胺 5-10 %份、碳素钠 20-40% 份、乙二胺四醋酸二钠 3000ppm。
进一步的,硫酸铝胺50%、硫酸铝钠8%、950万的丙烯酰胺聚合物11%、碳酸钠22%、聚磷氯化铁20%、聚合氯化铝的20%、丙烯胱胺 7 %份、碳素钠 30% 份、乙二胺四醋酸二钠 3000ppm。

配方合理,使用效果好,生产成本低;使絮凝剂的体积、密度增加,絮凝效果提高。

絮凝剂,由下列质量份份的成分组成:硫酸铝胺55%、硫酸铝钠10%、1000万的丙烯酰胺聚合物15%、碳酸钠25%、聚磷氯化铁30%、聚合氯化铝的30%、丙烯胱胺10 %份、碳素钠40% 份、乙二胺四醋酸二钠 3000ppm。
