本发明公开了一种滚动烘干装置,其包括上框架、隔离板和下框架,隔离板位于上框架和下框架中间,上框架内部安装有滚动带,滚动带上方安装有抽风器,滚动带左侧为进料口,右侧为出料口,进料口由进料板与支架组成;隔离板上安装有多个通;下框架内部中心位置安装有电热丝,电热丝下方安装有吹风器,电源箱嵌入下框架右下角,电源线位于从下框架右侧与电源箱相连接。本发明内安装有滚动带,能够通过其不停的滚动和往复使零件也进行不同程度的翻滚,从而达到全部的烘干目的。本滚动烘干装置通过热风加热,在顶端还安装有抽风器能够加快空气流动,减少烘干所需时间,提高烘干效率。

本发明涉及一种预警装置,特别是涉及一种滚动烘干装置。
背景技术
零部件生产组装的过程中,很多时候都需要零部件保持干燥,否则组装完成后将会影星产品的质量和使用寿命,而且由于零部件不同样式有时候不能有效的全部进行烘干,在烘干时不仅浪费了时间同时还增加了工作强度,降低了工作效率。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种滚动烘干装置。
本发明是通过下述技术方案来解决上述技术问题的:一种滚动烘干装置其包括:上框架、隔离板和下框架,所述隔离板位于上框架和下框架中间,所述上框架内部安装有滚动带,所述滚动带上方安装有抽风器,滚动带左侧为进料口,右侧为出料口,所述进料口由进料板与支架组成;所述隔离板上安装有多个通;所述下框架内部中心位置安装有电热丝,电热丝下方安装有吹风器,所述电源箱嵌入下框架右下角,电源线位于从下框架右侧与电源箱相连接。
优选地,所述进料口和出料口都安装有密封板。
优选地,所述通孔内安装有防尘网。
优选地,所述上框架内壁涂有隔热膜。
本发明的优点是:本发明内安装有滚动带,能够通过其不停的滚动和往复使零件也进行不同程度的翻滚,从而达到全部的烘干目的。本滚动烘干装置通过热风加热,在顶端还安装有抽风器能够加快空气流动,减少烘干所需时间,提高烘干效率。

一种滚动烘干装置,其包括上框架1、隔离板2和下框架3,隔离板2位于上框架1和下框架3中间,上框架1内部安装有滚动带4,滚动带4上方安装有抽风器5,滚动带4左侧为进料口6,右侧为出料口7,进料口7由进料板8与支架9组成;隔离板2上安装有多个通孔10;下框架3内部中心位置安装有电热丝11,电热丝11下方安装有吹风器12,电源箱13嵌入下框架3右下角,电源线14位于从下框架3右侧与电源箱13相连接。
在本实施例中,进料口6和出料口7都安装有密封板15。
在本实施例中,通孔10内安装有防尘网16。
在本实施例中,上框架1内壁涂有隔热膜。
