本发明公开一种智能家居用品抗菌清洗液,以质量份数计,由以下组分组成:维生素E1—3份,皂角与花椒萃取液20—30份,牛蹄油10—12份,醋酸三乙醇胺4—20份,聚乙二醇4—10份,脂肪醇聚醚酰胺8—15份,平平加1—2份,防腐剂2—4份,起泡剂1—2份,去离子水30—80份。本发明中的皮制沙发用的清洗剂具有去污清洗能力强、无毒无腐蚀、温和不伤手、兼容性广、不燃不爆、安全环保、使用安全等优点。该清洗处理液的生物降解性能高,能够有效去除家居用品上的污渍、油脂等物,不会损伤皮肤,抗菌能力强。

本发明涉及装饰用品技术领域,具体涉及一种智能家居用品抗菌清洗液。
背景技术
皮革之所以柔软,其根本原因就在于制革时,将油脂引入动物皮的内部,形成全面覆盖皮内纤维表面的油膜,即在皮内纤维表面之间用一层适宜厚度的油膜隔开,这样,皮革内部纤维之间移动的摩擦力就相当于油分子的摩擦力,因而皮革就会很柔软。其原理与海绵差不多,不同的是真皮内部表面纤维之间用油膜分隔,使真皮内部之间具有可滑动的孔隙,但它的孔隙比海绵要小,而且真皮内部表面纤维的分布也没有海绵那么有规律。
但是,由于引入皮革内部的油脂在自然状态下,会随着时间的久远而慢慢挥发走失,或由于其它原因使油膜遭到破坏,如遇水发生水解或高温环境下,油膜被破坏,油脂挥发走失,因而皮革内部纤维之间就会相互粘结在一起,从而使真皮变硬、变脆。因此皮革内油膜被破坏或油脂走失时,应重新给皮革内部纤维之间的表面,注入形成油膜的优质油脂。
目前市场上的皮革清洗剂大都采用有机溶剂,污染环境。同时,他们都含有硬脂酸盐,该物质不仅对皮肤有刺激性,而且不可生物降解,另外,抗菌效果较差。因此如何克服现有技术的不足是目前精细化工技术领域亟需解决的问题。
基于此,研究开发了一种智能家居用品抗菌清洗液。

本发明的目的在于提供一种智能家居用品抗菌清洗液,以便更好地用以清洗家居用品,改善家居用品清洗效果,提高抗菌效果。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现:
一种智能家居用品抗菌清洗液,以质量份数计,由以下组分组成:维生素E1—3份,皂角与花椒萃取液20—30份,牛蹄油10—12份,醋酸三乙醇胺4—20份,聚乙二醇4—10份,脂肪醇聚醚酰胺8—15份,平平加1—2份,防腐剂2—4份,起泡剂1—2份,去离子水30—80份。
优选地,为了更好的实现本发明,所述皂角与花椒萃取液采用以下方法制备而得,按重量百分数比皂角:水=1:8—10,将皂角粉碎后,用去离子水加热回流萃取1—1.5小时,冷却至室温后过滤,在滤液中加入去离子水,确保溶液总量为皂角重量的10—25倍,将得到皂角萃取液与花椒萃取液按重量比为1—4:1的方式混合均匀,即制得皂角与花椒萃取液。

本技术方案中皂角与花椒萃取液中皂角含有皂甙、皂缀糖、鞣质、酚类、生物碱等多种成份,能溶于水,并具有清洗与杀菌作用。且皂角皂苷元对铜、镉、铅、锌等重金属离子有良好的络合清洗作用。花椒果实含有柠檬烯、枯醇、牻牛儿醇、异茴香脑等多种成份,花椒煎剂对碳疽杆菌、链球菌、葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌等多种细菌有抑制作用,并有驱虫作用。

本发明利用皂角与花椒的萃取物与醋酸三乙醇胺、聚乙二醇、平平加组成智能家居用品抗菌清洗液,不仅具有清洗、杀菌、驱虫的功能,而且用此清洗剂清洗皮革及其制品,表面光洁、可防皱裂、防霉变,并兼有助染和固色作用,可使皮革颜色鲜明牢固。

所述皂角与花椒萃取液的制备方法为,所述皂角与花椒萃取液采用以下方法制备而得,按重量百分数比皂角:水=1:8,将皂角粉碎后,用去离子水加热回流萃取1小时,冷却至室温后过滤,在滤液中加入去离子水,确保溶液总量为皂角重量的10倍,将得到皂角萃取液与花椒萃取液按重量比为1—4的方式混合均匀,即制得皂角与花椒萃取液。
采用上述制备的清洗液,针对皮制沙发进行清洗,普通油污和污染物在浸泡5分钟、喷淋3分钟全部去除,其清洗效率为99.1%。

所述皂角与花椒萃取液采用以下方法制备而得,按重量百分数比皂角:水=110,将皂角粉碎后,用去离子水加热回流萃取1.5小时,冷却至室温后过滤,在滤液中加入去离子水,确保溶液总量为皂角重量的25倍,将得到皂角萃取液与花椒萃取液按重量比为4:1的方式混合均匀,即制得皂角与花椒萃取液。

所述皂角与花椒萃取液采用以下方法制备而得,按重量比皂角:水=1:12,将皂角粉碎后,用去离子水加热回流萃取0.7小时,冷却至室温后过滤,在滤液中加入去离子水,确保溶液总量为皂角重量的15倍,将得到皂角萃取液与花椒萃取液按重量比为1—2的方式混合均匀,即制得皂角与花椒萃取液。
采用上述制备的清洗液,针对窗帘进行清洗,普通油污和污染物在浸泡15分钟、喷淋10分钟全部去除,其抗菌效率为99.4%。
实施例1—4中所述的起泡剂为氟表面活性剂和易聚醚表面活性剂复配而成,防腐剂为卡松。
实施例1—4所述的智能家居用品抗菌清洗液不仅对环境不造成危害,而且清洗剂中具有的皂角皂苷元对铜、镉、铅、锌等重金属离子有良好的络合作用,有利于土壤的净化。本清洗剂可用于清洗皮鞋、皮衣、皮包和皮沙发等皮革制品。
