The hot water generating device is used for generating boiling water; the steam generating device is arranged in a steam cavity (3) of the steam box and receives boiling water generated by the hot water generating device, and the steam generating device heats the boiling water to continuously generate saturated steam; the controller controls the amount of boiling water introduced from the hot water generating device to the steam generating device. The steam box is additionally provided with the hot water generating device, and quantitative boiling water is input into the steam generating device through the hot water generating device, so that the steam generating device achieves the effect of saturated cooking of food. In the steam box, the steam generating device can simulate the effect of an original saturated steamer to directly heat boiling water, steam can be quickly discharged, the large steam quantity is ensured, the generated steam is saturated steam, and meanwhile, the controller can control the hot water generating device to realize precise water supply so as to save energy consumption and improve the satisfaction degree of users.

In modern life, a steamer or a steam box is often used for steaming food. Meanwhile, the existing steam box usually adopts a steam generating device, but the working principle of the steam box is to generate superheated steam, the temperature of an air jet is usually higher than 100 ℃, although the temperature in the steam box can reach 100 ℃ quickly, the actual cooking environment generated by the superheated steam is not saturated steam, and the food heating speed is slower than that of a steamer.

The water temperature sensor is adopted to sense and control the water boiling temperature in real time, and the controller is used to control the flow control valve so as to realize the quantitative supply of boiling water for the steam generating device 2.

In order to prevent the dry-heating phenomenon in the steam generating device 2, a certain amount of dry-heating preventing water D is additionally added, so the amount of boiling water required for cooking food is preferably T C + D, the saturated steam amount can be ensured under the condition of not wasting heating energy, and the dry-heating phenomenon can not occur.
Specifically, in the steam box of the present invention, after the user selects the cooking heating power B (i.e., selects the steam amount) and the cooking heating time T (i.e., selects the tenderness of the cooking effect) according to the actual cooking requirement, the controller calculates the total amount of boiling water T C + D according to the formula (1) and the dry-boiling-preventing amount of boiling water in the preset program, and controls the hot water generating device 1 to supply the steam generating device 1 with the amount of boiling water T C + D. Wherein, the steam generating device 2 directly heats boiling water to ensure the purpose of quickly discharging saturated steam, and simultaneously, the effect of precise water supply is achieved due to the control of the controller. Correspondingly, the flow control valve is arranged in the hot water generating device 1 to control the water supply quantity, and the timer is arranged in the steam generating device 2 to control the heating time T, so that the steam box can finally achieve the effects of precisely controlling the quick steam discharge and saving water and energy.
Wherein, according to the actual size of the cavity inside the steam box, namely the size of the boiling water cavity of the steam generating device 2, the controller is configured as follows:
