本发明公开了一种防水防火保温隔热复合板,包括控温防火层、加强层、防水抗裂层、调温层和隔热复合层;加强层位于所述控温防火层的上方,防水抗裂层位于加强层的上方,调温层位于所述隔热复合层的上方,隔热复合层包括保温层和反射层,反射层包括铝箔层以及涂设在铝箔层上的T iO2涂层;T iO2涂层的厚度为8‑14μm。本发明具有较好保温性能、防水性、隔热性能和工作性能,可解决保温材料应用中长期困扰人们的难题,适合大规模推广应用,具有显著的经济效益。

技术领域
本发明属于复合板技术领域,特别涉及一种防水防火保温隔热复合板。
背景技术
保温隔热材料又称绝热材料,是指对热流具有显著阻抗性的材料或材料复合体,合成复合板时常用到保温隔热材料。建筑保温对绝热材料的基本要求是,导热系数一般小于0.174W/m.k,表观密度应小于1000kg/m3。
目前市场上常用的保温隔热材料一般有无机绝热材料、有机绝热材料和金属绝热材料三大类,它们都具有一定的保温隔热性能,不足是要达到良好的保温隔热效果,需要较多的保温隔热材料,要制作成的复合板比较厚且重,影响美观效果,且成本高。
为了克服上述缺点,本设计人积极创新研究,以期创设出一种新型的防水防火保温隔热复合板。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种防水防火保温隔热复合板,具有较好保温性能、防水性、隔热性能和工作性能,可解决保温材料应用中长期困扰人们的难题,适合大规模推广应用,具有显著的经济效益。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:本发明提供了一种防水防火保温隔热复合板,包括控温防火层、加强层、防水抗裂层、调温层和隔热复合层;
所述加强层位于所述控温防火层的上方,所述防水抗裂层位于所述加强层的上方,所述调温层位于所述隔热复合层的上方,所述隔热复合层包括保温层和反射层,所述反射层包括铝箔层以及涂设在铝箔层上的TiO2涂层;
所述TiO2涂层的厚度为8-14μm。
进一步地说,所述加强层包括一层无纺布和一层纤维网格布,所述纤维网格布位于所述无纺布的上方,所述纤维网格布为耐碱玻璃纤维网。
进一步地说,所述控温防火层包括以下重量份的原料:玻璃丝为30-40份、硅酸铝纤维为30-35份、空心微珠纳米材料为75-85份、胶水为15-20份、和膨胀珍珠岩为12-18份。
进一步地说,所述防水抗裂层包括以下重量份的原料:普通硅酸盐水泥为60-80份、细砂为20-30份、粉煤灰为15-22份、云母粉为4-9份、防水剂为1-2份和水泥砂浆消泡剂为0.8-1.2份。
进一步地说,所述调温层为含有相变储能微胶囊的涂层。
进一步地说,所述TiO2涂层的厚度为10-12μm。
进一步地说,所述防水抗裂层包括以下重量份的原料:普通硅酸盐水泥为60-70份、细砂为20-25份、粉煤灰为15-18份、云母粉为4-7份、防水剂为1-1.5份和水泥砂浆消泡剂为0.8-1.0份。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明包括控温防火层、加强层、防水抗裂层、调温层和隔热复合层,结构设置合理,具有防水、防火、保温、隔热、耐磨、耐腐蚀、不会开裂等优点;
更佳的是,通过在铝箔层上涂设TiO2涂层,增大对热辐射的反射率,减少透过率,提高了外层的隔热效率,外源热量难以透过隔热复合层,即同时提高了对调温层的保护作用和对内部被保护介质的保护作用,更有效的防止了调温层中相变储能材料的流失,从而使得被保护介质不易被腐蚀。

所述控温防火层包括以下重量份的原料:玻璃丝为30-40份、硅酸铝纤维为30-35份、空心微珠纳米材料为75-85份、胶水为15-20份、和膨胀珍珠岩为12-18份。
所述防水抗裂层包括以下重量份的原料:普通硅酸盐水泥为60-80份、细砂为20-30份、粉煤灰为15-22份、云母粉为4-9份、防水剂为1-2份和水泥砂浆消泡剂为0.8-1.2份。
所述调温层为含有相变储能微胶囊的涂层。
所述TiO2涂层的厚度为10-12μm。
所述防水抗裂层包括以下重量份的原料:普通硅酸盐水泥为60-70份、细砂为20-25份、粉煤灰为15-18份、云母粉为4-7份、防水剂为1-1.5份和水泥砂浆消泡剂为0.8-1.0份。
本发明的工作原理和工作过程如下:
本发明包括控温防火层、加强层、防水抗裂层、调温层和隔热复合层,结构设置合理,具有防水、防火、保温、隔热、耐磨、耐腐蚀、不会开裂等优点;
更佳的是,通过在铝箔层上涂设TiO2涂层,增大对热辐射的反射率,减少透过率,提高了外层的隔热效率,外源热量难以透过隔热复合层,即同时提高了对调温层的保护作用和对内部被保护介质的保护作用,更有效的防止了调温层中相变储能材料的流失,从而使得被保护介质不易被腐蚀。

Claims (7)
1.一种防水防火保温隔热复合板,其特征在于:包括控温防火层(1)、加强层(2)、防水抗裂层(3)、调温层(4)和隔热复合层(5);
所述加强层位于所述控温防火层的上方,所述防水抗裂层位于所述加强层的上方,所述调温层位于所述隔热复合层的上方,所述隔热复合层(5)包括保温层(51)和反射层(52),所述反射层包括铝箔层以及涂设在铝箔层上的TiO2涂层;
所述TiO2涂层的厚度为8-14μm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水防火保温隔热复合板,其特征在于:所述加强层包括一层无纺布和一层纤维网格布,所述纤维网格布位于所述无纺布的上方,所述纤维网格布为耐碱玻璃纤维网。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水防火保温隔热复合板,其特征在于:所述控温防火层包括以下重量份的原料:玻璃丝为30-40份、硅酸铝纤维为30-35份、空心微珠纳米材料为75-85份、胶水为15-20份、和膨胀珍珠岩为12-18份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水防火保温隔热复合板,其特征在于:所述防水抗裂层包括以下重量份的原料:普通硅酸盐水泥为60-80份、细砂为20-30份、粉煤灰为15-22份、云母粉为4-9份、防水剂为1-2份和水泥砂浆消泡剂为0.8-1.2份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水防火保温隔热复合板,其特征在于:所述调温层为含有相变储能微胶囊的涂层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水防火保温隔热复合板,其特征在于:所述TiO2涂层的厚度为10-12μm。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种防水防火保温隔热复合板,其特征在于:所述防水抗裂层包括以下重量份的原料:普通硅酸盐水泥为60-70份、细砂为20-25份、粉煤灰为15-18份、云母粉为4-7份、防水剂为1-1.5份和水泥砂浆消泡剂为0.8-1.0份。
