Abstract

Background
When the aluminum electrolysis workshop is put into production in a partition mode and the partition power is cut off in an emergency, the short-circuit buses on the series buses are required to be installed and detached. Because of strong electrolysis current, the disassembly and assembly of the short-circuit bus are needed to cut off the power of the whole electrolysis series, but the power cut time is strictly controlled to prevent the electrolyte in the electrolytic tank from being solidified when the power cut is too long.
The installation location of the short-circuit busbar is generally under the workshop corridor where space is limited and large instruments are difficult to access. At present, the disassembly and assembly are basically carried out manually, time and labor are wasted, and certain safety risks exist. The invention provides an electrolytic series short-circuit bus dismounting mechanism which is used for faster and more convenient operation.

Please refer to fig. 1-3: as can be seen from the figure, the device of the invention comprises a lifting trolley 1 with a rectangular frame structure, wherein a lifting frame 15 is arranged on the lifting trolley 1, the top of the lifting frame 15 supports a supporting platform 14 with a rectangular frame structure, two hinge shafts 8 are fixed in parallel in the middle of the supporting platform 14, each hinge shaft 8 is respectively hinged with a square tube 9, and the square tube 9 can rotate around the hinge shaft 8; the top end of each square tube 9 is provided with a telescopic rod 3, and the telescopic rods 3 are connected with a clamp 2; a movable platform 6 is also arranged on the supporting platform 14, and a guiding device 4 is arranged at the bottom of the movable platform 6.
The hinge shaft 8 spans between and is perpendicular to two long sides in the rectangular frame structure of the supporting platform 14; the square tube 9 is vertically connected with the hinge shaft 8; the rotation range of square pipe 9 rotates from two long limits in the rectangular frame structure with supporting platform 14 to perpendicular with two long limits in the rectangular frame structure of supporting platform 14, and when square pipe 9 rotates to perpendicular with two long limits in the rectangular frame structure of supporting platform 14, telescopic link 3 on the square pipe 9 is in the highest position.

The lifting frame 15 is composed of two groups of crisscross frame bodies which are arranged in parallel, and the opening or closing degree of the crisscross frame bodies is adjusted through a trolley lifting screw rod 11 arranged on the movable trolley 1 so as to control the lifting of the lifting frame 15.
The invention is implemented as follows:
as the lifting trolley 1 is provided with the movable platform 6; the movable platform 6 can horizontally move back and forth along the guide device 4 through a platform movable screw rod 7; the ends of the clamp 2, the platform moving screw rod 7 and the trolley lifting screw rod 11 are of hexagonal bolt structures, and can be rotated by using the wrench 5 and converted into linear motion. The telescopic rod 3 can extend out of the square tube 9; the square tube 9 is connected with the movable platform 6 through a hinge shaft 8 and can move back and forth along the hinge shaft 8; the trolley fixing device 10 is arranged around the lifting trolley 1. As shown in fig. 3, when the short-circuit bus 13 and the series bus 12 are required to be separated from each other, the lifting trolley 1 is first moved below the short-circuit bus 13, the trolley 1 is fixed by using the trolley fixing device 10, the trolley lifting screw 11 is rotated by using the wrench 5 to bring the moving platform 6 of the trolley into contact with the lower part of the short-circuit bus 13, and then the nut on the stud 16 is loosened by using the wrench 5. The square tube 9 is turned, the telescopic rod 3 is pulled out, and the clamp 2 is turned by using the wrench 5, so that the upper part of the short-circuit bus 13 is clamped. And then the wrench 5 is used for rotating the platform moving screw rod 7, so that the moving platform 6 moves outwards along the guide device 4, and the short-circuit bus 13 is separated from the series of buses 12. And taking out the stud 16, rotating the trolley lifting screw rod 11 by using the wrench 5, and enabling the short-circuit bus to descend along with the trolley platform 6 to finish the disassembly work of the short-circuit bus 13.
The installation process and the removal process of the short-circuit bus bar 13 are reversed.
