Abstract
本发明公开一种铝合金表面搪瓷涂层的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:(1)将铝合金表面用酸溶液清洗活化后,表面涂刷粘附液;(2)将搪瓷釉料喷涂在铝合金的表面,然后加入至高温炉中,进行烧结处理后制得成品。本发明提供的一种铝合金表面搪瓷涂层的制备方法,操作简单,成本低廉,制得的搪瓷涂层,具有优异的力学性能和化学稳定性,尤其是其与铝合金基体的强度高,次品率低。

技术领域
本发明属于铝合金制备技术领域,具体涉及一种铝合金表面搪瓷涂层的制备方法。
背景技术
铝合金是工业中应用最广泛的一类有色金属结构材料,在航空、航天、汽车、机械制造、船舶及化学工业中已大量应用。工业经济的飞速发展,对铝合金焊接结构件的需求日益增多,使铝合金的焊接性研究也随之深入。铝搪瓷制品具有优良的耐击性能、耐磨性能和热稳定性能,并且易于清洁,其优良色泽能保持一二十年之久,但是其在制备的过程中,存在着搪瓷层与基体的结合力较低的现象,次品率较高。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种铝合金表面搪瓷涂层的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种铝合金表面搪瓷涂层的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将铝合金表面用酸溶液清洗活化后,表面涂刷粘附液,其中粘附液由以下重量份的组分制成:氟化氢铵11-15份、异柠檬酸三钠盐4-8份、1-癸烷磺酸钠1-5份、五硼酸铵4-8份、水190-200份;
(2)将搪瓷釉料喷涂在铝合金的表面,然后加入至高温炉中,进行烧结处理后制得成品,其中搪瓷釉料由以下重量份的组分制成:氧化硅19-22份、氧化硼14-17份、氧化铬3-6份、氟硅酸钠7-10份、硼酸锌2-5份、去离子水5-8份。
具体地,上述粘附液的用量为350-400ml/m2。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,高温炉中烧结的温度为510-520℃,烧结的时间为4-6min。
由以上的技术方案可知,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供的一种铝合金表面搪瓷涂层的制备方法,操作简单,成本低廉,制得的搪瓷涂层,具有优异的力学性能和化学稳定性,尤其是其与铝合金基体的强度高,次品率低。其中,步骤(1)提供的粘结剂,可有效的避免搪瓷釉料喷涂在铝合金基体上时,釉料在基体表面出现气泡,导致釉料在烧结的过程中产生气孔,进而有效的提升了搪瓷涂层与基体的结合力,降低了次品率。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下实施例对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施方例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
一种铝合金表面搪瓷涂层的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将铝合金表面用酸溶液清洗活化后,表面涂刷粘附液,其中粘附液由以下重量份的组分制成:氟化氢铵11份、异柠檬酸三钠盐4份、1-癸烷磺酸钠1份、五硼酸铵4份、水190份;
(2)将搪瓷釉料喷涂在铝合金的表面,然后加入至高温炉中,进行烧结处理后制得成品,其中搪瓷釉料由以下重量份的组分制成:氧化硅19份、氧化硼14份、氧化铬3份、氟硅酸钠7份、硼酸锌2份、去离子水5份。
具体地,上述粘附液的用量为350ml/m2。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,高温炉中烧结的温度为510℃,烧结的时间为4min。
实施例2
一种铝合金表面搪瓷涂层的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将铝合金表面用酸溶液清洗活化后,表面涂刷粘附液,其中粘附液由以下重量份的组分制成:氟化氢铵13份、异柠檬酸三钠盐6份、1-癸烷磺酸钠3份、五硼酸铵6份、水195份;
(2)将搪瓷釉料喷涂在铝合金的表面,然后加入至高温炉中,进行烧结处理后制得成品,其中搪瓷釉料由以下重量份的组分制成:氧化硅20份、氧化硼16份、氧化铬5份、氟硅酸钠8份、硼酸锌3份、去离子水7份。
具体地,上述粘附液的用量为380ml/m2。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,高温炉中烧结的温度为515℃,烧结的时间为5min。
实施例3
一种铝合金表面搪瓷涂层的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将铝合金表面用酸溶液清洗活化后,表面涂刷粘附液,其中粘附液由以下重量份的组分制成:氟化氢铵15份、异柠檬酸三钠盐8份、1-癸烷磺酸钠5份、五硼酸铵8份、水200份;
(2)将搪瓷釉料喷涂在铝合金的表面,然后加入至高温炉中,进行烧结处理后制得成品,其中搪瓷釉料由以下重量份的组分制成:氧化硅22份、氧化硼17份、氧化铬6份、氟硅酸钠10份、硼酸锌5份、去离子水8份。
具体地,上述粘附液的用量为400ml/m2。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,高温炉中烧结的温度为520℃,烧结的时间为6min。

1.一种铝合金表面搪瓷涂层的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将铝合金表面用酸溶液清洗活化后,表面涂刷粘附液,其中粘附液由以下重量份的组分制成:氟化氢铵11-15份、异柠檬酸三钠盐4-8份、1-癸烷磺酸钠1-5份、五硼酸铵4-8份、水190-200份;
(2)将搪瓷釉料喷涂在铝合金的表面,然后加入至高温炉中,进行烧结处理后制得成品,其中搪瓷釉料由以下重量份的组分制成:氧化硅19-22份、氧化硼14-17份、氧化铬3-6份、氟硅酸钠7-10份、硼酸锌2-5份、去离子水5-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝合金表面搪瓷涂层的制备方法,其特征在于,上述粘附液的用量为350-400ml/m2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝合金表面搪瓷涂层的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(2)中,高温炉中烧结的温度为510-520℃,烧结的时间为4-6min。
