本发明公开了一种两用带式输送,包括机架(2)、托辊支架(7)、托辊、输送带(10),托辊支架(7)固定在机架(2)上,所述托辊包括中托辊(11)及边托辊(12),两个托辊支架(7)通过挂绳(5)将托辊挂起,所述输送带(10)位于所述托辊上方,所述托辊支架(7)上方设有通孔(8),通孔(8)的外侧设有滑轮(6),所述机架(2)的两侧设有滚筒(3),所述挂绳(5)的两端穿过所述通孔(8)、并绕过滑轮(6)固定在滚筒(3)上,该滚筒(3)由可锁死的动力装置驱动。本发明通过调整输送带的状态,既可以运送散体物料,又可以运送箱体货物。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种输送机,具体涉及一种两用带式输送机,属于运输机械领域。
背景技术
带式输送机一般用来短距离运输散体物料,由位于中间的中托辊及位于两侧的边托辊支撑输送带运输物料,为保证输送的散体物料在输送过程中不掉落,中托辊的高度要低于边托辊的高度,以使输送带向下弯曲,这样物料就不容易掉落;但是这样的设计就使该种输送机不能运送体积较大、形状较为规则的货物,例如箱体。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种两用带式输送机,既可以运送散体物料,又可以通过调整托辊来运送箱体货物。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的一种两用带式输送,包括机架、托辊支架、托辊、输送带,托辊支架固定在机架上,所述托辊包括中托辊及边托辊,两个托辊支架通过挂绳将托辊挂起,所述输送带位于所述托辊上方,所述托辊支架上方设有通孔,通孔的外侧设有滑轮,所述机架的两侧设有滚筒,所述挂绳的两端穿过所述通孔、并绕过滑轮固定在滚筒上,该滚筒由可锁死的动力装置驱动。
进一步地,所述动力装置为液压马达,并设有油箱为该液压马达提供液压油。
进一步地,还设有镇压轮,该镇压轮固定于压轮架上,压轮架固定于所述边托辊的轴的外侧,所述压轮压着所述输送带。
挂绳缠绕在滚筒上,由动力装置带动滚筒旋转使位于滚筒外的挂绳长度增加,托辊在重力作用下下垂,中托辊高度低于边托辊,因此输送带中部凹陷、两边翘起,这样可以有利于运输散体物料,防止散体物料从输送带的两侧掉落,当中托辊达到最优高度使,动力装置停止并锁死;而动力装置带动滚筒旋转使位于滚筒外的挂绳长度缩短,当挂绳被拉直后,动力装置停止并锁死,此时中托辊及边托辊的高度相等,输送带由中部凹陷变为水平,利于运输箱体货物。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,一种多功能带式输送,包括机架2、托辊支架7、托辊、输送带10,托辊支架7固定在机架2上,托辊包括中托辊11及边托辊12,两个托辊支架7通过挂绳5将托辊挂起,输送带10位于托辊上方,托辊支架7上方设有通孔8,通孔8的外侧设有滑轮6,机架2的两侧设有滚筒3,挂绳5的两端穿过通孔8、并绕过滑轮6固定在滚筒3上,该滚筒3由可锁死的动力装置驱动。
挂绳5缠绕在滚筒3上,由动力装置带动滚筒3旋转使位于滚筒3外的挂绳5长度增加,托辊在重力作用下下垂,中托辊11高度低于边托辊12,因此输送带10中部凹陷、两边翘起,这样可以有利于运输散体物料,防止散体物料从输送带10的两侧掉落,当中托辊11达到最优高度使,动力装置停止并锁死;而动力装置带动滚筒3旋转使位于滚筒3外的挂绳5长度缩短,当挂绳5被拉直后,动力装置停止并锁死,此时中托辊11及边托辊12的高度相等,输送带10由中部凹陷变为水平,利于运输箱体货物。
进一步地,如图1所示,动力装置为液压马达4,并设有油箱1为该液压马达4提供液压油,采用液压马达4,动力更加强劲,且采用液压马达4可以更加容易地锁死滚筒3,使控制过程更加精简,不易损坏。
进一步地,还设有镇压轮9,该镇压轮9固定于压轮架上,压轮架固定于边托辊12的轴的外侧,压轮压着输送带10,当挂绳5伸长或缩短时,中托辊11及边托辊12高度变化,镇压轮9压着输送带10,可以使输送带10随托辊同步变形。

1.一种两用带式输送,包括机架(2)、托辊支架(7)、托辊、输送带(10),托辊支架(7)固定在机架(2)上,所述托辊包括中托辊(11)及边托辊(12),两个托辊支架(7)通过挂绳(5)将托辊挂起,所述输送带(10)位于所述托辊上方,其特征在于:所述托辊支架(7)上方设有通孔(8),通孔(8)的外侧设有滑轮(6),所述机架(2)的两侧设有滚筒(3),所述挂绳(5)的两端穿过所述通孔(8)、并绕过滑轮(6)固定在滚筒(3)上,该滚筒(3)由可锁死的动力装置驱动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种两用带式输送,其特征在于:所述动力装置为液压马达(4),并设有油箱(1)为该液压马达(4)提供液压油。
3.根据权利要求1或2任意一项所述的一种两用带式输送,其特征在于:还设有镇压轮(9),该镇压轮(9)固定于压轮架上,压轮架固定于所述边托辊(12)的轴的外侧,所述压轮压着所述输送带(10)。
