Abstract
本发明涉及纳米生物养生复合材料及其制备方法,其由以下重量百分比的原料制成:锗石15‑20%,砭石10‑20%,镭矿石3‑5%,粘土45‑50%,石墨5‑7%,木鱼石5‑10%,麦饭石5%。由该纳米生物养生复合材料制成的刮熨板、热熨罐或烫熨热灸颗粒经检测不含有有害物质,含有多种有益于人体的微量元素和矿物质,作用于人体皮肤表明可产生极远红外辐射,其频带极宽,远红外频率可达范围为7‑20微米,在8‑18微米的红外发射率ε>90%;且能产生有益于身体健康的超声波脉冲,具有保健功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及保健材料技术领域,尤其是一种纳米生物养生复合材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
烫熨疗法起源于中国,与灸法有异曲同工之妙,是中医的外治方法之一,它是应用发热的容器在人体的一定部位上进行烫熨、滚动或摩擦来达到防病、治病的目的,它比银针更简便安全比艾灸更为清洁环保,是治疗疾病最简便易行的方法之一。
烫熨是以中医理论为基础的,与普通理疗的热敷疗法既有相似之处,又有着明显的区别,辨证论治循经烫熨是其主要特点,所以,其疗效远比普通理疗要好得多,与其它针法相比,不但痛苦少,而且可以避免病源性交叉感染,还可以免除药物治疗的副作用,该疗法还有一最大特点:针灸需要专业医生才能操作,而烫熨疗法则不然,既可循经烫熨,又可逐痛而熨之,是一项患者可以实施的自我保健疗法。借助烫熨热灸贴可以进行烫熨疗法,但是烫熨热灸贴使用起来并不方便,一贴针对一穴位,不便重复利用。
刮熨板是刮痧的主要器具,它是通过刺激人体的相关经络、穴位,从而达到活血化瘀、疏通经络、行气止痛、清热解毒、健脾和胃、调和阴阳,温经散寒,行气活血,增强皮肤渗透性,改善脏腑功能,增强免疫功能的功效。刮痧是一种传统的绿色疗法,能改善人体血液循环,促进新陈代谢,增强人体免疫功能,刮熨板是一种治病防病的非药物无损伤的自然健康疗法器具。刮熨板的选择首先是材质的选择,从刮熨板的材质上分,可以说是包罗万象,铁板,勺子,瓷器,玉石,水牛角,黄牛角等等。这些大部分都是平常百姓家的用品,来源相当简单,其中最常见的公认的质量不错的是砭石和水牛角。中医认为砭石有安神、调理气血、疏通经络的作用,是加工制作医疗器械的上品;水牛角具有清热,凉血,定惊,解毒的功能,常用于制作刮熨材料。
拔罐疗法是以罐为工具,利用燃烧、抽吸、挤压等方法排除罐内空气,造成负压,使罐吸附于体表特定拔火罐养生馆部位(患处、穴位),产生广泛刺激,形成局部充血或淤血现象,而达到防病治病,强壮身体为目的的一种治疗方法。拔火罐与针灸一样,也是一种物理疗法,而且拔火罐是物理疗法中最优秀的疗法之一。常用的罐具有陶瓷罐、玻璃罐、抽气罐等。玻璃罐其造型美观、清晰透明,便于拔罐时在罐外观察皮肤的变化,从而掌握拔罐时间,是目前临床应用最为广泛的罐具,但其导热快、易烫伤及容易破损需加注意。抽气罐不用火、电,排除了不安全隐患且不会烫伤皮肤,患者易于接受,而且操作简便,简单易学,但是缺点是无温热刺激,疗效一般。
