a receiving seat adjusting mechanism (12) arranged on a bottom plate of the tube expander and positioned below the expansion rod hanging mechanism, wherein the receiving seat adjusting mechanism (12) comprises a base (120) for installing a receiving seat (56), and the receiving seat (56) is used for supporting the bottom of a heat exchange tube of the heat exchanger so that the expansion rod hanging mechanism (52) performs tube expansion operation on the heat exchange tube of the heat exchanger supported on the receiving seat adjusting mechanism (12);
the base (120) comprises:
a first adjustment support (1200) and a second adjustment support (1201), wherein the first adjustment support (1200) and the second adjustment support (1201) are used for installing the receiving seat (56), and the first adjustment support (1200) is arranged in a lifting manner relative to the second adjustment support (1201) so that the receiving seat (56) positioned on the first adjustment support (1200) and the receiving seat (56) positioned on the second adjustment support (1201) respectively support two groups of heat exchange tubes of the heat exchanger;
the expansion rod suspension mechanism (52) comprises:
a first expander mandrel (510) for mounting a plurality of first expander mandrels for expanding a first set of metal tubes of the heat exchanger located on the table assembly;
a second expander mandrel (511) for mounting a plurality of second expander mandrels for expanding a second set of metal tubes of the heat exchanger located on the table assembly;
wherein the first expansion rod template (510) is located above the second expansion rod template (511), and the first expansion rod template (510) is movably arranged relative to the second expansion rod template (511) so as to adjust the height of the first expansion rod.
2. A pipe expansion operation device according to claim 1, wherein the base (120) comprises:
and the support driving assembly (1202) is in driving connection with the first adjusting support (1200) so as to drive the first adjusting support (1200) to lift.
3. A tubular expansion operation device according to claim 2, wherein the seat drive assembly (1202) comprises:
