背景技术
杀虫剂是一种广泛使用的农资产品,主要用于遏制作物生长过程中害虫对植物的破坏,化学杀虫剂以其高效,快捷受到农民的亲赖,然而,其在土壤中的药物的缓释性能低,使得其杀虫效率和杀虫效果无法满足实际使用时的需求,同时其杀虫后使得土壤的有害菌增多,使得土壤贫瘠,无法满足实际种植对土壤的要求。

为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本发明提出一种高缓释性农业用杀虫复合材料,具有优异的缓释性能,投入土壤中能够高效释放杀虫原料,杀虫效果好,还能有效避免杀虫过程中造成土壤贫瘠化。

改性缓释助剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将10-20份膨润土、4-9份己二胺、1-5份十六烷基三甲基氯化铵和15-25份水混合均匀,于55-65℃恒温水浴振荡器中以250-350r/min转速振荡3-5h,然后加入4-9份辛硫磷混合均匀,于20-30℃恒温水浴振荡器中以150-250r/min转速振荡2-4h,冷却至室温得到物料a;向物料a中加入2-8份半胱氨酸混合均匀,于氮气保护下,升温至35-45℃,保温3-5h,接着抽滤,洗涤,于40-50℃干燥至恒重,冷却至室温,接着加入3-9份聚乳酸混合均匀,升温至120-140℃,保温20-40min,接着于1500-1800r/min转速搅拌20-40min,冷却至室温得到改性缓释助剂。
改性抗菌助剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将15-25份硅藻土、4-9份钛白粉、3-6份片状锌粉和2-8份硼酸混合均匀,升温至40-60℃,保温0.5-1.5h,接着加入1-6份三聚磷酸钠、3-9份过硫酸钾、4-9份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、5-9份十二烷基苯磺酸钠和4-8份硅烷偶联剂KH-570混合均匀,继续升温至60-70℃,保温1-2h,洗涤,过滤,接着于60-70℃真空干燥箱中干燥40-50h,研磨,过200-300目筛,冷却至室温得到改性抗菌助剂。

一种高缓释性农业用杀虫复合材料,其原料按重量份包括:烷基磺酸钠50份、3-羟甲基四氢呋喃30份、噻呋酸25份、改性缓释助剂35份、改性抗菌助剂20份、甲基异噻唑琳酮3.5份、氯氟吡啶乙酸异辛酯5份、二氯吡啶酸3.5份、四唑酰草胺4.5份、聚酰胺酸树脂4.5份、对羟基苯甲酸3.5份、聚丙烯酸钠3份、丙二醇10份、硫酸钾2份、聚乙二醇4份、壳聚糖6.5份、海藻粉7份、凹凸棒黏土5份、麦饭石4份、亚硝酸钠3份、硅烷偶联剂KH-550 4份。
改性缓释助剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将15份膨润土、6.5份己二胺、3份十六烷基三甲基氯化铵和20份水混合均匀,于60℃恒温水浴振荡器中以300r/min转速振荡4h,然后加入6.5份辛硫磷混合均匀,于25℃恒温水浴振荡器中以200r/min转速振荡3h,冷却至室温得到物料a;向物料a中加入5份半胱氨酸混合均匀,于氮气保护下,升温至40℃,保温4h,接着抽滤,洗涤,于45℃干燥至恒重,冷却至室温,接着加入6份聚乳酸混合均匀,升温至130℃,保温30min,接着于1650r/min转速搅拌30min,冷却至室温得到改性缓释助剂。
改性抗菌助剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将20份硅藻土、6.5份钛白粉、4.5份片状锌粉和5份硼酸混合均匀,升温至50℃,保温1h,接着加入3份三聚磷酸钠、6份过硫酸钾、6份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、7份十二烷基苯磺酸钠和6份硅烷偶联剂KH-570混合均匀,继续升温至65℃,保温1.5h,洗涤,过滤,接着于65℃真空干燥箱中干燥45h,研磨,过250目筛,冷却至室温得到改性抗菌助剂。
实施例2
一种高缓释性农业用杀虫复合材料,其原料按重量份包括:烷基磺酸钠40份、3-羟甲基四氢呋喃35份、噻呋酸15份、改性缓释助剂50份、改性抗菌助剂15份、甲基异噻唑琳酮5份、氯氟吡啶乙酸异辛酯4份、二氯吡啶酸5份、四唑酰草胺3份、聚酰胺酸树脂6份、对羟基苯甲酸2份、聚丙烯酸钠4份、丙二醇5份、硫酸钾2.5份、聚乙二醇3份、壳聚糖9份、海藻粉6份、凹凸棒黏土7份、麦饭石3份、亚硝酸钠5份、硅烷偶联剂KH-550 3份。
改性缓释助剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将10份膨润土、9份己二胺、1份十六烷基三甲基氯化铵和25份水混合均匀,于55℃恒温水浴振荡器中以350r/min转速振荡3h,然后加入9份辛硫磷混合均匀,于20℃恒温水浴振荡器中以250r/min转速振荡2h,冷却至室温得到物料a;向物料a中加入8份半胱氨酸混合均匀,于氮气保护下,升温至35℃,保温5h,接着抽滤,洗涤,于40℃干燥至恒重,冷却至室温,接着加入9份聚乳酸混合均匀,升温至120℃,保温40min,接着于1500r/min转速搅拌40min,冷却至室温得到改性缓释助剂。
改性抗菌助剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将15份硅藻土、9份钛白粉、3份片状锌粉和8份硼酸混合均匀,升温至40℃,保温1.5h,接着加入1份三聚磷酸钠、9份过硫酸钾、4份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、9份十二烷基苯磺酸钠和4份硅烷偶联剂KH-570混合均匀,继续升温至70℃,保温1h,洗涤,过滤,接着于70℃真空干燥箱中干燥40h,研磨,过300目筛,冷却至室温得到改性抗菌助剂。
实施例3

