Abstract
本发明公开了一种社区广场用光伏发电照明灯,包括灯杆、LED照明灯和风力发电机,所述灯杆的下端设置有灯杆底座,所述灯杆的下侧内部设置有插槽室,所述插槽室的上侧靠近灯杆的外侧表面设置有灯杆灯罩,所述灯杆的右侧上方设置有照明灯固定座,所述LED照明灯安装在照明灯固定座的右侧;在太阳能电池板的下侧设置有转轴和伸缩杆,可以对太阳能板进行角度的调整,且可以通过电池板固定转座对电池板进行水平方向的角度调整,以便满足在不同的安装地点,都可以使电池板正对太阳,照明灯对着广场,达到最佳的电能转化效果,且在灯杆下方设置有插槽室,方便广场休闲的人们对手机和音响设备等进行电能的补充。

技术领域
本发明属于照明设备技术领域,具体涉及一种社区广场用光伏发电照明灯。
背景技术
太阳能路灯是采用晶体硅太阳能电池供电,免维护阀控式密封蓄电池储存电能,超高亮LED灯具作为光源,并由智能化充放电控制器控制,用于代替传统公用电力照明的路灯。无需铺设线缆、无需交流供电、不产生电费;采用直流供电、光敏控制;具有稳定性好、寿命长、发光效率高,安装维护简便、安全性能高、节能环保、经济实用等优点。
原有的太阳能照明灯,太阳能电池板与灯座之间的角度相对固定,安装后不易根据实际安装情况进行调整,难以满足社区广场周边的安装使用,太阳能电池板也不能够达到最佳的电能转化效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种社区广场用光伏发电照明灯,以解决上述背景技术中提出的原有的太阳能照明灯,太阳能电池板与灯座之间的角度相对固定,安装后不易根据实际安装情况进行调整,难以满足社区广场周边的安装使用,太阳能电池板也不能够达到最佳的电能转化效率的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种社区广场用光伏发电照明灯,包括灯杆、LED照明灯和风力发电机,所述灯杆的下端设置有灯杆底座,所述灯杆的下侧内部设置有插槽室,所述插槽室的上侧靠近灯杆的外侧表面设置有灯杆灯罩,所述灯杆的右侧上方设置有照明灯固定座,所述LED照明灯安装在照明灯固定座的右侧,所述灯杆的上侧外表壁设置有电池板固定转座,所述电池板固定转座的外侧设置有太阳能电池板,所述灯杆的上端设置有发电机转座,所述风力发电机安装在发电机转座的上侧表面,所述风力发电机的右侧设置有风扇罩,所述电池板固定转座的外侧表面靠近灯杆灯罩的下侧设置有电池板安装板,所述电池板安装板的前侧靠近灯杆灯罩的下侧设置有电池板转轴,所述电池板转轴的后侧设置有电池板伸缩杆,所述电池板伸缩杆的中间位置处设置有调节手轮,所述电池板固定转座的上侧外表面设置有弹珠孔,所述弹珠孔的内侧设置有固定弹珠,所述插槽室的上侧设置有插槽室滑门,所述插槽室的内侧设置有插孔座,所述插孔座的内侧设置有插孔弹板,所述插孔弹板的左侧设置有USB插口,所述插孔弹板的后侧设置有弹簧,所述插孔座的内部靠近插孔弹板的后侧设置有插孔触点,所述太阳能电池板、风力发电机、LED照明灯和插孔触点均与外部电源电性连接。
优选的,所述灯杆灯罩与电池板固定转座之间通过电池板安装板固定连接,所述电池板固定转座与灯杆之间通过固定弹珠固定连接,所述弹珠孔与固定弹珠之间通过卡槽滑动连接。
优选的,所述灯杆灯罩与电池板安装板之间通过电池板转轴转动连接,所述灯杆灯罩与电池板安装板之间通过电池板伸缩杆固定连接。
优选的,所述插槽室滑门与插槽室之间通过卡槽滑动连接,所述插孔弹板与插孔座之间通过弹簧滑动连接。
优选的,所述风力发电机与灯杆之间通过发电机转座转动连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构科学合理,使用安全方便,在太阳能电池板的下侧设置有转轴和伸缩杆,可以对太阳能板进行角度的调整,且可以通过电池板固定转座对电池板进行水平方向的角度调整,以便满足在不同的安装地点,都可以满足电池板正对太阳,照明灯对着广场,达到最佳的电能转化效果,且在灯杆下方设置有插槽室,方便广场休闲的人们对手机和音响设备等进行电能的补充。

