Because the surface of the coated product is rewetted by rolling, the surface of the coated product carries more liquid, and the liquid on the surface of the coated product is unevenly distributed, on one hand, when the coated product is rewetted by steam, the water layers with different thicknesses on the surface of the coated product can influence the wetting effect of the steam on the coated product, so that the coated product has different humidity, and the consistency of the finished coated product is difficult to ensure. By arranging the vibration mechanism 131, when the coated product with the liquid on the surface is moved to the supporting bottom plate 1311, the redundant liquid on the surface of the coated product is shaken and dropped by utilizing the vibration of the supporting bottom plate 1311, and meanwhile, the liquid on the surface of the coated product is more uniform, so that the surface humidity uniformity is improved. By arranging the water wiping mechanism 132, when the shaken coated product passes between the upper clamping plate 1321 and the lower clamping plate 1322 of the water wiping mechanism 132, the coated product is extruded by utilizing the gradually reduced gap between the upper clamping plate 1321 and the lower clamping plate 1322, so that the liquid on the surface of the coated product fully permeates the coated product, the humidifying effect is better when the subsequent steam humidification is carried out, the coated product can be fully wetted, and the consistency of the performance of the finished coated product is improved.
Preferably, the water removing unit 13 further comprises a water collecting basin 133, the water collecting basin 133 is disposed below the vibration mechanism 131 and the water wiping mechanism 132, and the bottom of the supporting bottom plate 1311 is provided with water leakage holes. By providing the water collection basin 133, water on the surface of the coated product can be recycled, and water resource consumption can be reduced. The water leakage holes are arranged, so that the surface dehydration of the coating product can be accelerated, and the water drainage effect is improved.

performing secondary rectification on the base material subjected to corona treatment by using a coating rectification unit 04 and transmitting the base material to a five-roller coating unit 05;
coating the surface of the base material by means of a five-roller coating unit 05 to form a coated product;
the coated article is subjected to a drying treatment by means of a drying wind box unit 06;
cooling the dried coated article by means of a first cooling and drawing unit 07;
The surface of the coated product is preliminarily humidified by means of a rolling rewetting unit 08;
steam humidifying the surface of the coated product by means of a steam rewetting unit 09;
cooling the coated article subjected to the steam humidification treatment by means of a second cooling traction unit 10;
correcting the running direction of the coated product by using a roll correcting unit;
the winding unit 12 is used to wind the coated product.
Compared with the prior art, the scheme of the invention has the following advantages:
1. in the five-roller coating machine, after a substrate is coated and dried by the five-roller coating unit 05, the surface of a coated product is humidified twice by the rolling rewetting unit 08 and the steam rewetting unit 09, so that the surface humidity of the coated product is balanced with the atmospheric humidity to reach a certain humidity level, the coated product is prevented from becoming brittle and breaking easily, and the quality of the coated product is improved.
2. According to the coating method, after the base material is coated and dried, the surface of the coated product is subjected to double humidification treatment by adopting two humidification means of rolling rewetting and steam humidifying, so that the humidity of the coated product is improved, the coated product is prevented from becoming brittle, and the coating quality of the coated product is improved.
