Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of titanium roller cleaning, in particular to a device for efficiently cleaning a titanium roller.
Background
In the process of titanium roller grinding, when the titanium roller surface is abnormal, the titanium roller needs to be subjected to oil grinding, oil in the oil grinding is attached to the roller surface and is difficult to clean, the roller surface is cleaned after one-time roller surface oil grinding, the next process can be carried out, a cleaning tool is not arranged in the original cleaning design, the roller surface after the titanium roller is subjected to oil grinding needs to be cleaned manually by cleaning cotton cloth, and the cleaning method has the problems of slow cleaning, unclean cleaning, non-uniformity, high labor intensity and inconvenience for the tidiness of a grinding room.
In order to solve the problems, CN206373107U discloses an automatic oil grinding and titanium roller surface cleaning device, which comprises a grinding roller groove for placing a titanium roller to be cleaned, an oil grinding roller arranged on the side edge of the titanium roller, and a cleaning roller arranged on the side edge of the grinding roller groove and parallel to the titanium roller to be cleaned; the oil grinding roller and the cleaning roller are both connected with the control unit; the cleaning roller mainly comprises a cleaning roller shaft, a roller body arranged on the cleaning roller shaft and a cleaning part arranged on the side wall of the roller body; the cleaning roller shaft and the roller body are both of a hollow structure, a water outlet pipe is arranged on the side wall of the cleaning roller shaft, and water outlet holes are distributed in the side wall of the roller body.
The above solution, in practical use, also reveals the following drawbacks: the method comprises the following steps that 1, water outlet holes of a cleaning roller are uniformly distributed on the side wall of a roller body, when water is sprayed, the side wall of the whole cleaning roller is bound to spray water, however, when the cleaning roller is used for cleaning, only one surface of the cleaning roller, facing a titanium roller, is used, and therefore the problem of great waste of cleaning liquid exists in the design of the cleaning roller; 2, the titanium roller has a large diameter and a long axial length, and when the CN206373107U proposal is adopted, the required axial length of the cleaning roller must be matched with the titanium roller, so the cleaning roller has the problem of long length; 3, the titanium roller body is heavy in weight, and needs to be operated during cleaning, so that the consumed electric quantity is too large due to too long cleaning time; 4, the cleaning efficiency is low, the surface area of the roller which can be cleaned by the cleaning roller is small, and the titanium roller can be cleaned only by running for more than 3 circles under the condition of low speed, so the cleaning efficiency is low.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a device for efficiently cleaning a titanium roller, an installation method and a use method thereof, and aims to solve the technical problems of waste of cleaning liquid and overlong length of a cleaning roller in the prior art.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: an apparatus for efficiently cleaning a titanium roll, comprising: a supporting frame 1, a horizontal moving platform 2 and a cleaning device 3;
the top end part of the vertical rod of the supporting frame 1 is provided with a longitudinal horizontal rod, and the longitudinal rod is provided with a U-shaped track 4;
the horizontal moving platform 2 includes: the horizontal moving platform comprises a horizontal moving platform body 2-1 and a first roller 2-2 positioned in the U-shaped track 4, wherein the first roller 2-2 is driven by a motor;
the cleaning device 3 comprises an annular body and is fixed in the middle of the horizontal moving platform 2; a hollow pipeline is arranged in the cleaning device, and the inner surface of the cleaning device 3 is provided with a liquid spraying hole 3-1 and a washing part 3-2; the hollow pipeline is communicated with the liquid spraying hole 3-1; during cleaning, the outer surface of the titanium roller 5 penetrates through the middle of the annular structure of the cleaning device 3, and the cleaning part 3-2 is elastic and is tightly pressed between the annular body of the cleaning device 3 and the titanium roller.
Further, the bottom of the supporting frame 1 is provided with a second roller 1-1 and a fixing device, the fixing device comprising: the fixing plate comprises a fixing plate 1-2 and a fixed weight 1-3, the fixing plate 1-2 is suspended on a vertical rod of the supporting frame, a through hole matched with the fixed weight 1-3 is formed in the fixing plate 1-2, and when the fixing plate needs to be fixed, the fixed weight is inserted into the through hole of the fixing plate and placed on the ground, so that the supporting frame is fixed.
Furthermore, the pipeline arranged in the cleaning device 3 comprises a main pipeline 3-8 and branch pipelines 3-11, and the branch pipelines 3-11 correspond to the liquid spraying holes 3-1.
Further, the titanium roller 5 includes: the titanium roller comprises a central shaft 5-1 and a titanium roller body 5-2, wherein two ends of the central shaft 5-1 are arranged on a support 6, and the support 6 is fixed on a vertical titanium roller supporting rack.
Furthermore, the annular body of the cleaning device 3 is of an integral structure, a gap 3-6 is arranged in the middle of the bottom of the annular body along the axial direction, and the width of the gap arranged at the bottom of the cleaning device is larger than the diameter of the central shaft; the center shaft of the titanium roller is connected with a driving mechanism which can rotate.
Further, the annular body of the cleaning device adopts an assembled structure, and the assembled structure includes: a plurality of sub-members, each sub-member including a first end, a second end; the first end and the second end are both provided with connecting plates, and bolt holes are arranged on the connecting plates 3-7; the first end and the second end between the adjacent sub-components correspond to each other and are fixedly connected with the bolt-nut connecting component through the connecting plate; the main conduit 3-8 in each sub-component comprises: 3-8-1 of a protruding section, 3-8-2 of an arc section, 3-8-3 of a gradual change section and 3-8-4 of a socket section; the protruding section 3-8-1 is arranged at the first end of the sub-component; the socket section 3-8-4 is arranged at the second end of the sub-component; the protruding section 3-8-1 of the adjacent sub-component is matched with the socket section 3-8-4, and the protruding section 3-8-1 is sealed with the socket section 3-8-4 capable of being inserted; the surface of the protruding section 3-8-1 is provided with a circumferential groove, and an elastic sealing ring is arranged in the circumferential groove.
Furthermore, a groove 3-5 is arranged on the body of the inner surface of the cleaning device, the washing part 3-2 is arranged in the groove 3-5, the cleaning device comprises a plurality of annular grooves 3-5, a certain distance is arranged between the grooves 3-5, and a liquid spraying hole 3-1 is arranged between the spaced parts; the washing part 3-2 is installed in the groove 3-5.
The installation method of the device for efficiently cleaning the titanium roller comprises the following steps:
firstly, assembling a support frame 1, and then installing a longitudinal U-shaped rail 4 on the support frame 1;
secondly, hoisting the horizontal moving platform 2 with the first rollers 2-2 at the bottom to the upper part of the supporting frame to be in place, wherein the rollers can roll in the U-shaped track 4;
thirdly, hoisting an annular cleaning device 3, wherein the cleaning device is fixedly connected with the horizontal moving platform; then the water supply pipeline is communicated with the pipeline of the cleaning device 3;

