本发明公开一种太阳能路灯,包括第一太阳能板、第二太阳能板、活动铰座、端盖和灯体,所述第一太阳能板设在第二太阳能板上,所述第二太阳能板通过活动铰座与端盖连接,所述端盖设在灯体上,所述灯体一端设置有横杆,所述第一太阳能板两侧分别设置有连接板,所述连接板上下两端分别设置有固定螺钉和滑轮轴,所述连接板通过固定螺钉与第一太阳能板连接,所述第二太阳能板两侧设置有滑槽,所述滑槽内安装有滑轮,所述滑轮通过滑轮轴与连接板连接,本发明的太阳能路灯占用空间小,发电效率高,容易调节和安装。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种太阳能路灯。
背景技术
路灯,指给道路提供照明功能的灯具,泛指交通照明中路面照明范围内的灯具。随着国家对节能减排工作的重视和节能改造的紧迫性,广东省也将大力推广LED路灯,而广东省推广的LED路灯方案却广受质疑。原因是LED路灯产品存在许多问题,如:光衰、散热问题、光照能力等。太阳能是取之不尽,用之不竭,清洁无污染并可再生的绿色环保能源。利用太阳能发电,无可比拟的清洁性、高度的安全性、能源的相对广泛性和充足性、长寿命以及免维护性等其他常规能源所不具备的优点,光伏能源被认为是二十一世纪最重要的新能源。太阳能路灯是采用晶体硅太阳能电池供电,免维护阀控式密封蓄电池(胶体电池)储存电能,超高亮LED灯具作为光源,并由智能化充放电控制器控制,用于代替传统公用电力照明的路灯。无需铺设线缆、无需交流供电、不产生电费;采用直流供电、控制;具有稳定性好、寿命长、发光效率高,安装维护简便、安全性能高、节能环保、经济实用等优点
目前现有的太阳能路灯占用空间大小,发电效率不高,不容易调节和安装。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种占用空间小,发电效率高,容易调节和安装的太阳能路灯。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种太阳能路灯,包括第一太阳能板、第二太阳能板、活动铰座、端盖和灯体,所述第一太阳能板设在第二太阳能板上,所述第二太阳能板通过活动铰座与端盖连接,所述端盖设在灯体上,所述灯体一端设置有横杆,所述第一太阳能板两侧分别设置有连接板,所述连接板上下两端分别设置有固定螺钉和滑轮轴,所述连接板通过固定螺钉与第一太阳能板连接,所述第二太阳能板两侧设置有滑槽,所述滑槽内安装有滑轮,所述滑轮通过滑轮轴与连接板连接。
作为优选,所述端盖与灯体螺纹连接,方便端盖安装在灯体上。
作为优选,所述灯体内安装有LED灯盘和电源线,LED灯盘具有节能效果。
作为优选,所述LED灯盘通过电源线与第二太阳能板连接。
作为优选,所述第一太阳能板顶部安装有两个挂钩,可以将第一太阳能板挂在第二太阳能板上。
作为优选,所述横杆一端焊接有安装板,安装板可以安装在墙体上。
本发明的有益效果为:设置的第一太阳能板和第二太阳能板通过连接板进行连接,而连接板底部安装有滑轮可以在滑槽内移动,保持调节方便,可以折叠或展开,使得占用空间小,发电效率高;设置的第二太阳能板通过活动铰座与端盖连接方便调节光照角度;设置的端盖与灯体螺纹连接保持安装和拆卸方便。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,一种太阳能路灯,包括第一太阳能板1、第二太阳能板2、活动铰座3、端盖4和灯体5,所述第一太阳能板1设在第二太阳能板2上,所述第二太阳能板2通过活动铰座3与端盖4连接,所述端盖4设在灯体5上,所述灯体5一端设置有横杆6,所述第一太阳能板1两侧分别设置有连接板7,所述连接板7上下两端分别设置有固定螺钉8和滑轮轴9,所述连接板7通过固定螺钉8与第一太阳能板1连接,所述第二太阳能板2两侧设置有滑槽10,所述滑槽10内安装有滑轮11,所述滑轮11通过滑轮轴9与连接板7连接。
所述端盖4与灯体5螺纹连接。
所述灯体5内安装有LED灯盘12和电源线13。
所述LED灯盘12通过电源线13与第二太阳能板2连接。
所述第一太阳能板1顶部安装有两个挂钩14。
所述横杆6一端焊接有安装板15。
在使用时,需要第一太阳能板1和第二太阳能板2同时发电时,将挂钩14从第二太阳能板2取下,滑轮11在滑槽10内移动,即可调节第一太阳能板1的位置。
本发明的有益效果为:设置的第一太阳能板和第二太阳能板通过连接板进行连接,而连接板底部安装有滑轮可以在滑槽内移动,保持调节方便,可以折叠或展开,使得占用空间小,发电效率高;设置的第二太阳能板通过活动铰座与端盖连接方便调节光照角度;设置的端盖与灯体螺纹连接保持安装和拆卸方便。

1.一种太阳能路灯,其特征在于:包括第一太阳能板、第二太阳能板、活动铰座、端盖和灯体,所述第一太阳能板设在第二太阳能板上,所述第二太阳能板通过活动铰座与端盖连接,所述端盖设在灯体上,所述灯体一端设置有横杆,所述第一太阳能板两侧分别设置有连接板,所述连接板上下两端分别设置有固定螺钉和滑轮轴,所述连接板通过固定螺钉与第一太阳能板连接,所述第二太阳能板两侧设置有滑槽,所述滑槽内安装有滑轮,所述滑轮通过滑轮轴与连接板连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述端盖与灯体螺纹连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述灯体内安装有LED灯盘和电源线。
4.根据权利要求3所述的太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述LED灯盘通过电源线与第二太阳能板连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述第一太阳能板顶部安装有两个挂钩。
