本发明涉及服装面料领域,特别涉及一种吸湿快干的消防员内衣。
背景技术
吸湿快干内衣是指利用纤维表面具有的沟槽所产生的毛细现象使汗水经扩散、传输、芯吸等作用,迅速传导至面料的外表面,并使水分尽快挥发,保持皮肤表面的干爽,从而达到导湿快干的目的。消防员吸湿速干内衣是消防战士穿着在消防防护服最里层,直接接触皮肤,并且具有吸湿速干、阻燃等功能的一种内衣。消防员内衣类似于军队作训服和运动内衣,但其防护功能的要求又高于军队作训服和运动内衣,它兼具阻燃性、吸湿速干性等功能要求,结实耐穿,适合消防部队作战、训练和执勤时穿着。传统的消防员内衣大多为棉质内衣,虽然柔软贴合皮肤,吸湿能力强,但是放湿能力差。这就导致在大量运动时,内衣吸收的汗水不能够快速散发,从而会引起内衣粘连在皮肤上,这不仅会让人体产生不舒适的感觉,而且会使皮肤逐渐变冷,严重的还会引起风寒、感冒等症状。由于传统的消防员内衣存在热湿舒适性差的缺点,所以消防员吸湿快速干内衣应运而生。它能够实现体温调节、控制积聚在服装内汗水的重量、避免皮肤在变得潮湿时产生水泡、发炎现象以及降低微生物繁殖等功能,大大提升了消防员的心理和生理舒适性,能有效提高作战效率。目前,国外最常用的吸湿速干型纤维材料有两类,一类为超细旦和细旦的合成纤维,如细旦丙论、超细旦涤纶等,其特点是在细旦纤维织造的面料表面形成无数个微细的凹凸结构,像是无数个毛细管,增强了面料的毛细芯吸效应。另一类为特殊异形截面合成纤维,如美国杜邦公司研发的COOLMAX纤维;日本帝人公司开发的聚酯多孔中空纤维;日本东丽公司开发的强吸湿聚酰胺纤维等。
现有技术如授权公告号为CN 104413965 B的中国发明专利,公开了一种轻薄保暖和吸湿排汗的多功能面料,面料为双层结构,里层为中空远红外保暖纤维、亲水性吸湿排汗纤维,以及棉或粘纤三种材料混纺织物,具有保暖和导湿排汗功能;表层为弹性纤维与棉或粘纤的混纺织物,具有耐久弹性和吸湿快干功能;表里层接结后中间形成规律的空气隔热腔,增强蓄热保暖性。面料整体体现轻薄保暖的舒适性和导湿快干的透气效果,并具有耐久的尺寸稳定性和上佳的手感,尤其适用于内衣、保暖服等的设计应用。但该面料不具备阻燃,存在一定的安全隐患,不适合用于消防员内衣,且该面料没有除臭功能,出汗后会遗留臭味,使人感觉不舒服。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种吸湿效果佳,挥发迅速,阻燃、抑菌和除臭效果好,亲肤性好,穿着舒服的吸湿快干的消防员内衣。
本发明针对上述技术中提到的问题,采取的技术方案为:一种吸湿快干的消防员内衣,该内衣为无缝内衣,其采用一体成型技术,袖子处做插肩袖处理。无缝内衣可以将多种组织结构在同一平面上织造出来,连续的纬编针织织造工艺使衣片具有较强的弹性,增强穿着舒适性。
作为优选,内衣的前胸、腹部、腋下和后背位置采用芯吸条面料,上述芯吸条面料由康纶纤维和尼龙交织而成。在人体大量流汗时,通过该面料可将人体汗液快速吸收并转移到内衣外表层,在体温的带动下,组织外表面凹槽内的空气产生对流,将潮热的湿气带走,为身体持续引入新鲜空气,空气不断的流动在空气调节通道中,有效地吸引水分远离汗水区,使汗水在体热的带动下排出体外,快速为皮肤表面降温去除闷热感,且康纶纤维内部加入银基抗菌物质,具有抗菌除臭的功效。
作为优选,内衣的其他部位采用透气阻燃面料,上述透气阻燃面料的制备方法为:

1)将棉纱线在90-100℃下放入净洗剂溶液中处理20-40min,净洗剂溶液的浴比为l:48-53、浓度为0.9-1.1g/L,然后用清水洗净,晾干后放入低温等离子体处理器中,在功率为130-160w下进行等离子体处理80-100s,再将棉纱线浸入浴比为1:50-70的后处理剂中,后处理剂为重量比为1:0.021-0.025的甲基三乙氧基硅烷和二甲基二乙氧基硅烷,在95-105℃下后处理20-40min,然后将纱线取出用无水乙醇与蒸馏水洗净,烘干,即得到改性棉纱线;
