Detailed Description
For a more clear understanding of the technical features, objects and effects of the present invention, embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, in a first embodiment of an electric toothbrush of the present invention, the electric toothbrush includes a toothbrush body, a moving mechanism 40 connected to the toothbrush body, and a control circuit 30 provided in the toothbrush body, and further includes: a first button 10 and a second button 20 provided on the toothbrush body. The first key 10 is connected to the control circuit 30, which triggers the control circuit 30 to select the first operating mode 31. The second key 20 is connected to the control circuit 30, which triggers the control circuit 30 to select the second operating mode 32. The control circuit 30 is connected to the moving mechanism 40, and controls the moving mechanism 40 to move according to the first operation mode 31 or the second operation mode 32. The first operation mode 31 and the second operation mode 32 have different operation parameters.
Specifically, in order to distinguish different states of teeth in the morning and the evening, a first working mode 31 and a second working mode 32 corresponding to the tooth brushing scenes in the evening and the morning are preset, the tooth brushing scenes in the evening and the morning can be selected quickly through two keys, and the proper tooth brushing mode can be selected only by lightly pressing the two keys, namely the first key 10 and the second key 20, so that mode identification marks can be arranged on the surfaces of the keys or beside the keys, and the tooth brushing scenes in the evening and the morning can be identified conveniently and quickly.
Further, when the first key 10 is triggered, the second key 20 is set as an off key; and sets the first key 10 as an off key when the second key 20 is activated.
It will be appreciated that the two keys may be switched with respect to each other, and that when the first key 10 is actuated, the second key 20 is set to the off key, which, in turn, activates the second key 20 to turn off the power toothbrush. Similarly, when the second button 20 is actuated, the first button 10 is configured as an off button, and when the first button 10 is actuated, the power toothbrush is turned off. However, in the prior art, if shutdown is needed, the shutdown is performed for one cycle, or the cycle is pressed for more than 2 seconds, or the shutdown is performed after 5 seconds. According to the invention, the two buttons are mutually used as switches, so that the function of quickly switching off the electric toothbrush can be realized, and the electric toothbrush is quick and convenient.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, in a second embodiment of the electric toothbrush of the present invention, the first operation mode 31 and the second operation mode 31 include at least two sub-modes, respectively. The control circuit 30 comprises a storage unit 33 for storing sub-modes of movement of the movement mechanism 40 in the first 31 and second 32 operation modes, respectively. The first key 10 triggers the control circuit 30 to select a sub-mode stored in the first operating mode 31. The second key 20 triggers the control circuit 30 to select a stored sub-mode in the second operating mode 32.
It can be understood that for the set working modes, a plurality of sub-modes of more detailed motion parameters can be set in each working mode, for example, the sub-modes are divided into three levels of light, medium and heavy according to the intensity of the brushing force, in detail, for example, the sub-mode a, the sub-mode B and the sub-mode C are set in the first working mode 31, and the sub-mode a ', the sub-mode B ', the sub-mode C ' and the parameter differentiation setting of each sub-mode are set in the second working mode 32, so as to adapt to more brushing scenes. The storage unit in the control circuit 30 may store the last used sub-mode state in each operating mode, and may be directly called through the corresponding key when used the next day. For example, if the teeth are sore in the last morning and the gentle mode of the morning brushing mode is selected in the morning, the selection of the gentle mode is recorded and stored in the storage unit after the morning use, and the control circuit 30 selects the stored gentle mode to operate the toothbrush the next morning when the button of the morning brushing mode is turned on. The same storage settings can be made for the evening brushing mode.
Further, each of the first operation mode 31 and the second operation mode 32 includes a first movement mode, a pause mode and a second movement mode. The first motion mode comprises a first operating duration; the pause mode includes a pause duration; the second motion mode comprises a second operating duration; the first working time length is longer than the second working time length; the pause duration is much shorter than the second operating duration.