改性抗菌助剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将25份硅藻土、4份钛白粉、6份片状锌粉和2份硼酸混合均匀,升温至60℃,保温0.5h,接着加入6份三聚磷酸钠、3份过硫酸钾、9份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、5份十二烷基苯磺酸钠和8份硅烷偶联剂KH-570混合均匀,继续升温至60℃,保温2h,洗涤,过滤,接着于60℃真空干燥箱中干燥50h,研磨,过200目筛,冷却至室温得到改性抗菌助剂。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高缓释性农业用杀虫复合材料,其特征在于,改性缓释助剂按如下工艺进行制备:将膨润土、己二胺、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵和水混合均匀,于恒温水浴振荡器中振荡,然后加入辛硫磷混合均匀,于20-30℃恒温水浴振荡器中振荡,冷却至室温得到物料a;向物料a中加入半胱氨酸混合均匀,于氮气保护下,升温,保温,接着抽滤,洗涤,干燥至恒重,冷却至室温,接着加入聚乳酸混合均匀,升温,保温,接着搅拌,冷却至室温得到改性缓释助剂。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的高缓释性农业用杀虫复合材料,其特征在于,改性缓释助剂按如下工艺进行制备:将膨润土、己二胺、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵和水混合均匀,于55-65℃恒温水浴振荡器中以250-350r/min转速振荡3-5h,然后加入辛硫磷混合均匀,于20-30℃恒温水浴振荡器中以150-250r/min转速振荡2-4h,冷却至室温得到物料a;向物料a中加入半胱氨酸混合均匀,于氮气保护下,升温至35-45℃,保温3-5h,接着抽滤,洗涤,于40-50℃干燥至恒重,冷却至室温,接着加入聚乳酸混合均匀,升温至120-140℃,保温20-40min,接着于1500-1800r/min转速搅拌20-40min,冷却至室温得到改性缓释助剂。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的高缓释性农业用杀虫复合材料,其特征在于,改性抗菌助剂的原料按重量份包括:硅藻土15-25份、钛白粉4-9份、片状锌粉3-6份、硼酸2-8份、三聚磷酸钠1-6份、过硫酸钾3-9份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮4-9份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5-9份、硅烷偶联剂KH-570 4-8份。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的高缓释性农业用杀虫复合材料,其特征在于,改性抗菌助剂按如下工艺进行制备:将硅藻土、钛白粉、片状锌粉和硼酸混合均匀,升温,保温,接着加入三聚磷酸钠、过硫酸钾、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、十二烷基苯磺酸钠和硅烷偶联剂KH-570混合均匀,继续升温,保温,洗涤,过滤,接着真空干燥箱中干燥,研磨,过筛,冷却至室温得到改性抗菌助剂。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的高缓释性农业用杀虫复合材料,其特征在于,改性抗菌助剂按如下工艺进行制备:将硅藻土、钛白粉、片状锌粉和硼酸混合均匀,升温至40-60℃,保温0.5-1.5h,接着加入三聚磷酸钠、过硫酸钾、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、十二烷基苯磺酸钠和硅烷偶联剂KH-570混合均匀,继续升温至60-70℃,保温1-2h,洗涤,过滤,接着于60-70℃真空干燥箱中干燥40-50h,研磨,过200-300目筛,冷却至室温得到改性抗菌助剂。
