Abstract

本发明公布了一种EVA低熔点标签,其特征在于所述标签由EVA层、胶黏剂层和离型纸层组成;所述EVA层包括正反两面,正面由纯的EVA组成,反面由EVA、色母、润滑剂混合制成;所述EVA层的正面与胶黏剂层连接。本发明标签可以直接贴在橡胶投料过程的橡胶助剂包装袋上,可以直接投入密炼机中与待加工的橡胶混合,不影响橡胶的品质,并且本发明标签可以用于打印条形码,二维码,文字等信息。

一种EVA低熔点标签
技术领域
本发明涉及标签技术领域,尤其是涉及一种以EVA为主原料制得的低熔点标签。
背景技术
橡胶生产行业在进行橡胶密炼过程中需要添加各种橡胶助剂,助剂一般都会预先用EVA低熔点投料袋称装好一定分量的各种化学品助剂,由于助剂的品类较多,有些颜色品相都差不多,难以区分,在生产流转过程比较容易混淆;
目前大多数的做法都是在袋子表面用记号笔写上助剂的名称和重量等信息,但是这种做法效率非常低,也容易写错,袋子表面不像纸张那么好书写,而且效率低下,也不方便别人识别,另一种方法用普通纸质不干胶打印后贴在袋子外面,这种方法虽然解决了标识的问题,但是标签纸是纸张材质,不可以投入橡胶密炼机内密炼,纸张不会熔入橡胶,所以在投料时必须要把标签撕掉,这样非常麻烦,而且目前市场所有低熔点投料袋的特性(薄膜表面有隔离剂或开口剂),所以不干胶贴合不牢固,标签容易掉落,甚至有些标签根本贴不上去。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述问题,本发明申请人提供了一种EVA低熔点标签。本发明可以直接贴在橡胶投料过程的橡胶助剂包装袋上,可以直接投入密炼机中与待加工的橡胶混合,不影响橡胶的品质,并且本发明标签可以用于打印条形码,二维码,文字等信息。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种EVA低熔点标签,所述标签由EVA层、胶黏剂层和离型纸层组成;
所述EVA层包括正反两面,正面由纯的EVA组成,反面由EVA、色母、润滑剂混合制成;所述EVA层的正面与胶黏剂层连接。
所述EVA层的反面所含原料及各原料质量百分数为:以EVA用量为100%,色母的用量为1-15%,润滑剂的用量为1-10%。所述EVA的熔点为60-100℃,熔指为2-40g/10min。
所述色母为钛白粉;所述润滑剂为气相纳米二氧化硅、油酸酰胺、芥酸酰胺、硅酮、滑石粉、乙撑双硬脂酰胺中的一种或多种。
所述钛白粉为金刚石型或锐钛型;所述锐钛型钛白粉的二氧化钛含量≥98%,45μm的筛孔筛余物≤0.05%。
所述EVA层通过如下步骤制得:
(1)双螺杆挤出机上设有两个加料口,一个加料口中加入纯的EVA,另一个加料口中添加EVA、色母、润滑剂的混合物;
(2)设置双螺杆挤出机螺杆的转速为5-150rpm,模头温度110-150℃;
(3)内外层螺杆转速同步,均匀挤出成膜,保证含有爽滑剂的在薄膜内层,外层不得有任何爽滑剂,卷曲前需通过电晕;
(4)裁料,制得所述EVA层。所述EVA层的正面经过电晕处理,使毛面大于38达因。
所述EVA层的反面还包括微玻璃球珠,其用量为EVA用量的1-10wt%。
所述胶黏剂层为热敏胶或压敏胶。所述胶黏剂层热敏胶或压敏胶的粘度4000-6000CPs@170℃。
本发明有益的技术效果在于:
本发明采用低熔点EVA作为标签的主体材料,其与橡胶具有较好的相容性,加工过程中不用将该标签撕下,节省投料时间,提高加工效率。
本发明标签含有润滑剂和钛白粉的一面,可以用于打印条形码、二维码等信息,打印过程中打印机有很好的识别性,而且表面不会与碳纸黏连,有很好的分离效果。
本发明把EVA原料分层挤出,使得两面的功能不同,一面不含任何爽滑剂,通过电晕,可以涂上压敏胶,使得压敏胶贴合更牢固,另一面通过一定比例的添加剂可以克服EVA材料低温无法打印的问题,