Specifically, when people brush teeth, people usually pause, drink water to rinse the mouth, spit more foams in the mouth, and then brush the mouth again for final cleaning. The first motion mode is a deep cleaning process, in which the electric toothbrush moves for a relatively long time, for example, 2-3 minutes, and then automatically enters a pause mode, which is relatively short, usually 2-30 seconds, and it can be understood that in the pause mode, the user needs to take the electric toothbrush out of the mouth, spit the foam in the mouth and flush the foam on the electric toothbrush head, and the whole process takes about 10 seconds to complete. The electric toothbrush then executes a second motion pattern to perform a second cleaning or gentle brushing of the remaining mouth away, which can be a relatively short time, typically 20-60 seconds. These times can be set as desired, where the pause duration is generally much shorter than the time of the second movement. The pause duration is much shorter than the duration of the second movement, typically 3 to 10 times the pause duration.
According to the control method of the electric toothbrush, the control circuit 30 of the electric toothbrush receives the trigger signal of the first key 10, selects the first working mode 31, and controls the electric toothbrush to work in the first working mode 31. The control circuit 30 receives the trigger signal of the second button 20, selects the second operation mode 32, and controls the electric toothbrush to operate in the second operation mode 32. The first mode of operation 31 and the second mode of operation 32 have different operating parameters.
It can be understood that different working modes are triggered by triggering different keys, and each working mode is provided with different working parameters in order to adapt to different use scenarios, which corresponds to the currently common working mode of early and late tooth brushing, and has already been described above, and is not described herein again.
Further, when the control circuit 30 detects that the first key 10 is activated, the second key 20 is set as the off key. When the control circuit 30 detects that the second button 20 is activated, the first button 10 is set as the off button. Specifically, when the first button 10 is activated to turn on the electric toothbrush, the control circuit 30 sets the second button 20 as an off button, and when the second button 20 is activated, the electric toothbrush can be turned off. When the second button 20 is activated to turn on the electric toothbrush, the control circuit 30 sets the first button 10 as an off button, which activates the first button 10 and also turns off the electric toothbrush. Is quick and convenient. Of course, in some embodiments, it is also possible to switch off the electric toothbrush by pressing the first button 10 for a long time when the first button 10 is activated and switch off the electric toothbrush by pressing the second button 20 for a long time when the second button 20 is activated.
Further, the first operation mode 31 and the second operation mode 32 comprise at least a first sub-mode and a second sub-mode having different motion parameters and/or time parameters, respectively. The electric toothbrush control method further comprises: the control circuit 30 detects the duration of the trigger signal of the first button 10 or the second button 20, and selects the electric toothbrush to operate in the corresponding first sub-mode or the second sub-mode according to the duration. Or in some embodiments, the control circuit 30 detects the number of consecutive triggers of the first button 10 or the second button 20, and selects the electric toothbrush to operate in the corresponding first sub-mode or the second sub-mode according to the number of triggers.
It is understood that each of the operation modes has different sub-modes of motion parameters and/or time parameters, and more detailed corresponding to different application scenarios, for example, the first sub-mode in the first operation mode 31 includes sub-mode a, sub-mode B, and sub-mode C, and the second sub-mode in the second operation mode 32 includes sub-mode a ', sub-mode B', and sub-mode C. The motion parameter and the time parameter may be set to different values, respectively, or may be set to different parameter sets in combination. The control circuit 30 switches the sub-modes by detecting the triggering signals of the corresponding first key 10 and the corresponding second key 20, and in some embodiments, the corresponding sub-mode may be selected by triggering the corresponding keys for a short time. For example, when the first operating mode 31 is selected by activating the first key 10, the sub-mode may be selected by continuing to activate the first key 10; continuously triggering for one second, and selecting a sub-mode A; continuously triggering for 2 seconds, and selecting a sub-mode B; and the like, and selecting the required first sub-mode. When the second key 20 is triggered to select the second working mode 32, the second key 20 is continuously triggered to select the sub-mode; continuously triggering for one second, and selecting a sub-mode A'; triggering continuously for 2 seconds, and selecting a sub-mode B'; and the like, and selecting a required second sub-mode. In some embodiments, the desired sub-mode may be selected by the number of consecutive actuations of the corresponding key, e.g. when the first key 10 is actuated to select the first operating mode 31, continuing to actuate the first key 10 may select the sub-mode; triggering once, and selecting a sub-mode A; triggering for 2 times continuously, and selecting a sub-mode B; and the like, and selecting the required first sub-mode. When the second key 20 is triggered to select the second working mode 32, the second key 20 is continuously triggered to select the sub-mode; triggering once to select a sub-mode A'; triggering for 2 times continuously, and selecting a sub-mode B'; and the like, and selecting a required second sub-mode.
