Abstract

In an optional embodiment, the invention is optimized for an intelligent dosing mode, and provides a new dosing control method, so that on the premise of the prior art, the intelligent dosing accuracy is improved through design, the intelligent dosing control accuracy is improved, and the accuracy of detergent dosing is improved.
In an optional example, in order to optimize the intelligent dosing mode, the detergent box and the dosing device can be divided into two parts, two piezoelectric sensors are used for measuring, and the dosing precision is further improved by adopting a difference method.
Further, the wall built-up residual detergent may be washed by a water pipe.
In an optional example, after the washing machine finishes weighing the clothes in the washing machine barrel, the washing machine calculates the required detergent amount at the moment, the first electromagnetic switch is turned on, and the detergent flows into the intelligent input port. At the moment, the first piezoelectric sensor senses the change of the amount of the detergent in the detergent box, the second piezoelectric sensor senses the change of the amount of the detergent in the intelligent feeding port, when the amount of the detergent in the detergent box is equal to the amount of the detergent in the intelligent feeding port, the first electromagnetic switch is closed, the second electromagnetic switch is opened, meanwhile, a pipeline connected with a water pipe starts to feed water to the intelligent feeding port, the water quantity fed into the intelligent feeding port is not large, and the fact that the detergent in the intelligent feeding port can be washed away can be guaranteed.
Alternatively, due to the high viscosity of the detergent, some detergent may stick on the dispensing opening or hang on the sidewall of the dispensing opening, so that the detergent box is reduced by a larger amount than the dispensing opening is increased.
Optionally, the amount of water that lets in intelligence input mouth can be according to input mouthful size adjustment. For example: when the size of the putting opening is large, the water quantity can be increased; when the size of the putting opening is small, the water quantity can be reduced.
Because the detergent is easy to hang on the wall, if only one piezoelectric sensor is used, the residual detergent can not participate in the washing process, and the detergent quantity participating in the washing each time is inconsistent with the measured quantity, so that the washing effect is reduced. The two piezoelectric sensors can sense the measured detergent amount through the difference value of the two piezoelectric sensors, and the measured detergent amount is equal to the detergent amount participating in washing.
Since the processes and functions of the washing machine of this embodiment are basically corresponding to the embodiments, principles and examples of the detergent dispensing device shown in fig. 1, the description of this embodiment is not given in detail, and reference may be made to the related descriptions in the foregoing embodiments, which are not repeated herein.
Through a large number of tests, the technical scheme of the invention is adopted, the detergent box and the feeding device are divided into two parts, and two piezoelectric sensors are adopted for measurement, so that the feeding precision is further improved by adopting a difference method, the control precision of intelligent feeding can be improved, and the precision of the feeding amount of the detergent is improved.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a detergent dispensing method for a washing machine is also provided, as shown in fig. 2, which is a schematic flow chart of an embodiment of the detergent dispensing method of the present invention. The detergent putting method of the washing machine may include:
in step S110, a target amount of detergent required for washing laundry is dispensed to the dispensing box 2.
At step S120, a first variation of the amount of detergent in the detergent box 1 and a second variation of the amount of detergent in the dosing box 2 are measured.
For example: a first variation of the amount of detergent in the detergent box 1 may be measured while the detergent box 1 is dispensing a desired amount of detergent to be washed into the dispensing box 2.
For example: the second variation of the amount of detergent in the input box 2 may be measured while the detergent box 1 inputs the amount of detergent required for washing the laundry into the input box 2.
At step S130, after the first variation or the second variation reaches the target amount, determining an amount of detergent to be involved in washing in the drum of the washing machine to be controlled according to a difference between the first variation and the second variation.
For example: because the detergent is easy to be hung on the wall, if only one piezoelectric sensor is used, the residual detergent can not participate in the washing process, and the detergent amount participating in the washing each time is inconsistent with the measured amount, so that the washing effect is reduced. The two piezoelectric sensors can sense the measured detergent amount through the difference value of the two piezoelectric sensors, and the measured detergent amount is equal to the detergent amount participating in washing.
