Description

Dry-type compounding machine
Technical Field
The invention relates to a dry compound machine. More particularly, the invention relates to a dry compound machine which can conveniently glue and simultaneously realize the recycling of resources.
Background
Dry lamination machines are machines that bond different plastic films together to form a composite film by a dry lamination process. The dry compounding process is that after gluing, the solvent in the glue solution is dried fully through heating and exhausting, and then compounded under the condition of 'dry'.
The corona treatment is an electric shock treatment, which makes the surface of the printing stock have higher adhesiveness. The principle is that high-frequency high-voltage corona discharge (high-frequency alternating current voltage reaches 5000-. In practice it has been demonstrated that: the BOPP film also undergoes a change in structural state after production, and within a few days the polymer changes from amorphous to crystalline, thereby affecting the effect of the corona treatment. After corona treatment, the cross-linked structure of the surface layer of the plastic is reduced compared with that of the inner layer, so that the functional groups of the surface layer have higher mobility. So that the deterioration of the corona treatment effect of many plastics occurs, and the migration of additives from the inside to the surface is also a factor which lowers the surface energy and affects the adhesion, and this negative effect cannot be completely suppressed. In practice, the effect of corona treatment is also affected by relative humidity, which is a depolarizer, but is generally ignored because the effect is not severe and is often within the error of the test. The purpose of corona treatment is to change the surface energy of many substrates to facilitate bonding to printing inks, coating materials and adhesives. However, different chemical structures have different atomic bonds, so the effect of corona treatment on plastics is different according to the chemical structures of the plastics, so different plastics need to be subjected to corona treatment with different strengths, and the effect of corona treatment is influenced by various objective conditions, so that the corona treatment method is not universally applicable.
Simultaneously at equipment operation in-process, before carrying out base material and bed charge complex, need heat the temperature of rail through electric heater, preheat the bed charge that passes the rail, guarantee the bed charge when compounding with the bed charge, the base material after the high temperature stoving differs little with the bed charge temperature, avoid both after compound in later stage, the problem of bubble or fold appears, at this in-process, still need use external energy source to heat electric heater to the rail heating, the cost is increased, the energy has been wasted.

Fig. 1 shows an implementation form of a dry compound machine according to the present invention, which includes:
the base material unwinding unit 1, the gluing unit 2, the drying unit 3, the base material unwinding unit 4, the compounding unit 5 and the winding unit 6 are in communication connection with the control terminal (not shown);
the discharge end of the base material unreeling unit is provided with a supporting plate 7 and a first press roller mechanism 8 matched with the supporting plate so as to be connected to the gluing unit;
the first compression roller mechanism is in communication connection with the control terminal, a plurality of semicircular protrusions 9 are arranged on the first compression roller mechanism along the circumferential direction of the first compression roller mechanism, and the height of each protrusion is set to be 0.1-0.2 mm. Through each unit that sets up, can carry out rubberizing, stoving with the base material, carry out compound pressfitting back with the bed charge, accomplish whole complex process, the operation treatment process before the base material carries out the rubberizing is: the base material passes through from the base material unwinding unit after coming out, follows the backup pad, and first compression roller mechanism extrudees the base material surface immediately to make the base material surface be formed with a plurality of recesses that evenly arrange and size is unanimous, made things convenient for being stained with of glue solution and attached. The scheme has the advantages of simple operation and good implementable effect. Also, this manner is merely an illustration of a preferred example, but not limited thereto. When the invention is implemented, appropriate replacement and/or modification can be carried out according to the requirements of users.
In another example, the base material unwinding unit includes:
a first bracket (not shown);
the first unwinding mechanism is arranged on the first support and is away from the ground by a preset distance; first unwinding mechanism is including inflatable shaft 10 and power unit 11 to make inflatable shaft work accomplish the operation of unreeling of matrix under control terminal's control effect, and the distance of first unwinding mechanism apart from ground is set up to 200mm at least, and its purpose is to avoid the condition on matrix electrostatic adsorption ash layer, guarantees the high cleanliness factor of matrix, in order to avoid the problem that quality such as foaming can appear after the later stage is compound, reduces compound effect, reduces life.
A first tension sensor 12 is arranged on the first unwinding mechanism;
the first tension sensor and the first unwinding mechanism are both in communication connection with the control terminal. Through the first tension sensor who sets up, guarantee that the base material is in the state of automatic constant tension control at the in-process that unreels, the fold scheduling problem can not appear. The proposal has the advantages of good unreeling control effect and avoiding the pollution of the base material. Also, this manner is merely an illustration of a preferred example, but not limited thereto. When the invention is implemented, appropriate replacement and/or modification can be carried out according to the requirements of users.
In another example, the glue application unit includes:
a second bracket (not shown);

the gluing press roller is set to be a silica gel roller, and the hardness range of the gluing press roller is set to be HS 70-HS 90.
When coating, the coating amount mainly depends on the depth of the mesh of the anilox roller, and the coating amount is more when the mesh is deeper, and the coating amount is less when the mesh is shallower. The correct regulation of the scraper can ensure that the gluing amount is more uniform, thereby reducing or avoiding the occurrence of bubbles. In the actual operation process, the pressure of the scraper is preferably adjusted by a hammer pressing method, and the pressure of the scraper is generally 180-420 kPa. When the pressure of the doctor blade against the anilox roller is too low during coating, the doctor blade is easily pushed up to form a gap when impurities are mixed, and coating is not uniform. Since the surface of the anilox roll is not smooth, if the installation angle of the scraper is too large, the elastic scraper blade is easy to vibrate or jump when the scraper runs at a high speed, so that glue solution is bounced, and the difference of coating amount is increased. The radial included angle between the contact point of the scraper and the anilox roller is generally selected to be 15-30 degrees. If the scraper is flat, the coating amount is uniform, otherwise, the coating amount difference becomes large. The flatness of the doctor blade depends on the method of installation of the doctor blade, which involves wiping the liner clean and then placing a new blade behind the liner and into the blade holder slot. When screwing the screw on the back of the knife, the screw is screwed gradually from the middle of the blade to the two sides, and the two sides are screwed in turn. The screw is tightened in two or three passes, while the screw is tightened, the blade and the lining are clamped by the cloth and are tightened outwards, so that the assembled scraper is relatively flat.
