Fig. 6 is a schematic view of an air supply assembly in the wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The air supply assembly includes: centrifugal fan 131 and wind guide member 136. Since the air jet velocity of the air jet part 120 is ensured, the air supply assembly of the present embodiment employs the centrifugal fan 131 as a power source of the air flow.
The centrifugal fan 131 accelerates the gas by using the impeller 133 rotating at a high speed according to the principle that kinetic energy is converted into potential energy, and then decelerates and changes the flow direction, so that the kinetic energy is converted into potential energy. Which generally includes a collection port 132, an impeller 133, and a volute 134. The air collection port 132 of the centrifugal fan 131 is an air inlet of the fan 131, and is used for ensuring that the air flow can uniformly fill the inlet interface of the impeller 133, so as to reduce the flow loss. When the impeller 133 of the centrifugal fan 131 is driven by the high-speed motor 135 to rotate along with the shaft, the gas between the impellers 133 obtains centrifugal force along with the rotation of the impeller 133, the gas is thrown out of the impeller 133 and enters the volute 134, and the pressure of the gas in the volute 134 is increased and guided to be discharged. After the gas between the blades is discharged, negative pressure is formed; the heat exchanger 140 air in the heat exchanger receiving cavity outside the air collection opening 132 is continuously drawn in, thereby creating a continuous air flow.
The impeller 133 and the volute 134 of the centrifugal fan 131 are disposed in the space defined by the partition 143 and the casing 112, and the exhaust port of the volute 134 faces the sidewall of the housing 110; the air inlet of the air guiding component 136 is connected with the air outlet of the volute 134. The volute 134 is spiral-shaped, and it sucks air thrown from the impeller 133 and converts the dynamic pressure of the air flow into static pressure by a gradually widening sectional area.
The air guide part 136 is connected between the air outlet of the centrifugal fan 131 and the air supply cavity 125 of the air injection part 120, and is used for guiding the air flow discharged by the centrifugal fan 131 into the air supply cavity 125. The wind-guiding component 136 may include a flow-guiding section 137 and a wind-supplying section 138.
The flow guiding section 137 has an air inlet of the air guiding component 136, at least a part of the flow guiding section 137 is spiral, the airflow direction discharged by the centrifugal fan 131 is guided downwards, and the flow guiding section 137 is gradually reduced from the air inlet of the air guiding component 136 along the airflow direction, so that the wind speed of the airflow entering the air collecting cavity 139 of the air supply section 138 is increased.
The air supply section 138 is connected to the flow guide section 137, and defines an air collecting chamber 139 therein to receive the air flow discharged from the centrifugal fan 131, and the air supply section 138 is provided with an air outlet facing the air injection member 120 to supply the air flow of the air collecting chamber 139 to the air supply chamber 125. The air supply section 138 forms a volute shape along the air outlet direction of the drainage section 137, so that the wind resistance of the airflow in the air collection cavity 139 is reduced, a vortex is formed in the air collection cavity 139, and the airflow can smoothly pass from the air collection cavity 139 to the air supply cavity 125.
The above-mentioned flow guiding section 137 can be disposed at one side of the centrifugal fan 131, due to the space limitation of the partition 143, the front-back distance of the flow guiding section 137 is smaller, and the air supply section 138 is located below the heat exchanger accommodating cavity (i.e. below the partition 143 and the heat exchanger 140), so that the distance in the front-back direction is greater than that of the flow guiding section 137, and the exhaust port of the air supply section 138 is disposed at the front part of the air collecting cavity 139, which is attached to one side of the air injection component 120. The air inlet of the air injection component 120 is arranged on the annular outer wall 122 of the arc-shaped section 129 positioned at one side of the air guiding component 136 in the two arc-shaped sections 129.
In the wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit 100 of this embodiment, the air supply opening 117 is disposed below the casing 110, and is used for arranging the annular air injection component 120, so that the air flow heat-exchanged by the heat exchanger 140 is ejected from the air injection opening 124 of the air injection component 120, the ambient air around the air supply opening 117 is sucked, and the air flow heat-exchanged by the intense temperature difference with the ambient environment is mixed, thereby ensuring that the air flow sent out is soft and comfortable to the human body, on one hand, the air supply amount of the indoor unit 100 is increased, the flow of the indoor air is accelerated, and the indoor temperature can be uniformly reduced as a whole, furthermore, the air outlet of the wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit 100 of the present invention is strip-shaped and is disposed below the casing 110, the overall structure is similar to that of the existing traditional wall-mounted indoor unit, and is easily accepted by users, the wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit can be made thinner by making full use of the space in the housing 110. In addition, the air inlet 116 is arranged on the top wall of the casing 112, ambient air enters the indoor unit from the top, is sent out from the lower part of the front part after heat exchange, and forms airflow circulation indoors, so that the temperature adjusting speed is higher, and the use requirements of users are met.
The flow direction of the heat exchange airflow of the wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit 100 of the embodiment is as follows: after the centrifugal fan 131 is started, air around the indoor unit 100 is sucked into the heat exchanger accommodating chamber from the air inlet 116, exchanges heat with the heat exchanger 140, enters the centrifugal fan 131, is accelerated by the impeller 133, enters the air guide part 136 through the volute 134, is guided by the flow guide section 137 of the air guide part 136, and enters the air collection chamber 139 of the air supply section 138. The airflow travels in a vortex mode in the air collecting cavity 139 and finally enters the annular air supply cavity 125 from the air inlet of the air injection part 120 arranged on the annular outer wall 122 of the air guide part 136 through the air outlet of the air supply section 138. The air flow entering the air supply cavity 125 is guided by the rear side edge 126 of the annular inner wall 121, ejected forward from the air jet 124 at a high speed, drives the air in the air circulation area 118 at the rear part of the air supply opening 117 to be sucked through the air exhaust hole 123 of the air jet part 120, and is mixed in front of the indoor unit 100 and then sent into the room, the air outlet volume is greatly increased, meanwhile, the air flow after heat exchange is mixed with the ambient air to become cool and not cold soft air flow, and the flow of the indoor air is accelerated.
Thus, it should be appreciated by those skilled in the art that while a number of exemplary embodiments of the invention have been illustrated and described in detail herein, many other variations or modifications consistent with the principles of the invention may be directly determined or derived from the disclosure of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of the invention should be understood and interpreted to cover all such other variations or modifications.