For example: the amount of detergent can be controlled by two sensors. For example: the amount of detergent required for washing the laundry is initially calculated, and whether the required amount of detergent is reached may be detected by the first sensor or the second sensor.
From this, through two sensors measure the change volume of detergent volume in the detergent box respectively and put in the change volume of detergent volume in the box, the measuring mode is simple and convenient, and the measuring result precision is good, is favorable to promoting the precision and the reliability of control, and then promotes the precision and the laundry effect of detergent input volume.
The specific process of determining the participation amount of the detergent to be participated in the washing in the inner tub of the washing machine to be controlled in step S130 is further described below with reference to the flowchart of fig. 3 illustrating an embodiment of determining the amount of the detergent to be participated in the washing in the detergent head putting method of the washing machine.
Step S210, determining whether the first variation and the second variation are equal to each other or whether a difference between the first variation and the second variation is smaller than a preset amount.
Step S220, if the first variation of the amount of the detergent in the detergent box 1 is equal to the second variation of the amount of the detergent in the putting box 2, or the difference between the first variation of the amount of the detergent in the detergent box 1 and the second variation of the amount of the detergent in the putting box 2 is smaller than a preset amount, determining that the second variation is the participation amount.
In an alternative embodiment, the method may further include: and controlling the process of putting the target amount of the detergent required by the clothes to be washed into the putting box 2 by the detergent box 1, and/or controlling the process of putting the participation amount of the detergent into the inner drum of the washing machine to be controlled by the putting box 2.
In an alternative example, the opening or closing of the outlet at the bottom of the detergent box 1 can be controlled by the first control switch to control the target amount of detergent needed by the detergent box 1 to put the laundry into the putting box 2.
In an alternative example, the opening or closing of the outlet at the bottom of the dosing box 2 can be controlled by a second control switch to control the participation amount of the dosing box 2 for dosing the detergent into the inner drum of the washing machine to be controlled.
For example: the intelligent feeding method is optimized aiming at the intelligent feeding mode, and a new feeding control method is provided, so that the intelligent feeding accuracy is improved through design on the premise of the prior art, the intelligent feeding control accuracy is improved, and the detergent feeding accuracy is improved.
Therefore, the opening or closing of the bottom outlet of the detergent box is controlled through the first control switch, the opening and closing of the bottom outlet of the feeding box are controlled through the second control switch, the feeding accuracy of the detergent can be accurately controlled, and the washing effect is favorably improved.
In an alternative embodiment, the method may further include: procedure for determining the required amount of detergent.
The specific process of determining the required amount of detergent is further defined with reference to the flow diagram of fig. 4 illustrating an embodiment of the method for putting detergent into the detergent head of the washing machine according to the present invention.
Step S310, acquiring the weight of the clothes to be washed in the inner drum.
Step S320, determining a target amount of detergent required for the laundry according to the weight of the laundry.
For example: after the washing machine finishes weighing the clothes in the washing machine barrel, the washing machine calculates the required amount of the detergent.
Therefore, the target amount of the required detergent is determined according to the weight of the clothes to be washed, the accuracy of determining the target amount of the required detergent is good, the washing effect is guaranteed, and the detergent is saved.
In an alternative embodiment, the method may further include: and (5) carrying out a washing process on the throwing box.
In an alternative example, a water pipe is connected to flush the dosing box 2, so as to flush the detergent adhered above the dosing box or adhered on the side wall of the dosing box into the inner barrel.
For example: the water pipe can be communicated to flush the putting box 2, so that the detergent adhered above the putting box or adhered and hung on the side wall of the putting box is flushed into the inner barrel in the process that the detergent flows into the putting box 2 from the detergent box 1 and/or flows into the putting box from the putting box 2.
For example: the wall built-up residual detergent can be washed away by a water pipe.
For example: the first electromagnetic switch is closed, the second electromagnetic switch is opened, the pipeline connected with the tap water pipe simultaneously starts to feed water to the intelligent feeding port, the water quantity fed in is not required to be large, and the detergent positioned at the intelligent feeding port can be guaranteed to be washed away.
