As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the trimming device for the nameplate and the ribbon of the wiring board comprises the following components: a wiring board seat 1-4 for supporting and positioning the wiring board A1; a lower supporting plate 1-3 horizontally fixed at the front end of the wiring board seat 1-4 and used for supporting and positioning the electric wire A4 of the wiring board A1; a frame 1-1 fixed on the wiring board seat and provided with a cantilever 1-6 extending horizontally and forwards; a lifting and pressing plate 2-2 which is arranged above the lower supporting plate 1-3 and can do lifting and pressing movement relative to the lower supporting plate 1-3; and the trimming mechanism is arranged on the top surface of the front end of the lifting and pressing plate 2-2, is provided with a pair of openable trimming blades 2-3, and the trimming blades 2-3 extend out of the front end of the lifting and pressing plate 2-2.
The top of the wiring board seat 1-4 is provided with a positioning groove which is adapted to the outer contour of the wiring board A1 and has a certain depth.
The top surface of the lower support plate 1-3 is provided with a lower semicircular groove 1-71 which is matched with the outer diameter of the electric wire A4, and the lower semicircular groove 1-71 extends from the rear end to the front end of the lower support plate 1-3.
The lifting and pressing plate 2-2 is driven by a pressing cylinder 1-5, a cylinder body of the pressing cylinder 1-5 is fixed on the bottom surface of the cantilever 1-6, and a push rod of the pressing cylinder 1-5 is vertically downwards arranged and connected with the lifting and pressing plate 2-2.
The bottom surface of the lifting and pressing plate 2-2 is provided with an upper semicircular groove 1-72 which is matched with the outer diameter of the electric wire A4, and the upper semicircular groove 1-72 extends from the rear end of the lifting and pressing plate 2-2 to the front end. After the lifting pressing plate 2-2 descends, the folding travel of the upper semicircular groove 1-72 and the lower semicircular groove 1-71 is a round hole which is matched with the electric wire A4, and the round hole can limit the electric wire A4.
At least two guide rods 1-2 are vertically fixed on the top surface of the lower supporting plate 1-3, guide holes 1-21 corresponding to the guide rods 1-2 are formed in the lifting pressing plate 2-2, and sliding pairs are formed between the guide rods 1-2 and the guide holes 1-21 and guide the lifting pressing plate 2-2.
The trimming mechanism comprises a pneumatic finger 2-1 fixed on the top surface of the front end of the lifting pressing plate 2-2 and a pair of trimming blades 2-3 respectively fixed on two action arms of the pneumatic finger 2-1. The trimming blade 2-3 can form a larger trimming displacement, so that the band tail end A5 with a certain swing amplitude can be adapted.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
in the initial state, the material pressing cylinder 1-5 is contracted, the lifting material pressing plate 2-2 is positioned at the highest position, and the pneumatic finger 2-1 acts to enable the gap between the two trimming blades 2-3 to be opened to the maximum; manually placing the wiring board A1 into the positioning groove of the wiring board seat 1-4, placing the electric wire A4 into the lower semicircular groove 1-71 of the lower supporting plate 1-3, and positioning the plug A3 of the electric wire A4 and the nameplate A2 on the electric wire A4 on the front side of the lower supporting plate 1-3; the nameplate A2 on the electric wire A4 can be indiscriminately and positively, and the nameplate A2 of the wiring board naturally faces downwards vertically under the action of gravity, and the tail end A5 of the binding belt faces upwards and is positioned between the two trimming blades 2-3; the material pressing cylinder 1-5 is started to push the lifting material pressing plate 2-2 to descend until the upper semicircular groove 1-72 presses the electric wire A4, and the pneumatic finger 2-1 is closed to trim the tail end A5 of the binding belt. After trimming is completed, the lifting pressing plate 2-2 and the trimming blade 2-3 are reset.