上述三种疗法都着眼于人体的经脉,所使用的器具在原材料上有所交叉。随着社会的不断向前发展,对养生保健的要求也自然越来越高。专利CN100344577B公开了一种经络保健刮痧板,其以ZrO2、Al2O3、Fe2O3等纳米粉末制成,还需要加入聚乙烯醇作为粘结剂,破坏了刮痧板的天然特性,且纳米粉末制备陶瓷复合材料需要800-900℃烧结,由陶瓷复合材料再制成刮痧板还需要1300-1500℃烧结,生产流程长,操作难度大。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是克服现有技术存在的不足,提供一种纳米生物养生复合材料及其制备方法,利用天然原料制成,不进行任何化学添加,制成刮熨板、热熨罐或烫熨热灸颗粒,主要化学成分为碳酸盐类,内含有多种对人体有益的微量元素,硬度为3.5~5.5Hm(莫氏硬度),这个硬度范围和人体皮肤的摩擦有一个很好的舒适度。其内部具有微晶结构,为晶体粒度小于0.03mm的方解石微晶岩体,其质感非常细腻,摩擦人体使人感到非常舒服。
本发明中,砭石具有安神、调理气血、疏通经络之功效,加之碳酸盐与酸性物质起化学反应,这样就将皮肤上的酸性物质挥发掉,从而起到保健的作用。
本发明中,含有总重10-20%的砭石。砭石的主要成分是一种称为“微晶灰岩”的矿物质,其中最多的是锶、氧化钙,其次是氧化硅、氧化钠等,还有铝、铁、镁、磷等多种元素,微量元素及稀土元素含有铬、锰、镍、铜、钇等超过36种对人体有益的元素,放射性物质含量极微。砭石能够散发对人体有益的远红外射线和超声波脉冲,促进微循环、调理新陈代谢,相当于微型的远红外治疗仪+超声波治疗仪。
本发明所述的刮熨板、热熨罐或烫熨热灸颗粒每摩擦人体一次就能产生有益于身体健康的超声波脉冲,平均超声波脉冲次数可达3708次,频率范围为2-200万赫兹,对人体有多重功效,具体有:
1、按摩作用。即超声波可对人体的细胞产生一定的压力,使细胞出现微小的运动,从而改变病变细胞的状态,达到治病的目的。
2、热作用。即人体吸收超声波的能量后,皮肤的血液循环加快,可在组织内出现发热反应,所产生的热量具有镇痛,解除肌肉痉挛,改善组织微循环状态等作用。
3、生物学作用。即超声波可影响人体内某些化学或生物学的变化过程,改变酶的活性等,从而改变人体内的代谢环境和状态,使疾病向好的方向转化。
4、对神经系统作用。神经系统具有对超声波敏感的特性,小剂量的超声波对神经有抑制作用,可使神经的传导速度减慢,从而具有明显的镇痛作用。
5、其他作用。超声波可使胃肠道蠕动增加,胃肠分泌增加;可使心脏的冠状动脉扩张,改善心肌的血液供应;可使肾脏的血管扩张,增加肾脏血流量。
本发明中,锗石含有人体所需的硒、锌、镍、钴、锰、镁、钙等多种对人体有益的微量元素,这些元素散发的启动波和人体细胞的启动波是同一种波动状态,人体细胞随着从锗石散发出的波动产生共鸣和共振,使人体细胞组织更具活力,并促进血液循坏、增强新陈代谢、及进排除体内废物。锗石能使生活饮用水和自然水变成活性水,帮助人体提高免疫力。入具有凉血止血,降逆止呕,清火平肝的效力,还可治高血压引起的头晕、目眩、耳鸣等症。
本发明中,含有总重3-5%的镭矿石,镭矿石具有放射性,能不断放出大量的热,但由于用量少,在合理的用量范围内镭矿石可发挥增强细胞能量,增强细胞的功能和活力等作用。同时,可去除皱纹,美化皮肤,具体来说,镭矿石在本发明中的作用如下:
1、镭矿石起到扩张毛细血管,增强血液循环,促进新陈代谢,增强淋巴循环的作用,对于细胞组织,可使细胞活化,使老死细胞排泄或赋予再生能力;
2、镭矿石能溶脂解毒,并有促进利尿的作用,治痛风病,提高新陈代谢,促进细胞的再生,吸收病产物,具有消炎作用;
3、镭矿石对血液的作用:激动造血器官而增加白血球,进而降低血压,舒张血管,减少血的粘稠性;
4、镭矿石对于神经系统的作用:镭射气是属于脂肪可溶性,能透达神经末鞘,不独对神经痛、神经炎等的疼痛有缓和的功效,对于慢性关节炎、肌肉风湿痛等更有奇效;

