The working process of the cover opening structure of the water tank type cleaning machine is as follows: when the cover plate 2 is covered on the water tank body, the steam barrier 3 is pressed in the accommodating cavity of the cover plate 2 under the action of the water tank body 1, and the spring pressing piece 101 is in a compressed state. After the cover opening structure of the water tank type cleaning machine performs cleaning, high-temperature water vapor still exists in the water tank body 1, and when the cover plate 2 is opened, the water vapor sprayed at the first time is high in temperature, so that a user is easy to scald. The user opens apron 2, and the bullet press piece 101 then the bullet presses the steam to stop piece 3 and stretches out the apron downwards from opening 211, and then shields the steam of follow basin body 1 in the very first time blowout when apron 2 is opened, has avoided the condition that the user was scalded by steam.
Example six
As shown in fig. 23 to 25, the steam barrier 3 is movably disposed on the front sidewall of the water tank body 1 and located below the cover plate 2, and the steam barrier 3 is driven by a barrier driving mechanism 4 to move so as to jack up the cover plate 2, so as to shield the steam sprayed from the water tank body 1 when the cover plate 2 is opened.
Furthermore, the range of movement of the vapor barrier 3 is limited by a limiting device 9.
The limiting device 9 comprises a supporting member 91 and a limiting column 92, wherein the supporting member 91 comprises a horizontal plate 911 and a longitudinal plate 912 extending downwards from one edge of the horizontal plate 911, the longitudinal plate 912 is fixedly connected to the front side wall of the water tank body 1, a through hole 9111 is formed in the horizontal plate 911, the limiting column 92 is movably arranged in the through hole 9111 in the longitudinal direction, a blocking block 921 for blocking the limiting column 92 from penetrating out is arranged at the bottom of the limiting column 92, the upper end of the limiting column 92 is connected to a connecting block 90, and the connecting block 90 is fixedly connected to the front side surface of the steam blocking member 3. The distance from the blocking block 921 to the connection block 90 is thus the movement range of the steam barrier 3. The steam barrier 3 is supported on the support 91 through the connection block 90 without the steam barrier 3 being moved upward. The limiting device 9 and the connecting block 90 may be provided in two groups, respectively, at both ends of the steam barrier 3, as needed.
The barrier active drive mechanism 4 comprises a motor 41 and a transmission assembly 42, the transmission assembly 42 being in transmission connection with the motor 41 and the vapor barrier 3, respectively. In this embodiment, the motor 41 is fixedly mounted on the front sidewall of the tub body 1 through a bracket 410. The lower part of the steam barrier 3 has a notch 30 for accommodating the installation space of the support 5 on the front side wall of the tub body 1. The transmission assembly 42 comprises a gear 421 and a rack 422 which are in transmission connection, the gear 421 is connected to the driving shaft of the motor 41, the rack 422 is arranged on the outer side surface of the baffle plate serving as the steam barrier 3 in a coating manner, and teeth on the rack 422 are arranged along the direction perpendicular to the movement direction of the baffle plate.
The motor 41 is electrically connected with an electric control device 40 to realize control of the motor, and the electric control device 40 can be an electric control device 40 with an integral cover opening structure of the water tank type cleaning machine.
The use process of the cover opening structure of the water tank type cleaning machine is as follows: after the cover opening structure of the water tank type cleaning machine completes the cleaning work, the electric control device 40 acquires a cleaning end signal, then sends a working signal to the motor 41, the motor 41 works to drive the gear 421 to rotate, the steam blocking piece 3 is driven to move upwards under the meshing transmission of the gear 421 and the rack 422, the cover plate 2 above the steam blocking piece 3 is pushed open, and high-temperature steam can be prevented from being directly sprayed out due to the fact that the steam blocking piece 3 is blocked at the opening of the cover plate 2 relative to the water tank body 1, so that a user is prevented from being scalded. When the block 921 at the lower end of the limit post 92 touches the horizontal plate of the supporting member 91, the motor 41 stops working, the electric control device 40 counts the rest time, and after the rest time is reached, the temperature of the high-temperature steam is also reduced to the safe temperature after being emitted. The electric control device 40 controls the motor 41 to rotate reversely, and then drives the steam barrier 3 to fall back to the initial position under the action of the transmission assembly 42. At this time, the user may be reminded to open the cover plate through the electronic control device 40.