Further, the first operation mode 31 and the second operation mode 32 respectively include at least two sub-modes; the electric toothbrush control method further comprises: the control circuit 30 receives the trigger signal of the first key 10, selects one of the sub-modes, and stores the selected sub-mode. When the electric toothbrush is restarted after the electric toothbrush is operated or turned off in the selected sub-mode, the selected sub-mode is called by triggering the first button 10. And/or the control circuit 30 receives the trigger signal of the second key 20, selects one of the sub-modes, and stores the selected sub-mode. When the electric toothbrush is restarted after completing its operation or being turned off in the selected sub-mode, the selected sub-mode is invoked by activating the second button 20.
It can be understood that the proper sub-mode can be conveniently and quickly selected through the stored sub-modes. The same sub-mode for brushing teeth at night can be selected, and the sub-mode can be automatically selected for working next time.
Further, the control method of the electric toothbrush of the present invention further comprises: in each of the first operation mode 31 or the second operation mode 32, the control circuit 30 controls the electric toothbrush to sequentially perform a first movement mode, a pause mode, and a second movement mode; the first motion mode comprises a first operating duration; the pause mode includes a pause duration; the second motion mode comprises a second operating duration; the first working time length is longer than the second working time length; the pause time length is far shorter than the second working time length.
Specifically, when people brush teeth, people usually pause, drink water to rinse the mouth, spit more foams in the mouth, and then brush the mouth again for final cleaning. The first motion mode is a deep cleaning process, in which the electric toothbrush moves for a long time, for example, 2-3 minutes, and then automatically enters a pause mode, which is a short time, usually 10-30 seconds, for the user to spit the foam in the mouth or drink water to remove the excessive foam in the mouth. The toothbrush then executes a second motion pattern to perform a second cleaning or gentle brushing of the remaining mouth away, which can be a relatively short time, typically 20-60 seconds. Of course, these times can be set as desired, and typically, the pause duration is generally much shorter than the duration of the second movement. It is set that the pause period of the electric toothbrush is much shorter than the second movement period, and generally 3 to 10 times the pause period of the second movement period.
Further, the operating parameters of the first operating mode 31 include a first time duration; the operating parameters of the second operating mode 32 include a second duration; the first duration is greater than the second duration. And/or setting a time threshold, after finishing each first working mode, judging whether a trigger signal of a first key exists in the time threshold, and if so, controlling the electric toothbrush to enter a cleaning mode; otherwise, the electric toothbrush is controlled to be automatically turned off. And/or setting a time threshold, after finishing each second working mode, judging whether a trigger signal of a second key exists in the time threshold, and if so, controlling the electric toothbrush to enter a cleaning mode; otherwise, the electric toothbrush is controlled to be automatically turned off.
Specifically, the first operation mode 31 and the second operation mode 32 correspond to the brushing of teeth in the evening and the morning, respectively, and since the teeth remain more in the evening due to the diet of the day, the first operation mode 31 is set to correspond to the brushing of teeth in the evening, and the time is set to be longer. And the teeth are brushed in the morning in the next day, and the time of the second working mode 32 corresponding to the morning can be properly reduced because no food is eaten and the tooth residues are less. In other embodiments, the early-late mode may be the same or different in other parameters. After the brushing action is finished, presetting a time threshold value, such as 30 seconds, wherein the electric toothbrush can judge whether a corresponding key is triggered or not by itself, and if so, the electric toothbrush enters a cleaning mode; if the time threshold is exceeded and no corresponding key is triggered, the computer is automatically and normally shut down, and the normal work flow can be carried out by directly triggering the key when the computer is used next time. The preset time threshold can be set by itself according to needs, for example, 10 seconds to 30 seconds. It is understood that for example: after the electric toothbrush executes the night tooth brushing mode, the electric toothbrush can stand by for a period of time, and in the period of time, a selection key corresponding to the night tooth brushing mode is triggered, so that the electric toothbrush can enter a cleaning mode; if the selection button corresponding to the brushing mode is not triggered all the time in the time period, the electric toothbrush can be automatically switched off. When the toothbrush is used next time, the selection key is triggered again, and the toothbrush can work according to a normal night tooth brushing mode. The morning brushing mode can also operate in the same manner.
