The application provides a concrete technical scheme of a feeding device of a centerless grinding machine, which is characterized by comprising a storage vat and a transmission device, wherein the storage vat comprises a vat body, a spiral track and a rotation device, and the transmission device comprises a guide pipe, a first fixing device, a grinding device and a feeding pipe. The feeding device of the centerless grinding machine has the advantages that the feeding device is compact in structure and reasonable in design, the workpiece can be optimized and fine gradually, the workpiece is pretreated and polished by fully utilizing the transmission process, the pretreatment polishing process of the workpiece surface and the groove is completed, the flatness of the workpiece surface is greatly improved, and the follow-up polishing precision of the workpiece is improved.

Background

As shown in fig. 3, 4, 5 and 6, the transmission device 2 comprises a guide tube 210, a first fixing device 220, a polishing device 230 and a feeding tube 240, wherein the guide tube 210 is connected with the spiral track 120, the polishing device 230 is connected with the guide tube 210 through the first fixing device 220, the first fixing device 220 comprises two semicircular buckles 221, and a fixing groove 222 matched with the polishing device 230 is formed at the connecting end of the polishing device 230 of the first fixing device 220. The polishing device 230 comprises an arc-shaped clamping plate 231, a polishing tube 232 with the cross section concentric with the arc-shaped clamping plate, a driving motor 233, a second fixing device 234 and polishing bristles 235, wherein the arc-shaped clamping plate 231 comprises a first arc-shaped plate 231a, a second arc-shaped plate 231b and a third arc-shaped plate 231c, the arc-shaped plates are uniformly arranged in an annular array to form a workpiece channel, and the arc-shaped plates are fixed in the fixing grooves 222 of the first fixing device 220 through bolts. The first arc 231a is arranged at the annular bottom, the first arc 231a comprises an arc 231a1 and a sliding guide steel ball 231a2, a ball vessel 231a3 for accommodating the sliding guide steel ball and a guide groove 231a4 are arranged on the arc, the sliding guide steel ball 231a2 is exposed out of the joint of the ball vessel 231a3 and the workpiece, and the sliding guide steel ball 231a2 facilitates the rotation and forward sliding of the workpiece. The second arc 231b and the third arc 231c are provided with frosted bristles 235 on the inner sides, the middle parts of the inner sides of the second arc 231b and the third arc 231c are provided with water spraying devices 231d, each water spraying device 231d comprises a water pipe 231d1 and a plurality of branch pipes 231d2, each branch pipe 231d2 is perpendicular to the corresponding water pipe 231d1, and each branch pipe 231d2 is provided with a water spraying port 231d3. The polishing tube 232 is sleeved outside the arc-shaped clamping plate 231, the polishing bristles 235 are arranged on the inner side of the polishing tube 232, the polishing tube 232 is connected with the driving motor 233, and the polishing tube 232 is connected to the second fixing device 234 through a bearing. The grinding device 230 is connected to the centerless grinder 3 via a feed tube 240.
The working process of the feeding device of the centerless grinder of the present application is described below with reference to fig. 1, 4, 5 and 6.
In operation, the stirring rod 132 rotates to be in friction contact with the workpiece, so as to realize preliminary polishing and push the workpiece to rise spirally. The subsequent workpiece pushes the previous workpiece to enter the polishing device 230 through the guide pipe 210, the driving motor 233 drives the polishing pipe 232 to rotate, the polishing brush 235 on the inner side of the polishing pipe 232 polishes the workpiece, and meanwhile, the polishing brush 235 drives the workpiece to rotate, and the polishing brush 235 on the inner side of the second arc-shaped plate 231b and the third arc-shaped plate 231c further processes the workpiece. The water spraying devices 231d on the second arc-shaped plate 231b and the third arc-shaped plate 231c spray water to the workpiece in the polishing process, and the fragments polished on the surface of the workpiece are flushed into the diversion trench 231a4 in the middle of the first arc-shaped plate 231a, so that the polishing device 230 is eliminated. After the workpiece is pretreated by the polishing device 230, the workpiece is sent into the centerless grinder 3 for fine polishing through the feeding pipe 240.