本发明中,石墨具有润滑和着色的作用,石墨的润滑性能能够改善刮熨板、热熨罐或烫熨热灸颗粒的表观结构,获得光滑细腻的质地,作用于人体有非常舒服的感觉,不需要润滑油等介质,隔一层棉织物作用于人体,皮肤不会有不适的反应。
本发明所述的刮熨板、热熨罐或烫熨热灸颗粒,具有特殊的能量场,直接或间接接触人体均可以改善人体微循环,起到活血化瘀、治疗疾病的作用;再者,由于刮熨板材质的特性,进行治疗时,并不要求出痧,就能达到较好的疏通经络、排宣热毒的作用。
本发明所述的刮熨板、热熨罐或烫熨热灸颗粒能改善人体血液循环,促进新陈代谢,增强人体免疫功能。此疗法不但简便、经济、安全,而且疗效显著,易于掌握,深受大家的欢迎,它作为一种绿色疗法,其携带方便、操作容易、行之有效、无创无损,是一种自然健康疗法。
本发明所述的刮熨板、热熨罐或烫熨热灸颗粒的制备方法包括以下步骤:1)将所述的纳米生物养生复合材料投入沉浆池进行抽浆处理,所得浆体粗练,陈腐15天,精练2次得泥料;
2)将泥料置于高位浆桶化浆,之后注入模具,带模干燥后获得坯体,将坯体干燥后上釉,装匣在1000-1100℃烧制,获得所述的纳米生物刮熨板。低于1000℃不能获得光洁如玉的外观,高于1100℃会破坏刮熨板的能量场及其中微量元素的活性。
本发明所述的制备方法中,复合材料投入沉浆池的陈腐的目的是增加泥料的粘性,增加泥料内部各种组成物质的兼容性,而且产品水色较好,也不容易开裂。通过练泥机的真空炼制能够获得质地细腻的泥料。带模干燥过程持续时间较长,并且在常温、高湿度和腐蚀性介质的共同作用的下获得坯体,经干燥后坯体的膨胀系数与釉的膨胀系数相适应,从而上釉后烧制获得的表面外观良好。
本发明所述的刮熨板用在刮痧过程中,热熨罐用于拔罐,烫熨热灸颗粒先进行冰冻,取出后与患处直接接触,或者装在袋中覆在患处表面。优选的,烫熨热灸颗粒装袋置于电冰箱的冰室内,取出后迅速吸附周围的热量,用于高热病人的物理降温或扭挫伤,使用时在扭挫伤24小时内,将冰冻的纳米生物烫熨热灸颗粒袋冷熨患处,有镇痛与收缩血管防止出血和组织液渗出引起局部肿胀的作用,在48小时后可改用烫熨消肿止痛。
所述的烫熨热灸颗粒装在袋子里紧贴人体皮肤直接辐射远红外线,所产生的热量,能更迅速地透过皮肤表层,进入人体组织深处扩张的毛细血管、肌肉和关节腔内,这种内热能可产生一系列的生理生化、生物效应,直接刺激神经末梢和特殊感受器,以消除局部的疼痛、酸胀和麻木等。

