Abstract

本发明公开了一种机器人电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由中心一根同轴电缆和以同轴电缆为圆心同心设置在同轴电缆外的由二种不同结构的绝缘线芯构成的第一绝缘线芯层和第二绝缘线芯层,在缆芯外右向绕包无纺布,在无纺布外由一层芳纶纤维编织而成的加强层,在加强层外挤包一层PVC弹性体护套层。本发明采用多层不同结构的绝缘线芯组合,每层绝缘线芯层都有不同的绝缘线芯组合而成,使得电缆具有多元化,性能也多元化;绝缘线芯采用不同的绝缘层,使得电缆不仅具有绝缘性能,还具有阻水等性能;并采用弹性体PVC外护套,使得适合高频率弯曲,其可以应用在持续弯曲自由移动且有拉力的拖链或机械手连接和装配场合中。

技术领域
本发明涉及电线电缆领域,具体涉及一种高柔性耐弯曲机器人电缆。
背景技术
工业机器人是最典型的机电一体化数字化装备,技术附加值很高,应用范围很广,作为先进制造业的支撑技术和信息化社会的新兴产业,将对未来生产和社会发展起着越来越重要的作用。国外专家预测,机器人产业是继汽车、计算机之后出现的一种新的大型高技术产业。据联合国欧洲经济委员会(UNECE)和国际机器人联合会的统计,世界机器人市场前景看好,从20世纪下半叶起,世界机器人产业一直保持着稳步增长的良好势头。进入20世纪90年代,机器人产品发展速度加快,年增长率平均在10%左右。2004年增长率达到创记录的20%。其中,亚洲机器人增长幅度最为突出,高达43%。
目前,国内工业机器人信号电缆、机械装备电缆在超柔软性、高强度上较差,存在性能空白,高端电缆依然大量进口。现有技术中,其结构一般是将一组挤包绝缘体的导电体绞合后形成缆芯,再挤包外护套,该种结构无法为连续频繁弯曲的使用场合提供长期稳定运行的保障,更不适用于需要快速加速运动和需要较快平行移动速率以及长距离移动场合,因为以上应用要求电缆具有更高的柔软性、曲绕性能和抗拉强度。随着工业机器人发展,不仅要求其线缆满足相应柔软性、曲绕性能和抗拉强度性能,而且其线缆安全、环保、节能、耐高温、耐磨、阻燃,而且要求向轻量化方向发展,成为主要发展趋势。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种具有高柔性、强拉力、耐弯曲使用机器人电缆。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种机器人电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由中心一根同轴电缆和以同轴电缆为圆心同心设置在同轴电缆外的由二种不同结构的绝缘线芯构成的绝缘线芯层;在缆芯外右向绕包无纺布,在无纺布外由一层芳纶纤维编织而成的加强层,在加强层外挤包一层PVC弹性体护套层。
优选地,所述的同轴电缆由镀锡软铜内导体、低密度聚乙烯绝缘层、铝箔和镀锡铜丝编织组合屏蔽层和内护套层组成。
优选地,所述的第一绝缘线芯层由3根第一绝缘线芯绞合在一起组合而成。
优选地,所述的第二绝缘线芯层由2根第二绝缘线芯绞合在一起组合而成。
优选地,所述的第一绝缘线芯由镀锡软铜导体以及挤包在镀锡软铜导体外的聚氯乙烯绝缘层构成。
优选地,所述的第二绝缘线芯由镀锡软铜导体以及挤包在镀锡软铜导体外的聚乙烯绝缘层构成。
有益效果:本发明采用多层不同结构的绝缘线芯组合,是一种特殊的结构,结构紧凑、结构简单,使得电缆的重量大大减轻;并且每层绝缘线芯层都有不同的绝缘线芯组合而成,使得电缆具有多元化,性能也多元化;绝缘线芯采用不同的绝缘层,使得电缆不仅具有绝缘性能,还具有阻水等性能;并采用弹性体PVC外护套,使得适合高频率弯曲,具有高柔性、强拉力、耐弯曲使用的特性,其可以广泛应用在持续弯曲自由移动且有拉力的拖链或机械手连接和装配场合中,其耐弯曲性能超过1000万次而不发生电缆变形、导体断裂现象,确保电缆整体具有优良的机械物理性能;其次,其绝缘线芯间的间隙内填充有芳纶纤维丝,形成缓冲,避免在电缆的往复运动中,保证弯曲时,有足够的移动位置而不产生拉伸造成断线。

如图1所示,本发明提供一种改进型机器人电缆,包括缆芯1,所述的缆芯1由中心一根同轴电缆2和以同轴电缆2为圆心同心设置在同轴电缆2外的由二种不同结构的绝缘线芯构成的第一绝缘线芯层31和第二绝缘线芯层32;在缆芯1外右向绕包无纺布11,在无纺布11外由一层芳纶纤维编织而成的加强层12,在加强层12外挤包一层PVC弹性体护套层13。
所述缆芯的中心同轴电缆2由镀锡软铜内导体21、低密度聚乙烯绝缘层22、铝箔和镀锡铜丝编织组合屏蔽层23和内护套层24组成。所述的第一绝缘线芯层31由3根第一绝缘线芯311绞合在一起组合而成。所述的第二绝缘线芯层32由2根第二绝缘线芯321绞合在一起组合而成。所述的第一绝缘线芯311由镀锡软铜导体312以及挤包在镀锡软铜导体312外的聚氯乙烯绝缘层313构成。所述的第二绝缘线芯321由镀锡软铜导体322以及挤包在镀锡软铜导322体外的聚乙烯绝缘层323构成。

1.一种机器人电缆,包括缆芯,其特征在于:所述缆芯由中心一根同轴电缆和以同轴电缆为圆心同心设置在同轴电缆外的由二种不同结构的绝缘线芯构成的第一绝缘线芯层和第二绝缘线芯层,在缆芯外右向绕包无纺布,在无纺布外由一层芳纶纤维编织而成的加强层,在加强层外挤包一层PVC弹性体护套层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机器人电缆,其特征在于:所述同轴电缆由镀锡软铜内导体、低密度聚乙烯绝缘层、铝箔和镀锡铜丝编织组合屏蔽层和内护套层组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的机器人电缆,其特征在于:所述第一绝缘线芯层和第二绝缘线芯层分别由3根第一绝缘线芯、2根第二绝缘线芯分别分组绞合而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的机器人电缆,其特征在于:所述绞合绝缘线芯层的间隙分别由芳纶纤维丝填充圆整。
5.根据权利要求2-4任一所述的机器人电缆,其特征在于:所述的第一绝缘线芯由镀锡软铜导体以及挤包在镀锡软铜导体外的聚氯乙烯绝缘层构成。
6.根据权利要求2-4任一所述的机器人电缆,其特征在于:所述第二绝缘线芯由镀锡软铜导体以及挤包在镀锡软铜导体外的聚乙烯绝缘层构成。