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明进行具体描述。
实施例1
一种EVA低熔点标签,所述标签由EVA层、胶黏剂层和离型纸层组成;
所述EVA层包括正反两面,正面由纯的EVA组成,反面由EVA、钛白粉、润滑剂混合制成;所述EVA层的正面与胶黏剂层连接。
所述EVA低熔点标签的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)双螺杆挤出机上设有两个加料口,一个加料口中加入纯的100g EVA,另一个加料口中添加100g EVA、10g锐钛型钛白粉(二氧化钛含量≥98%,45μm的筛孔筛余物≤0.05%)、5g润滑剂(气相纳米二氧化硅)的混合物;所述EVA型号为Evaflex 360,其熔点为75℃,熔指为2g/10min;
(2)设置双螺杆挤出机螺杆的转速为50rpm,模头温度110℃;
(3)内外层螺杆转速同步,均匀挤出成膜,保证含有爽滑剂的在薄膜内层,外层不得有任何爽滑剂,卷曲前需电晕EVA层的正面,使毛面大于38达因;
(4)裁料,制得所述EVA层;
(5)在经过电晕处理的EVA层正面涂覆一层热敏胶(粘度4000CPs@170℃),形成胶黏剂层;
(6)最后在胶黏剂层附上离型纸层,最终制得所述EVA低熔点标签。
实施例2
一种EVA低熔点标签,所述标签由EVA层、胶黏剂层和离型纸层组成;
所述EVA层包括正反两面,正面由纯的EVA组成,反面由EVA、色母、润滑剂混合制成;所述EVA层的正面与胶黏剂层连接。
所述EVA低熔点标签的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)双螺杆挤出机上设有两个加料口,一个加料口中加入纯的100g EVA,另一个加料口中添加100g EVA、1g金刚石型钛白粉(二氧化钛含量≥98%,45μm的筛孔筛余物≤0.05%)、10g润滑剂(油酸酰胺)的混合物;所述EVA的型号为EVA633,其熔点为80℃,熔指为20g/10min;
(2)设置双螺杆挤出机螺杆的转速为30rpm,模头温度110℃;
(3)内外层螺杆转速同步,均匀挤出成膜,保证含有爽滑剂的在薄膜内层,外层不得有任何爽滑剂,卷曲前需电晕EVA层的正面,使毛面大于38达因;
(4)裁料,制得所述EVA层;
(5)在经过电晕处理的EVA层正面涂覆一层热敏胶(粘度6000CPs@170℃),形成胶黏剂层;
(6)最后在胶黏剂层附上离型纸层,最终制得所述EVA低熔点标签。
实施例3
一种EVA低熔点标签,所述标签由EVA层、胶黏剂层和离型纸层组成;
所述EVA层包括正反两面,正面由纯的EVA组成,反面由EVA、色母、润滑剂混合制成;所述EVA层的正面与胶黏剂层连接。
所述EVA低熔点标签的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)双螺杆挤出机上设有两个加料口,一个加料口中加入纯的100g EVA,另一个加料口中添加100g EVA、15g锐钛型钛白粉(二氧化钛含量≥98%,45μm的筛孔筛余物≤0.05%)、1g润滑剂(乙撑双硬脂酰胺)的混合物;所述EVA的型号为EVA750,其熔点为60℃,熔指为30g/10min;
(2)设置双螺杆挤出机螺杆的转速为150rpm,模头温度150℃;
(3)内外层螺杆转速同步,均匀挤出成膜,保证含有爽滑剂的在薄膜内层,外层不得有任何爽滑剂,卷曲前需电晕EVA层的正面,使毛面大于38达因;
(4)裁料,制得所述EVA层;
(5)在经过电晕处理的EVA层正面涂覆一层热敏胶(粘度5000CPs@170℃),形成胶黏剂层;
(6)最后在胶黏剂层附上离型纸层,最终制得所述EVA低熔点标签。
