Abstract
本发明公开了空气过滤技术领域的一种可进行滤芯板清洁的空滤机结构,包括机壳,所述机壳中设置有进气罩、滤芯板和风轮,所述滤芯板插接在机壳中,所述风轮的轴心连接电机的动力输出轴,所述机壳的侧壁开设有出风口,所述进气罩中均匀排布有紫外杀菌灯,所述机壳的顶部设置有清新剂盒,所述清新剂盒上插接有输液管,所述输液管上设置有控制阀,本发明便于对滤芯板进行清洁和更换,通过紫外灯对滤芯板上的细菌进行杀灭,减少细菌滋生,通过挥发端对清新剂进行挥发,便于保持吹出过滤后的空气的清新。

技术领域
本发明涉及空气过滤技术领域,具体为一种可进行滤芯板清洁的空滤机结构。
背景技术
空气净化器普遍被安装在普通住宅、公寓或汽车驾驶室内,用于吸入室内或驾驶室内的空气,并将该吸入的空气分离和去除烟、粉尘、花粉或其它污染的微小颗粒,再将已去除这些微小颗粒的净化空气吹到室内或驾驶室内,从而使室内或驾驶室内的空气保持清洁,提高舒适度,但一般的空气净化器的滤芯板在使用一段时间后表面会沾上很多灰尘和细菌,不便于清理,基于此,本发明设计了一种可进行滤芯板清洁的空滤机结构,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可进行滤芯板清洁的空滤机结构,以解决上述背景技术中提出的一般的空气净化器的滤芯板在使用一段时间后表面会沾上很多灰尘和细菌,不便于清理的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种可进行滤芯板清洁的空滤机结构,包括机壳,所述机壳中设置有进气罩、滤芯板和风轮,所述滤芯板插接在机壳中,所述风轮的轴心连接电机的动力输出轴,所述机壳的侧壁开设有出风口,所述进气罩中均匀排布有紫外杀菌灯,所述机壳的顶部设置有清新剂盒,所述清新剂盒上插接有输液管,所述输液管上设置有控制阀,所述输液管贯穿机壳,且输液管设置在进气罩的出风口处,所述输液管上均匀排布有挥发端,所述机壳的内腔底部设置有限位卡板,所述滤芯板的底端插接在限位卡板中。
优选的,所述滤芯板的顶部设置有端板,所述端板的顶部设置有抽拉把手。
优选的,所述机壳的顶部开设有凹槽,且凹槽的内壁设置有密封垫,所述端板放置在凹槽中。
优选的,所述滤芯板包括活性炭过滤层、冷触媒过滤层和银离子过滤网,所述冷触媒过滤层设置在活性炭过滤层的外侧,所述银离子过滤网设置在冷触媒过滤层的外侧,所述活性炭过滤层、冷触媒过滤层和银离子过滤网通过固定卡件固定。
优选的,所述限位卡板中设置有弹簧。
优选的,所述挥发端为海绵挥发头。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明便于对滤芯板进行清洁和更换,通过紫外灯对滤芯板上的细菌进行杀灭,减少细菌滋生,通过挥发端对清新剂进行挥发,便于保持吹出过滤后的空气的清新。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种可进行滤芯板清洁的空滤机结构,包括机壳1,机壳1中设置有进气罩14、滤芯板2和风轮3,滤芯板2插接在机壳1中,风轮3的轴心连接电机13的动力输出轴,机壳1的侧壁开设有出风口4,进气罩14中均匀排布有紫外杀菌灯5,机壳1的顶部设置有清新剂盒8,清新剂盒8上插接有输液管6,输液管6上设置有控制阀9,输液管6贯穿机壳1,且输液管6设置在进气罩14的出风口处,输液管6上均匀排布有挥发端7,机壳1的内腔底部设置有限位卡板11,滤芯板2的底端插接在限位卡板11中。
其中,滤芯板2的顶部设置有端板201,端板201的顶部设置有抽拉把手202,便于将滤芯板2取出;机壳1的顶部开设有凹槽,且凹槽的内壁设置有密封垫12,端板201放置在凹槽中,密封垫12增加端板201与机壳1之间的密封性;滤芯板2包括活性炭过滤层203、冷触媒过滤层205和银离子过滤网204,冷触媒过滤层205设置在活性炭过滤层203的外侧,银离子过滤网204设置在冷触媒过滤层205的外侧,活性炭过滤层203、冷触媒过滤层205和银离子过滤网204通过固定卡件206固定;限位卡板11中设置有弹簧10,弹簧10进行滤芯板2底部的缓冲,挥发端7为海绵挥发头。
本实施例的一个具体应用为:电机13带动风轮3进行吹风,负压使空气从进气罩14外吸入,在滤芯板2上进行过滤,银离子过滤网204进行灭菌,冷触媒过滤层205进行甲醛的分解,活性炭过滤层203进行有毒物质的吸附,紫外杀菌灯5进行细菌的杀灭,清新剂盒8中的清新剂通过输液管6流到挥发端7上,挥发端7上的清新剂在紫外杀菌灯5的热量照射下进行挥发,对处理后的空气进行清新,使用一段时间需要对滤芯板2继续清洗或更换,通过抽拉把手202拉出滤芯板2,松开固定卡件206,对活性炭过滤层203、冷触媒过滤层205和银离子过滤网204进行整体拆除,便于分批更换。

1.一种可进行滤芯板清洁的空滤机结构,包括机壳(1),其特征在于:所述机壳(1)中设置有进气罩(14)、滤芯板(2)和风轮(3),所述滤芯板(2)插接在机壳(1)中,所述风轮(3)的轴心连接电机(13)的动力输出轴,所述机壳(1)的侧壁开设有出风口(4),所述进气罩(14)中均匀排布有紫外杀菌灯(5),所述机壳(1)的顶部设置有清新剂盒(8),所述清新剂盒(8)上插接有输液管(6),所述输液管(6)上设置有控制阀(9),所述输液管(6)贯穿机壳(1),且输液管(6)设置在进气罩(14)的出风口处,所述输液管(6)上均匀排布有挥发端(7),所述机壳(1)的内腔底部设置有限位卡板(11),所述滤芯板(2)的底端插接在限位卡板(11)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可进行滤芯板清洁的空滤机结构,其特征在于:所述滤芯板(2)的顶部设置有端板(201),所述端板(201)的顶部设置有抽拉把手(202)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种可进行滤芯板清洁的空滤机结构,其特征在于:所述机壳(1)的顶部开设有凹槽,且凹槽的内壁设置有密封垫(12),所述端板(201)放置在凹槽中。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可进行滤芯板清洁的空滤机结构,其特征在于:所述滤芯板(2)包括活性炭过滤层(203)、冷触媒过滤层(205)和银离子过滤网(204),所述冷触媒过滤层(205)设置在活性炭过滤层(203)的外侧,所述银离子过滤网(204)设置在冷触媒过滤层(205)的外侧,所述活性炭过滤层(203)、冷触媒过滤层(205)和银离子过滤网(204)通过固定卡件(206)固定。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种可进行滤芯板清洁的空滤机结构,其特征在于:所述限位卡板(11)中设置有弹簧(10)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种可进行滤芯板清洁的空滤机结构,其特征在于:所述挥发端(7)为海绵挥发头。
