一种环保无异味婴儿爬行垫,由以下重量份数的原料制成:低密度聚乙烯60‑80份、硅烷偶联剂5‑8份、丁烷发泡剂0.5‑2份、滑石粉40‑70份、甘油酯2‑5份、聚酯多元醇2‑8份、二元醇2‑5份、氧化锌1‑3份、硬脂酸0.5‑2份、扩链剂0.5‑2份、催化剂0.5‑2份。借由上述技术方案,本发明提供的爬行垫具有良好的防水性以及回弹性,并且所用的材料十分环保,制造出来的爬行垫无异味,适合婴幼儿使用。

技术领域
本发明属于婴儿用爬行垫领域,特别是涉及一种环保无异味婴儿爬行垫。
背景技术
爬行对于婴儿的身体健康以及平衡能力的培养至关重要。传统的爬行用品一般是毛毯,被褥,但是这些用品有许多问题:一,厚重,不容易携带;二,易脏,清洗费时费力;三,吸湿,容易返潮。所以市场上的爬行垫一般由EPE和保鲜膜组合而成,中层为EPE(珍珠发泡棉,一种无味环保材料,表层为保鲜膜。婴儿爬行垫起源于日韩,并在日韩市场上趋于成熟,中国市场的认知度也正逐步形成,然而市面上或者网络上销售的爬行垫质量参差不齐,有的爬行垫虽然经过了国家认证,但是仍然存在异味,短时间使用没事,但是若长时间给婴儿使用,则有可能造成一定的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,克服现有爬行垫存在的缺陷,提供一种防水性能好,回弹性高且环保无异味的爬行垫,从而更加适于实用。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现。依据本发明提出的一种环保无异味婴儿爬行垫,由以下重量份数的原料制成:低密度聚乙烯60-80份、硅烷偶联剂5-8份、丁烷发泡剂0.5-2份、滑石粉40-70 份、甘油酯2-5份、聚酯多元醇2-8份、二元醇2-5份、氧化锌1-3份、硬脂酸0.5-2份、扩链剂0.5-2份、催化剂0.5-2份。
进一步的,所述的一种环保无异味婴儿爬行垫,由以下重量份数的原料制成:低密度聚乙烯60份、硅烷偶联剂5份、丁烷发泡剂0.5份、滑石粉 40份、甘油酯2份、聚酯多元醇8份、二元醇5份、氧化锌3份、硬脂酸2份、扩链剂2份、催化剂2份。