一种纳米生物养生复合材料,所述的纳米生物养生复合材料由以下重量百分比的原料制成:锗石15-20%,砭石10-20%,镭矿石3-5%,粘土45-50%,石墨5-7%,木鱼石5-10%,麦饭石5%。
进一步的,所述的纳米生物养生复合材料由以下重量百分比的原料制成:锗石16-18%,砭石12-18%,镭矿石4%,粘土46-48%,石墨6%,木鱼石6-9%,麦饭石5%。
进一步的,所述的纳米生物养生复合材料的制备方法为,按重量百分比称取各原料,分别粉碎后过100目-200目的标准筛,混合均匀即可。

进一步的,所述的刮熨板、热熨罐或烫熨热灸颗粒在8-18μm范围的红外发射率ε>90%;比重为1.5-2.0g/cm3;负离子含量为2000±500个/cm3。
本发明还提供所述的刮熨板、热熨罐或烫熨热灸颗粒的用途,用于人体经络养生保健。
本发明还提供所述的刮熨板、热熨罐或烫熨热灸颗粒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将所述的纳米生物养生复合材料投入沉浆池进行陈腐15天,之后通过练泥机的真空炼制2-3小时,得到泥料;
2)将泥料置于高位浆桶化浆,之后注入模具,带模室温下干燥1-3周后获得坯体,之后在坯体表面上釉,装匣于1000-1100℃烧制,获得所述的刮熨板、热熨罐或烫熨热灸颗粒。
本发明还保护上述的方法制备得到的刮熨板、热熨罐或烫熨热灸颗粒。
进一步的,所述的烫熨热灸颗粒冰冻后取出,与患处直接接触,或者装在袋中覆在患处表面。
有益效果:本发明所述的刮熨板、热熨罐或烫熨热灸颗粒经检测不含有有害物质,满足使用的安全性;其含有多种有益于人体的微量元素和矿物质,以及人体所必需的钙、镁、锌、铬、锶、硒等20多种抗衰老元素,具有保健功效;同时天然石材中蕴藏有奇异的能量场,作用于人体皮肤表明可产生极远红外辐射,其频带极宽,远红外频率可达范围为7-20微米,在8-18微米的红外发射率ε>90%;本发明所述的刮熨板、热熨罐或烫熨热灸颗粒每摩擦人体一次就能产生有益于身体健康的超声波脉冲,平均超声波脉冲次数可达近3700次,频率范围为2-200万赫兹是所有材质之首。

下面结合实施例对本发明技术方案作进一步阐述。实施例中未注明具体技术或条件者,按照本领域内的文献所描述的技术或条件或者按照产品说明书进行。所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均为可以通过市购获得的常规产品。
实施例中的锗石,砭石,镭矿石,木鱼石及麦饭石皆为天然石材。
实施例1
按照表1称取各原料,分别粉碎后过200目的标准筛,混合均匀后投入沉浆池进行陈腐15天,之后通过练泥机的真空炼制3小时,得到泥料;将泥料置于高位浆桶化浆,之后注入模具,带模室温下干燥3周后获得坯体,之后在坯体表面上釉,装匣于1000℃烧制,获得所述的刮熨板。

从表2可以看出,本发明所述的纳米生物刮熨板氯化物含量为0,不含有有害物质,满足使用的安全性;其含有多种有益于人体的微量元素和矿物质,以及人体所必需的钙、镁、锌、铬、锶、硒等20多种抗衰老元素,具有保健功效。
所获得的纳米生物刮熨板规格为104*50mm,厚11.5mm;颜色为黑色;比重为1.5g/cm3;吸水率为0.5%;红外发射率:8-18μm,ε>90%;比热容为2.3J/(kg·℃);负离子含量为2000±500个/cm3。
本发明所述的纳米生物刮熨板中的天然石材中蕴藏有奇异的能量场,作用于人体皮肤表明可产生极远红外辐射,其频带极宽,远红外频率可达范围为7-20微米,在8-18微米的红外发射率ε>90%;本发明所述的纳米生物刮熨板每摩擦人体一次就能产生有益于身体健康的超声波脉冲,平均超声波脉冲次数可达近3700次,频率范围为2-200万赫兹。