Therefore, the washing agent box is washed through the washing pipeline, the washing agent is stuck above the putting box or hung on the side wall of the putting box in the process of putting the washing agent into the putting box, the washing agent sent out by the washing agent box can be fully put into the washing process as far as possible, on one hand, the washing effect can be improved, and on the other hand, the washing agent can be saved
In an alternative embodiment, the method may further include: and controlling the on-off process of the switch.
Next, referring to fig. 5, a flow diagram of an embodiment of controlling the on/off of the switch in the detergent head feeding method of the washing machine according to the present invention is further described, wherein the flow diagram is used for controlling a target amount of detergent required by the detergent box 1 to feed the laundry into the feeding box 2 and controlling a participation amount of the feeding box 2 to feed the detergent into the inner drum of the washing machine to be controlled.
Step S410, according to the target amount of the detergent needed by the laundry, turning on the first control switch and turning off the second control switch, so that the detergent in the detergent box 1 flows into the putting box 2. And the number of the first and second groups,
for example: after the washing machine finishes weighing the clothes in the washing machine barrel, the washing machine calculates the amount of the required detergent, the first electromagnetic switch is turned on, and the detergent flows into the intelligent input port.
Step S420, after determining the participation amount, turning off the first control switch and turning on the second control switch to put the detergent in the putting box 2 into the inner cylinder.
For example: and the throwing precision is improved by adopting a difference method.
For example: at the moment, the first piezoelectric sensor senses the change of the quantity of the detergent in the detergent box, the second piezoelectric sensor senses the change of the quantity of the detergent in the intelligent feeding port, and when the quantity of the detergent in the detergent box is equal to the quantity of the detergent in the intelligent feeding port, the first electromagnetic switch is closed, and the second electromagnetic switch is opened.
For example: because the viscosity of the detergent is higher, part of the detergent is stuck on the feeding opening or hung on the side wall of the feeding opening, so that the quantity of the detergent box is reduced by more than the quantity of the detergent box added on the feeding opening.
Therefore, the opening and closing of the first control switch and the second control switch are controlled by adopting a difference method according to the detergent variation in the detergent box and the feeding box, the convenience of controlling the opening and closing of the bottom outlet of the detergent box and the feeding box is good on one hand, and the control accuracy of the variation of the detergent amount is good on the other hand.
Since the processes and functions of the detergent dispensing method of this embodiment are basically corresponding to the embodiments, principles and examples of the washing machine, the description of this embodiment is not given in detail, and reference may be made to the related descriptions in the embodiments, which are not repeated herein.
A large number of tests prove that by adopting the technical scheme of the invention, the washing effect can be improved by further utilizing the water pipe to wash the residual detergent on the wall.
In summary, it is readily understood by those skilled in the art that the advantageous modes described above can be freely combined and superimposed without conflict.
The above description is only an example of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention, and it is obvious to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made in the present invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the claims of the present invention.
Claims (16)
1. A detergent dispensing device, comprising: the device comprises a detergent box (1), a throwing box (2), a first sensor, a second sensor and a controller; wherein,
the detergent box (1) is used for putting the target amount of detergent into the putting box (2) according to the target amount of the detergent needed by the clothes to be washed;
the first sensor is used for measuring a first variable quantity of the amount of the detergent in the detergent box (1);
the second sensor is used for measuring a second variable quantity of the amount of the detergent in the putting box (2);
and the controller is used for determining the participation amount of the detergent which is to participate in the inner drum of the washing machine to be controlled for washing according to the difference value of the first variable quantity and the second variable quantity after the first variable quantity or the second variable quantity reaches the target amount.
2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the controller determines an amount of detergent to be involved in washing in a drum of a washing machine to be controlled, comprising:
determining whether the first variation and the second variation are equal or whether a difference between the first variation and the second variation is smaller than a preset amount;
and if the first variation of the amount of the detergent in the detergent box (1) is equal to the second variation of the amount of the detergent in the putting box (2), or the difference between the first variation of the amount of the detergent in the detergent box (1) and the second variation of the amount of the detergent in the putting box (2) is smaller than a preset amount, determining that the second variation is the participation amount.