wherein, the mode that the water supply pipeline communicates with cleaning device 3's pipeline is: the upper surface of the cleaning device is also provided with an external main pipe 3-4, the horizontal moving platform body 2-1 is provided with a corresponding through hole, and when the cleaning device is fixed, the external main pipe 3-4 penetrates through the through hole of the horizontal moving platform body 2-1 and then is connected with a water supply pipeline.

The use method of the device for efficiently cleaning the titanium roller comprises the following steps:
firstly, a controller controls a water supply pipeline to inject cleaning liquid into a pipeline of a cleaning device, and simultaneously controls a roller driving motor of a horizontal moving platform to operate, the horizontal moving platform drives the cleaning device to reciprocate along the axial direction of a titanium roller body, and the normal working speed of the cleaning device is 3cm/s-5 cm/s;
secondly, the controller controls a motor driving the titanium roller to rotate to enable the titanium roller to rotate in the cleaning process, and the rotation speed is 0.2r/min-1 r/min.
Thirdly, the cleaning device cleans the titanium roller back and forth for 5 to 10 times to complete the cleaning work.
The invention has the advantages that:
(1) the inner surface of the annular body of the cleaning device is provided with the liquid spraying holes, the liquid spraying holes correspond to the titanium roller body, and the problem of waste of cleaning liquid is avoided.
(2) The axial length of the cleaning roller does not need to be set too long.
(3) When the titanium roller cleaning device is used for cleaning, the whole section of the titanium roller body is cleaned, the cleaning device is only required to be cleaned for several times along the titanium roller, the titanium roller can be cleaned, and the cleaning efficiency of the titanium roller is further improved.
(4) When the cleaning device adopts an integral structure, the cleaning device is suitable for cleaning titanium rollers with medium and small diameters and is mainly suitable for online cleaning.
(5) When belt cleaning device adopted the pin-connected panel structure, be applicable to the titanium roller washing of major diameter, it compares earlier in integral structure, and its advantage lies in: the preferred application range is wide, and the titanium roller can be used for titanium rollers with large diameters and medium and small diameters; the titanium roller is convenient to install, and is directly connected and installed on the surface of the titanium roller body, so that the installation efficiency is ensured; thirdly, an annular groove is formed in the surface of the protruding section (3-8-1), and an elastic sealing ring is arranged in the annular groove; the good sealing performance of the protruding section can be ensured under the condition of certain displacement, and the water leakage condition is avoided; fourthly, the washing part can be detached, so that the washing part is convenient to replace and install; fifthly, when the cleaning device adopts an assembled structure, the titanium roller body does not need to rotate, and the cleaning efficiency and the cleaning effect can be ensured; when the cleaning device adopts an integral structure, the titanium roller body must rotate, and the cleaning efficiency and the cleaning effect can be ensured.

First embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-6, an apparatus for cleaning titanium roller with high efficiency comprises: the device comprises a supporting frame 1, a horizontal moving platform 2 and a cleaning device 3;
the top end part of the vertical rod of the supporting frame 1 is provided with a longitudinal horizontal rod, and the longitudinal rod is provided with a U-shaped track 4;
the horizontal moving platform 2 includes: the horizontal moving platform comprises a horizontal moving platform body 2-1 and a first roller 2-2 positioned in the U-shaped track 4, wherein the first roller 2-2 is driven by a motor;
the cleaning device 3 comprises an annular body and is fixed in the middle of the horizontal moving platform 2; a hollow pipeline is arranged in the cleaning device, and the inner surface of the cleaning device 3 is provided with a liquid spraying hole 3-1 and a washing part 3-2; the hollow pipeline is communicated with the liquid spraying hole 3-1; during cleaning, the outer surface of the titanium roller 5 penetrates through the middle of the annular structure of the cleaning device 3, and the cleaning part 3-2 is elastic and is tightly pressed between the annular body of the cleaning device 3 and the titanium roller.

firstly, a controller controls a water supply pipeline to inject cleaning liquid into a pipeline of a cleaning device, and simultaneously controls a roller driving motor of a horizontal moving platform to operate, so that the cleaning device is driven to reciprocate along the axial direction of a titanium roller body, and the normal working speed of the cleaning device is 3cm/s-5 cm/s;
secondly, the controller controls the motor driving the titanium roller to rotate to enable the titanium roller to rotate in the cleaning process, and the rotation speed is 0.2r/min-1r/min
Thirdly, the cleaning device cleans the titanium roller back and forth for 5 to 10 times to complete the cleaning work.
Because the annular cleaning device is provided with the notch, if the titanium roller does not rotate, the titanium roller corresponding to the notch part cannot be cleaned, and therefore, a motor is required to drive the titanium roller to rotate.
Wherein, the cleaning liquid adopts CN206373107U or other types of cleaning liquids.
In the implementation process of the first embodiment, the following disadvantages also exist, specifically as follows:
1) the cleaning device body adopts an integral structure, and needs to pass through a central shaft when being hoisted, so that the bottom of the cleaning device body needs to be provided with notches 3-6; due to the arrangement of the notch, the titanium roller body corresponding to the notch cannot be effectively cleaned; in order to solve the problems, the titanium roller needs to rotate, a corresponding driving mechanism needs to be configured, and mechanical equipment adopted in the cleaning process is too much;
2) the cleaning device is inconvenient to install, firstly passes through the central shaft and then is sleeved on the titanium roller; the installation process needs too long time in the actual operation process, and the larger the diameter of the titanium roller is, the longer the installation process is;
3) the cleaning device is not suitable for the large-diameter titanium roller, and the cleaning device with an integral structure is adopted, so that the required cleaning device is required to be set to be large in diameter, and the cleaning device is inconvenient to manufacture and install and high in manufacturing cost; 4) because the cleaning device adopts an integral structure, the cleaning device can only be inserted into a gap between the edge of the titanium roller body and the edge of the support, so that the length of the cleaning device is limited; further, the larger the diameter of the titanium roll, the smaller the gap distance, and the less applicable it is.
The first embodiment has the advantages that: the cleaning efficiency of the titanium roller with the middle and small diameter is improved; the bottom of the supporting frame (1) is provided with the roller, and the supporting frame and the horizontal moving platform can be moved to the upper surface of the titanium roller to be cleaned, namely, as an online cleaning device (a device for driving the titanium roller to rotate is provided for a foil generating machine), the cleaning efficiency and the good application effect can be reflected.
Example two: aiming at the defects of the first embodiment, improvement is carried out. First, the main reasons for the disadvantages of the first embodiment are analyzed, which mainly lie in: in order to ensure that the cleaning device is watertight, an integral annular structure is adopted; however, the ring structure is convenient to install and use, and has a lot of inconvenience. Therefore, the second embodiment is to replace the integral structure with the assembled structure based on the first embodiment.
Different from the first embodiment, as shown in the attached fig. 7-9, the annular body of the cleaning device (3) of the second embodiment adopts an assembled structure, and is assembled to form a cylinder structure, and the middle of the bottom is not required to be broken, but only the middle position of the bottom is required to be provided with a through hole 3-10; when the titanium roller is installed, all the components of the annular body are pressed on the titanium roller body and fixedly connected into a whole, and then the titanium roller is fixed with the horizontal moving platform.
The cleaning device adopts an assembled structure, and the problem is that: how to ensure the tightness of the pipeline. Because the pipeline sets up in belt cleaning device's inside, can't rotate when the installation, consequently adopt pipeline sealing connection methods such as common "connect soon, to silk, oily arbitrary" and be unsuitable.

The annular body of the cleaning device of the second embodiment is used for connecting all the sub-components into a whole when being installed; when the adjacent sub-components are connected, the first end of one sub-component is inserted into the second end of the other sub-component, and then the corresponding connecting plates are fixedly connected by adopting bolt and nut assemblies.
The number of sub-members of the annular body may be selected according to the diameter of the titanium roll.