纳米生物烫熨热灸颗粒的使用方法如下,烫熨热灸颗粒先进行冰冻,取出后与患处直接接触,或者装在袋中覆在患处表面。
烫熨热灸颗粒装袋置于电冰箱的冰室内,冷冻约30分钟,取出后迅速吸附周围的热量,用于高热病人的物理降温或扭挫伤,使用时在扭挫伤24小时内,将冰冻的纳米生物烫熨热灸颗粒袋冷熨患处,有镇痛与收缩血管防止出血和组织液渗出引起局部肿胀的作用,在48小时后可改用烫熨消肿止痛。
非高热病人或者非扭挫伤的情况下,可对烫熨热灸颗粒适当加热后使用,加温时将本品置于微波炉中,用高温挡加热3分钟,如果纳米生物烫熨热灸颗粒袋尚未冷却时再次加温时间减半即可。
纳米生物烫熨热灸颗粒可应用于以下几个方面:
1.肌肉骨骼关节系统:肌肉、关节如发生微循环障碍,代谢产物堆积,会产生全身肌肉酸痛、麻木、冰冷、四肢微血管堵塞不通,会造成脉管炎、下肢静脉曲张,严重出现跛行,刀割样痛。颈、肩、腰、腿痛等慢性病变。
2.妇科系统:有许多妇科病均与微循环有关,如痛经、月经不调、肥胖、盆腔炎、附件炎、子宫肌瘤都与血气不通、气滞血淤有关。

该烫熨热灸颗粒在8-18μm范围的红外发射率ε>90%;比重为1.5g/cm3;负离子含量为2000±500个/cm3,具有多重保健作用,应用范围广,应用简单便捷。
其物理效应和生物作用如下:
(1)改善微循环,促进血液循环;
(2)降低血液粘稠度;
(3)增强新陈代谢;
(4)激活生物大分子,活化细胞;
(5)抗紫外线;
(6)抑制有害细菌生长;
(7)调节人体经络平衡;

按照表1称取各原料,分别粉碎后过150目的标准筛,混合均匀后投入沉浆池进行陈腐15天,之后通过练泥机的真空炼制3小时,得到泥料;将泥料置于高位浆桶化浆,之后注入模具,带模室温下干燥3周后获得坯体,之后在坯体表面上釉,装匣于1000℃烧制,获得所述的热熨罐。

尽管上面已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,可以理解的是,上述实施例是示例性的,不能理解为对本发明的限制,本领域的普通技术人员在不脱离本发明的原理和宗旨的情况下在本发明的范围内可以对上述实施例进行变化、修改、替换和变型。
Claims (10)
1.一种纳米生物养生复合材料,其特征在于:所述的纳米生物养生复合材料由以下重量百分比的原料制成:锗石15-20%,砭石10-20%,镭矿石3-5%,粘土45-50%,石墨5-7%,木鱼石5-10%,麦饭石5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纳米生物养生复合材料,其特征在于:由以下重量百分比的原料制成:锗石16-18%,砭石12-18%,镭矿石4%,粘土46-48%,石墨6%,木鱼石6-9%,麦饭石5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纳米生物养生复合材料,其特征在于:所述的纳米生物养生复合材料制备方法为,按权利要求1或2所述的重量百分比称取各原料,分别粉碎后过100目-200目的标准筛,混合均匀即可。
4.由权利要求1-3中任一项所述的纳米生物养生复合材料制成的刮熨板、热熨罐或烫熨热灸颗粒。
5.根据权利要求4所述的刮熨板、热熨罐或烫熨热灸颗粒,其特征在于:所述的刮熨板、热熨罐或烫熨热灸颗粒在8-18μm范围的红外发射率ε>90%;比重为1.5-2.0g/cm3;负离子含量为2000±500个/cm3。
6.权利要求4所述的刮熨板、热熨罐或烫熨热灸颗粒的用途,用于人体经络养生保健。
7.权利要求4所述的刮熨板、热熨罐或烫熨热灸颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)将所述的纳米生物养生复合材料投入沉浆池进行陈腐15天,之后通过练泥机的真空炼制2-3小时,得到泥料;
2)将泥料置于高位浆桶化浆,之后注入模具,带模室温下干燥1-3周后获得坯体,之后在坯体表面上釉,装匣于1000-1100℃烧制,获得所述的刮熨板、热熨罐或烫熨热灸颗粒。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法制备得到的刮熨板、热熨罐或烫熨热灸颗粒。
9.权利要求8所述的刮熨板、热熨罐或烫熨热灸颗粒的用途,用于人体经络养生保健。
10.根据权利要求9所述的刮熨板、热熨罐或烫熨热灸颗粒的用途,其特征在于:所述的烫熨热灸颗粒冰冻后取出,与患处直接接触,或者装在袋中覆在患处表面。