3. The apparatus of claim 1 or 2, further comprising: a first control switch and a second control switch; wherein,
the first control switch is used for controlling the detergent box (1) to put the target amount of the detergent needed by the clothes to be washed into the putting box (2) by controlling the opening or closing of the outlet at the bottom of the detergent box (1);
and the second control switch is used for controlling the participation amount of the putting box (2) to put the detergent into the inner cylinder of the washing machine to be controlled by controlling the opening or closing of the outlet at the bottom of the putting box (2).
4. The apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the controller is further configured to turn on the first control switch and turn off the second control switch according to a target amount of detergent required for washing the laundry, so that the detergent in the detergent box (1) flows into the input box (2); and the number of the first and second groups,
and after the participation amount is determined, closing the first control switch and opening the second control switch so as to put the detergent in the putting box (2) into the inner barrel.
5. The apparatus of claim 3, wherein,
the detergent box (1) is arranged above the putting box (2);
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the bottom outlet of the detergent box (1) is communicated to the top inlet of the throwing box (2);
the bottom outlet of the throwing box (2) is communicated to the inlet of the inner cylinder;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the first control switch and/or the first sensor are/is arranged at the bottom outlet of the detergent box (1);
the second control switch and/or the second sensor are/is arranged at the bottom outlet of the throwing box (2);
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the first control switch includes: a first electromagnetic switch; the second control switch includes: a second electromagnetic switch; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the first sensor, comprising: a first piezoelectric sensor; the second sensor, comprising: a second piezoelectric sensor.
6. The apparatus of claim 4, wherein,
the detergent box (1) is arranged above the putting box (2);
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the bottom outlet of the detergent box (1) is communicated to the top inlet of the throwing box (2);
the bottom outlet of the throwing box (2) is communicated to the inlet of the inner cylinder;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the first control switch and/or the first sensor are/is arranged at the bottom outlet of the detergent box (1);
the second control switch and/or the second sensor are/is arranged at the bottom outlet of the throwing box (2);
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the first control switch includes: a first electromagnetic switch; the second control switch includes: a second electromagnetic switch; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the first sensor, comprising: a first piezoelectric sensor; the second sensor, comprising: a second piezoelectric sensor.
7. The apparatus of claim 1 or 2, further comprising: at least one of a load cell and a flush line; wherein,
the weighing sensor is used for acquiring the weight of the clothes to be washed in the inner drum;
the controller is also used for determining the target amount of the detergent needed by the clothes to be washed according to the weight of the clothes to be washed;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and the flushing pipeline is used for communicating a water pipe to flush the feeding box (2) so as to flush the detergent which is stuck above the feeding box or is stuck and hung on the side wall of the feeding box into the inner barrel.
8. The apparatus of any one of claims 4, 5, and 6, further comprising: at least one of a load cell and a flush line; wherein,
the weighing sensor is used for acquiring the weight of the clothes to be washed in the inner drum;
the controller is also used for determining the target amount of the detergent needed by the clothes to be washed according to the weight of the clothes to be washed;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and the flushing pipeline is used for communicating a water pipe to flush the feeding box (2) so as to flush the detergent which is stuck above the feeding box or is stuck and hung on the side wall of the feeding box into the inner barrel.
9. The apparatus of claim 3, further comprising: at least one of a load cell and a flush line; wherein,
the weighing sensor is used for acquiring the weight of the clothes to be washed in the inner drum;
the controller is also used for determining the target amount of the detergent needed by the clothes to be washed according to the weight of the clothes to be washed;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and the flushing pipeline is used for communicating a water pipe to flush the feeding box (2) so as to flush the detergent which is stuck above the feeding box or is stuck and hung on the side wall of the feeding box into the inner barrel.
10. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein,
the flushing pipeline is arranged on the side wall of the throwing box (2); and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the flushing pipeline is arranged at the top of the throwing box (2); and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the flushing pipeline is arranged on a pipeline between the detergent box (1) and the putting box (2);
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the washing pipeline connects the water service pipe to put in box (2) and washes, includes: after the second control switch is turned on, the water pipe is connected to flush the throwing box (2);
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the water flow of the washing pipeline for washing the throwing box (2) can be adjusted according to the size of the throwing box (2);
when the detergent putting device further comprises a controller, the controller is also used for increasing the water flow of the flushing pipeline if the size of the putting box (2) is larger than a set value; and if the size of the feeding box (2) is smaller than the set value, the water flow of the flushing pipeline is reduced.
11. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein,
the flushing pipeline is arranged on the side wall of the throwing box (2); and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the flushing pipeline is arranged at the top of the throwing box (2); and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the flushing pipeline is arranged on a pipeline between the detergent box (1) and the putting box (2);
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the washing pipeline connects the water service pipe to put in box (2) and washes, includes: after the second control switch is turned on, the water pipe is connected to flush the throwing box (2);
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the water flow of the washing pipeline for washing the throwing box (2) can be adjusted according to the size of the throwing box (2);
when the detergent putting device further comprises a controller, the controller is also used for increasing the water flow of the flushing pipeline if the size of the putting box (2) is larger than a set value; and if the size of the feeding box (2) is smaller than the set value, the water flow of the flushing pipeline is reduced.
12. A washing machine, characterized by comprising: a detergent delivery device according to any one of claims 1 to 11.
13. A detergent dispensing method for a washing machine according to claim 12, comprising:
according to the target amount of the detergent needed by the clothes to be washed, the target amount of the detergent is put into the putting box (2);
measuring a first variable quantity of the amount of the detergent in the detergent box (1) and a second variable quantity of the amount of the detergent in the putting box (2);
and determining the participation amount of the detergent to be participated in the inner drum of the washing machine to be controlled for washing according to the difference value of the first variable amount and the second variable amount after the first variable amount or the second variable amount reaches the target amount.
14. The method of claim 13, wherein determining an amount of detergent to be engaged in washing in a drum of a washing machine to be controlled comprises:
determining whether the first variation and the second variation are equal or whether a difference between the first variation and the second variation is smaller than a preset amount;
and if the first variation of the amount of the detergent in the detergent box (1) is equal to the second variation of the amount of the detergent in the putting box (2), or the difference between the first variation of the amount of the detergent in the detergent box (1) and the second variation of the amount of the detergent in the putting box (2) is smaller than a preset amount, determining that the second variation is the participation amount.
15. The method of claim 13 or 14, further comprising:
the opening or closing of an outlet at the bottom of the detergent box (1) is controlled through the first control switch so as to control the target amount of the detergent required by the detergent box (1) for putting the clothes to be washed into the putting box (2);
controlling the opening or closing of an outlet at the bottom of the putting box (2) through a second control switch so as to control the participation amount of the putting box (2) for putting the detergent into the inner cylinder of the washing machine to be controlled;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
acquiring the weight of the clothes to be washed in the inner drum;
determining the target amount of the detergent needed by the clothes to be washed according to the weight of the clothes to be washed;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and a water pipe is communicated to wash the putting box (2) so as to wash the detergent which is stuck above the putting box or is stuck and hung on the side wall of the putting box into the inner barrel.
16. The method according to claim 15, wherein controlling the target amount of detergent required by the detergent box (1) to load the laundry into the loading box (2) and controlling the participation amount of the loading box (2) to load the detergent into the drum of the laundry machine to be controlled comprises:
according to the target amount of the detergent needed by the clothes to be washed, the first control switch is turned on, and the second control switch is turned off, so that the detergent in the detergent box (1) flows into the putting box (2); and the number of the first and second groups,
and after the participation amount is determined, closing the first control switch and opening the second control switch so as to put the detergent in the putting box (2) into the inner barrel.
