Abstract

一种消除杂光的COB光源,包括基板和设置在基板上的LED芯片;所述基板上设有一个以上的LED灯串,所述LED灯串中的LED芯片相互串联且呈圆周分布,所述LED灯串由若干第一LED芯片和第二LED芯片组成,第一LED芯片与第二LED芯片间隔设置,第一LED芯片的发光面积大于第二LED芯片的发光面积。本发明通过LED灯串中第一LED芯片与第二LED芯片间隔分布的排列方式,利用两种芯片光辐射范围的特点,当LED灯串通入电流为第二LED芯片的额定电流时,大尺寸的第一LED芯片将小尺寸的第二LED芯片不能辐射到的荧光粉有效激发,使其出光均匀,同时又解决了大尺寸的第一LED芯片在额定电流条件下造成的顶部荧光粉过度激发造成的蓝斑现象。

一种消除杂光的COB光源
技术领域
本发明涉及LED照明领域,尤其是一种消除杂光的COB光源。
背景技术
COB光源一般包括基板和设置在基板上的LED芯片,其中有些COB的LED需要通过小角度透镜进行出光,该种COB的LED芯片规格是是一致,其出光往往会出现黄蓝光斑,从而影响COB的出光效果。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种消除杂光的COB光源,解决现有技术出现黄蓝光斑的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种消除杂光的COB光源,包括基板和设置在基板上的LED芯片;所述基板上设有一个以上的LED灯串,所述LED灯串中的LED芯片相互串联且呈圆周分布,所述LED灯串由若干第一LED芯片和第二LED芯片组成,第一LED芯片与第二LED芯片间隔设置,第一LED芯片的发光面积大于第二LED芯片的发光面积;通过LED灯串的电流大小为第二LED芯片的额定电流值。本发明通过LED灯串中第一LED芯片与第二LED芯片间隔分布的排列方式,利用两种芯片光辐射范围的特点,当LED灯串通入电流为第二LED芯片的额定电流时,大尺寸的第一LED芯片将小尺寸的第二LED芯片不能辐射到的荧光粉有效激发,使其出光均匀,同时又解决了大尺寸的第一LED芯片在额定电流条件下造成的顶部荧光粉过度激发造成的蓝斑现象。
作为改进,相邻LED灯串中的LED芯片一一对应。
作为改进,灯串中的第一LED成片与第二LED芯片等距设置。
本发明与现有技术相比所带来的有益效果是:
发明通过LED灯串中第一LED芯片与第二LED芯片间隔分布的排列方式,利用两种芯片光辐射范围的特点,当LED灯串通入电流为第二LED芯片的额定电流时,大尺寸的第一LED芯片将小尺寸的第二LED芯片不能辐射到的荧光粉有效激发,使其出光均匀,同时又解决了大尺寸的第一LED芯片在额定电流条件下造成的顶部荧光粉过度激发造成的蓝斑现象。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,一种消除杂光的COB光源,包括基板1和设置在基板1上一个以上的LED灯串2,本实施例应该设有两串LED灯串2,所述LED灯串2中的LED芯片相互串联且呈圆周分布,两串LED灯串2的中心重合且围成的直径大小不同,两LED灯串2中的LED芯片数量相等且一一对应,对应的两个LED芯片的连线指向LED灯串2的中心。
如图1所示,所述LED灯串2由若干第一LED芯片4和第二LED芯片3组成,第一LED芯片4与第二LED芯片3间隔且等距设置,第一LED芯片4余第二LED芯片3的朝向相同,第一LED芯片4的尺寸大于第二LED芯片3的尺寸,即第一LED芯片4的发光面积大于第二LED芯片3的发光面积。由于LED灯串2中的第一LED芯片4与第二LED芯片3相互串联,通过LED灯串2的电流大小为第二LED芯片3的额定电流值;如图2所示,第二LED芯片3工作在额定电流状态,第二LED芯片3额定电流条件下,其正面的光辐射与第一LED芯片4相同;另外,第一LED芯片4未达到额定状态,第一LED芯片4使用第二LED芯片3的额定电流工作时,其四周的光辐射会比第二LED芯片3大的多。
本发明通过LED灯串2中第一LED芯片4与第二LED芯片3间隔分布的排列方式,利用两种芯片光辐射范围的特点,当LED灯串2通入电流为第二LED芯片3的额定电流时,大尺寸的第一LED芯片4将小尺寸的第二LED芯片3不能辐射到的荧光粉有效激发,使其出光均匀,同时又解决了大尺寸的第一LED芯片4在额定电流条件下造成的顶部荧光粉过度激发造成的蓝斑现象。

1.一种消除杂光的COB光源,包括基板和设置在基板上的LED芯片;其特征在于:所述基板上设有一个以上的LED灯串,所述LED灯串中的LED芯片相互串联且呈圆周分布,所述LED灯串由若干第一LED芯片和第二LED芯片组成,第一LED芯片与第二LED芯片间隔设置,第一LED芯片的发光面积大于第二LED芯片的发光面积;通过LED灯串的电流大小为第二LED芯片的额定电流值;相邻LED灯串中的LED芯片一一对应;灯串中的第一LED芯片与第二LED芯片等距设置。