实施例4
一种EVA低熔点标签,所述标签由EVA层、胶黏剂层和离型纸层组成;
所述EVA层包括正反两面,正面由纯的EVA组成,反面由EVA、色母、润滑剂混合制成;所述EVA层的正面与胶黏剂层连接。
所述EVA低熔点标签的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)双螺杆挤出机上设有两个加料口,一个加料口中加入纯的100g EVA,另一个加料口中添加100g EVA、8g金刚石型钛白粉(二氧化钛含量≥98%,45μm的筛孔筛余物≤0.05%)、8g润滑剂(滑石粉)、5g微玻璃球珠的混合物;所述EVA的型号为EVA710,其熔点为80℃,熔指为18g/10min;
(2)设置双螺杆挤出机螺杆的转速为120rpm,模头温度130℃;
(3)内外层螺杆转速同步,均匀挤出成膜,保证含有爽滑剂的在薄膜内层,外层不得有任何爽滑剂,卷曲前需电晕EVA层的正面,使毛面大于38达因;
(4)裁料,制得所述EVA层;
(5)在经过电晕处理的EVA层正面涂覆一层热敏胶(粘度4800CPs@170℃),形成胶黏剂层;
(6)最后在胶黏剂层附上离型纸层,最终制得所述EVA低熔点标签。
测试例:
将本发明实施例1值得的EVA低熔点标签进行性能测试,测试结果如表1所示。

Claims (10)

1.一种EVA低熔点标签,其特征在于所述标签由EVA层、胶黏剂层和离型纸层组成;
所述EVA层包括正反两面,正面由纯的EVA组成,反面由EVA、色母、润滑剂混合制成;所述EVA层的正面与胶黏剂层连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的EVA低熔点标签,其特征在于所述EVA层的反面所含原料及各原料质量百分数为:以EVA用量为100%,色母的用量为1-15%,润滑剂的用量为1-10%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的EVA低熔点标签,其特征在于所述EVA的熔点为60-100℃,熔指为2-40g/10min。
4.根据权利要求2所述的EVA低熔点标签,其特征在于所述色母为钛白粉;所述润滑剂为气相纳米二氧化硅、油酸酰胺、芥酸酰胺、硅酮、滑石粉、乙撑双硬脂酰胺中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的EVA低熔点标签,其特征在于所述钛白粉为金刚石型或锐钛型;所述锐钛型钛白粉的二氧化钛含量≥98%,45μm的筛孔筛余物≤0.05%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的EVA低熔点标签,其特征在于所述EVA层通过如下步骤制得:
(1)双螺杆挤出机上设有两个加料口,一个加料口中加入纯的EVA,另一个加料口中添加EVA、色母、润滑剂的混合物;
(2)设置双螺杆挤出机螺杆的转速为5-150rpm,模头温度110-150℃;
(3)内外层螺杆转速同步,均匀挤出成膜,保证含有爽滑剂的在薄膜内层,外层不得有任何爽滑剂,卷曲前需通过电晕;
(4)裁料,制得所述EVA层。
7.根据权利要求6所述的EVA低熔点标签,其特征在于所述EVA层的正面经过电晕处理,使毛面大于38达因。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的EVA低熔点标签,其特征在于所述EVA层的反面还包括微玻璃球珠,其用量为EVA用量的1-10wt%。
9.根据权利要求1所述的EVA低熔点标签,其特征在于所述胶黏剂层为热敏胶或压敏胶。
10.根据权利要求9所述的EVA低熔点标签,其特征在于所述胶黏剂层热敏胶或压敏胶的粘度4000-6000CPs@170℃。