请参阅图1-4,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种社区广场用光伏发电照明灯,包括灯杆11、LED照明灯8和风力发电机4,灯杆11的下端设置有灯杆底座1,灯杆11的下侧内部设置有插槽室10,插槽室10的上侧靠近灯杆11的外侧表面设置有灯杆灯罩2,灯杆11的右侧上方设置有照明灯固定座9,LED照明灯8安装在照明灯固定座9的右侧,灯杆11的上侧外表壁设置有电池板固定转座7,电池板固定转座7的外侧设置有太阳能电池板3,灯杆11的上端设置有发电机转座5,风力发电机4安装在发电机转座5的上侧表面,风力发电机4的右侧设置有风扇罩6,电池板固定转座7的外侧表面靠近灯杆灯罩2的下侧设置有电池板安装板12,电池板安装板12的前侧靠近灯杆灯罩2的下侧设置有电池板转轴13,电池板转轴13的后侧设置有电池板伸缩杆14,电池板伸缩杆14的中间位置处设置有调节手轮17,电池板固定转座7的上侧外表面设置有弹珠孔15,弹珠孔15的内侧设置有固定弹珠16,插槽室10的上侧设置有插槽室滑门18,插槽室10的内侧设置有插孔座19,插孔座19的内侧设置有插孔弹板20,插孔弹板20的左侧设置有USB插口21,插孔弹板20的后侧设置有弹簧22,插孔座19的内部靠近插孔弹板20的后侧设置有插孔触点23,太阳能电池板3、风力发电机4、LED照明灯8和插孔触点23均与外部电源电性连接。
为了方便调整太阳能电池板3水平方向的安装角度,本实施例中,优选的,灯杆灯罩2与电池板固定转座7之间通过电池板安装板12固定连接,电池板固定转座7与灯杆11之间通过固定弹珠16固定连接,弹珠孔15与固定弹珠16之间通过卡槽滑动连接。
为了方便调整太阳能电池板3的竖直方向的安装角度,保证太阳能电池板3获得更大的电能转化效率,本实施例中,优选的,灯杆灯罩2与电池板安装板12之间通过电池板转轴13转动连接,灯杆灯罩2与电池板安装板12之间通过电池板伸缩杆14固定连接。
为了使用插头的过程中,不会有金属插头部分裸露在插孔弹板20外侧,保证用电的安全,本实施例中,优选的,插槽室滑门18与插槽室10之间通过卡槽滑动连接,插孔弹板20与插孔座19之间通过弹簧22滑动连接。
为了保证风力发电机4获得最大的风能转变效率,本实施例中,优选的,风力发电机4与灯杆11之间通过发电机转座5转动连接。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:本发明安装好过后,将灯杆底座1固定在广场周围合适位置,此时LED照明灯8对着广场中央,然后通过电池板固定转座7调整太阳能电池板3的方向,方向调整完毕后由固定弹珠16和弹珠孔15进行固定,然后再通过电池板伸缩杆14上的调节手轮17调整电池板伸缩杆14的长度,太阳能电池板3通过电池板转轴13进行旋转,以便达到不同的角度,调整完毕后,由太阳能电池板3和风力发电机4对灯杆11内的蓄电池供电,然后蓄电池对LED照明灯8供电,需要使用插孔时,通过插槽室滑门18打开插槽室10,然后将插头插入到对应的插孔弹板20上,即可进行使用了。

1.一种社区广场用光伏发电照明灯,包括灯杆(11)、LED照明灯(8)和风力发电机(4),其特征在于:所述灯杆(11)的下端设置有灯杆底座(1),所述灯杆(11)的下侧内部设置有插槽室(10),所述插槽室(10)的上侧靠近灯杆(11)的外侧表面设置有灯杆灯罩(2),所述灯杆(11)的右侧上方设置有照明灯固定座(9),所述LED照明灯(8)安装在照明灯固定座(9)的右侧,所述灯杆(11)的上侧外表壁设置有电池板固定转座(7),所述电池板固定转座(7)的外侧设置有太阳能电池板(3),所述灯杆(11)的上端设置有发电机转座(5),所述风力发电机(4)安装在发电机转座(5)的上侧表面,所述风力发电机(4)的右侧设置有风扇罩(6),所述电池板固定转座(7)的外侧表面靠近灯杆灯罩(2)的下侧设置有电池板安装板(12),所述电池板安装板(12)的前侧靠近灯杆灯罩(2)的下侧设置有电池板转轴(13),所述电池板转轴(13)的后侧设置有电池板伸缩杆(14),所述电池板伸缩杆(14)的中间位置处设置有调节手轮(17),所述电池板固定转座(7)的上侧外表面设置有弹珠孔(15),所述弹珠孔(15)的内侧设置有固定弹珠(16),所述插槽室(10)的上侧设置有插槽室滑门(18),所述插槽室(10)的内侧设置有插孔座(19),所述插孔座(19)的内侧设置有插孔弹板(20),所述插孔弹板(20)的左侧设置有USB插口(21),所述插孔弹板(20)的后侧设置有弹簧(22),所述插孔座(19)的内部靠近插孔弹板(20)的后侧设置有插孔触点(23),所述太阳能电池板(3)、风力发电机(4)、LED照明灯(8)和插孔触点(23)均与外部电源电性连接。
