more preferably, the weight ratio of the aromatic, the dispersing agent and the penetrating agent is 5: 2: 1.
preferably, the penetrating agent is fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether in a mass ratio of 1: 2, or a mixture thereof.
The aromatic is nano essence or nano-grade aromatic microcapsule.
The wood pulp fibers are hardwood pulp fibers and/or softwood pulp fibers.
Preferably, the wood pulp fibers are hardwood pulp fibers and softwood pulp fibers according to the mass ratio of 1: 1.
A preparation method of aromatic wallpaper base paper is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
1) adding wood pulp fibers into a pulper filled with pulping water at the temperature of 30-45 ℃ for fully pulping and beating, wherein the beating degree is 28-32 DEG SR, and the beating concentration is controlled at 2-5%;
2) manufacturing the pulp obtained in the step 1) by a fourdrinier machine, and drying to obtain a base paper semi-finished product;
3) mixing the aromatic, the dispersing agent and the penetrating agent according to the proportion, uniformly stirring, adding the mixture into the acrylic latex, and uniformly stirring to obtain a sizing solution;
4) dipping the base paper semi-finished product obtained in the step 2) in a sizing machine to form sizing solution, wherein the dipping time is 5-20 min, the dipping temperature is 20-40 ℃, and then drying and gelling are carried out at 200-250 ℃ to obtain a gelled base paper semi-finished product;
5) adding PVA into acrylic latex, and uniformly stirring to obtain a coating liquid;
6) coating the gelatinized base paper finished product obtained in the step 4) on a coating machine with coating liquid, and finally drying, performing surface press polishing and finishing, and reeling to obtain aromatic wallpaper base paper;
wherein the ratio of the acrylic latex amount in the sizing solution to the acrylic latex amount in the coating solution is 4-7: 1.
preferably, the ratio of the amount of the acrylic latex in the sizing liquid to the amount of the acrylic latex in the coating liquid is 5.5: 1.
the inventors describe the invention as follows:
in order to keep the fragrance of the wallpaper longer, the inventor adds a penetrant into the sizing solution, the aromatic enters the interior of the wallpaper structure under the action of the penetrant, and meanwhile, the dispersant can enable the aromatic to be dispersed more uniformly in the interior of the wallpaper; the synergistic effect of the penetrant and the dispersant enables the aromatic to be uniformly dispersed in the wallpaper base paper, the aim of slow release is achieved, and the aroma retention time is prolonged.
The dosage ratio of the aromatic, the dispersing agent and the penetrating agent is 3-6: 1-3: 1, the dispersing and permeating effects of the dispersing agent are directly influenced by the using amount of the dispersing agent and the permeating agent, the aromatic is unevenly dispersed in the wallpaper structure when the using amount of the dispersing agent and the permeating agent is too small, the aromatic cannot permeate into the interior of the wallpaper, and the sizing solution performance is influenced and the sizing effect is further influenced when the using amount of the dispersing agent and the permeating agent is too large, so that the strength and the toughness of the wallpaper are influenced. And selecting proper dosage of the dispersing agent and the penetrating agent to ensure that the dispersing agent is uniformly dispersed while continuously entering the interior of the wallpaper, and drawing a conclusion through multiple tests that the preferred dosage ratio of the aromatic agent, the dispersing agent and the penetrating agent is 5: 2: 1.
according to the invention, the moderator of the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and the alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether is selected as the penetrant, the penetrant can improve the penetrating action of the aromatic under the synergistic action of the penetrant and the alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, so that the aromatic can enter the interior of the wallpaper structure to the maximum extent, the penetrant and the dispersant have a synergistic action, the dispersing action of the dispersant is enhanced while the penetrating action is ensured, and the preferable penetrant is the penetrant with the dosage ratio of the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether to the alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether of 1: 2, or a mixture thereof.
The coating liquid prepared by mixing PVA and acrylic latex has the function of forming an internal staggered structure, a layer of film with a porous structure is formed on the surface of the wallpaper after the coating liquid is coated by a coating machine, and the film seals the aromatic in the wallpaper, so that the slow release of the fragrance is facilitated.
In the preparation process, the beating degree of the wood pulp fibers is controlled to be 28-32 DEG SR, so that relatively good binding force among the fibers is ensured, certain air permeability is realized, and the reduction of the diffusion speed of aromatic odor is facilitated; the sizing and dipping time, the dipping temperature and the drying temperature are main factors for improving the sizing effect, and meanwhile, the aromatic agent can be cured to a certain extent, the diffusion speed of the aromatic agent is reduced, and the aromatic smell of the wallpaper can be kept for a longer time.
Preferably, the drying in the step 6) is low-temperature drying at 80-100 ℃.
Preferably, the gram weight of the wallpaper base paper is 100-130 g/m 2.
The nano essence and the nano-scale aromatic microcapsule can be uniformly dispersed in the wood pulp fiber structure under the action of the penetrating agent and the dispersing agent.
The application of the aromatic wallpaper base paper is characterized in that plant or flower patterns are printed on the aromatic wallpaper, aromatic products with different smells are combined with corresponding wallpaper patterns, and therefore the aromatic wallpaper base paper gives users a wonderful experience in vision and smell.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the aromatic wallpaper base paper disclosed by the invention has the advantages that through the interaction of the essences or microcapsules with different aromatic smells, the penetrating agent and the dispersing agent, the aromatic is uniformly dispersed in the structure of the wallpaper, compared with the aromatic attached to the surface, the release speed of the aromatic is greatly reduced, the aromatic smell can be kept for a longer time, and the aroma of the aromatic wallpaper base paper disclosed by the invention can be kept for more than 1200 days, which is far higher than that of the common wallpaper with the aromatic smell.
2. The coating layer is added on the outer surface of the wallpaper to form a film with a porous structure, the film seals the aromatic in the wallpaper, the fragrance release speed is effectively slowed down, and after 1200 days, the fragrance grade of the wallpaper still reaches 4.33 grades, which is not much different from the original fragrance grade.