Claims (9)

1. A wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit comprising:
the air conditioner comprises a shell and a fan, wherein the shell comprises a housing and a front panel arranged in front of the housing, an air inlet is formed in the top wall of the housing, and an oblong air supply outlet is formed in the lower part of the front panel;
the air injection component is arranged in the air supply port and comprises an annular inner wall and an annular outer wall, wherein the annular inner wall defines an air suction hole, the annular outer wall and the annular inner wall jointly define an air supply cavity, an air injection port is formed in the edge of the annular outer wall, which is connected with the annular inner wall, and the air injection port is used for injecting the air flow in the air supply cavity forwards and enabling the air behind the air supply port to be sucked and pass through the air suction hole;
the heat exchanger is arranged inside the shell; and
an air supply assembly, comprising: the centrifugal fan is configured to enable ambient air to enter from the air inlet so as to exchange heat with the heat exchanger, and air flow after heat exchange is discharged to the air supply cavity through the air guide component;
the annular inner wall and the annular outer wall are respectively provided with two spaced horizontal sections and two arc-shaped sections connecting the two horizontal sections, the annular outer wall of the arc-shaped section positioned on one side of the air guide component in the two arc-shaped sections is provided with an air inlet of the air injection component, and the outer side of the arc-shaped section positioned on one side far away from the air guide component in the two arc-shaped sections is provided with a support.
2. The wall mounted air conditioner indoor unit according to claim 1, further comprising:
a partition plate including a longitudinal plate portion disposed parallel to the front panel, a middle portion of the longitudinal plate portion being recessed rearward to define a heat exchanger accommodating chamber for arranging the heat exchanger with the front panel; and is

the impeller and the volute of the centrifugal fan are arranged in a space defined by the longitudinal plate part and the housing, and the exhaust port of the volute faces the side wall of the housing;
the air inlet of the air guide component is connected with the air outlet of the volute.
4. The wall mounted air conditioner indoor unit according to claim 3, wherein the air guiding member comprises:
the flow guiding section is provided with an air inlet of the air guide component, at least part of the flow guiding section is spiral, and the air flow direction discharged by the centrifugal fan is guided downwards;
and the air supply section is connected with the drainage section, a gas collecting cavity is limited in the air supply section to receive the airflow discharged by the centrifugal fan, and the air supply section is provided with an air outlet facing the air injection part to supply the airflow of the gas collecting cavity to the air supply cavity.
5. The wall mounted air conditioner indoor unit according to claim 4, wherein