2)将混纺纱上机织造,由经线和纬线采用一上一下平纹组织交织得到基布,热定型,最后投入整理液中进行整理,即得吸水透气性面料;
3)将基布投入整理液中,超声波震荡10-15min,织物二浸二轧,带液率为75-85%,在75-85℃条件下预烘4-8min,然后135-145℃条件下烘焙2-5min,即得透气阻燃面料。
上述净洗剂为重量比为1:0.33-0.36:0.02-0.022的十二烷基苯磺酸钠、雷米邦A和抑菌蛋白混合物,所述抗菌蛋白的氨基酸序列为TDHKLCVYLCRVLHPGKLCVCVNCSKQDNAYASAICHGGKTCEGICADATATMDRYSDTGGPLSTARCVNAFHFYKGCSLYEENVSYKPFVVSWKYGVAGFYTHCGPNFCCCIS。
上述整理液的成分及其重量份为:β-环糊精3-5份、壳聚糖0.5-2份、柠檬酸2.5-3.5份、阻燃剂2-3份、柔软剂1-3份、HMW8870 2.5-5份、渗透剂0.8-1.2份、聚乙二醇1-5份、水80-100份。上述整理液中阻燃剂为聚磷酸铵。
实施例2:
一种吸湿快干的消防员内衣,该内衣为无缝内衣,其采用一体成型技术,袖子处做插肩袖处理。
上述内衣的前胸、腹部、腋下和后背位置采用芯吸条面料,上述芯吸条面料由康纶纤维和尼龙交织而成。
上述内衣的其他部位采用透气阻燃面料,上述透气阻燃面料的制备方法为:
1)将棉纱线在100℃下放入净洗剂溶液中处理25min,净洗剂溶液的浴比为l:53、浓度为0.92g/L,然后用清水洗净,晾干后放入低温等离子体处理器中,在功率为160w下进行等离子体处理80s,再将棉纱线浸入浴比为1:70的后处理剂中,后处理剂为重量比为1:0.021的甲基三乙氧基硅烷和二甲基二乙氧基硅烷,在105℃下后处理22min,然后将纱线取出用无水乙醇与蒸馏水洗净,烘干,即得到改性棉纱线;
2)将混纺纱上机织造,由经线和纬线采用一上一下平纹组织交织得到基布,热定型,最后投入整理液中进行整理,即得吸水透气性面料;
3)将基布投入整理液中,超声波震荡15min,织物二浸二轧,带液率为75%,在85℃条件下预烘4min,然后145℃条件下烘焙2min,即得透气阻燃面料。
上述净洗剂为重量比为1:0.36:0.02的十二烷基苯磺酸钠、雷米邦A和抑菌蛋白混合物,所述抗菌蛋白的氨基酸序列为TDHKLCVYLCRVLHPGKLCVCVNCSKQDNAYASAICHGGKTCEGICADATATMDRYSDTGGPLSTARCVNAFHFYKGCSLYEENVSYKPFVVSWKYGVAGFYTHCGPNFCCCIS。
上述整理液的成分及其重量份为:β-环糊精5份、壳聚糖0.5份、柠檬酸3.5份、阻燃剂2份、柔软剂3份、HMW8870 2.5份、渗透剂1.2份、聚乙二醇1份、水100份。上述整理液中阻燃剂为聚磷酸铵。
实施例3:
一种吸湿快干的消防员内衣,该内衣为无缝内衣,其采用一体成型技术,袖子处做插肩袖处理。
上述内衣的前胸、腹部、腋下和后背位置采用芯吸条面料,上述芯吸条面料由康纶纤维和尼龙交织而成。
上述内衣的其他部位采用透气阻燃面料,上述透气阻燃面料的制备方法为:
1)将棉纱线在95℃下放入净洗剂溶液中处理30min,净洗剂溶液的浴比为l:50、浓度为1.0g/L,然后用清水洗净,晾干后放入低温等离子体处理器中,在功率为150w下进行等离子体处理90s,再将棉纱线浸入浴比为1:60的后处理剂中,后处理剂为重量比为1:0.023的甲基三乙氧基硅烷和二甲基二乙氧基硅烷,在100℃下后处理30min,然后将纱线取出用无水乙醇与蒸馏水洗净,烘干,即得到改性棉纱线;
2)将混纺纱上机织造,由经线和纬线采用一上一下平纹组织交织得到基布,热定型,最后投入整理液中进行整理,即得吸水透气性面料;
3)将基布投入整理液中,超声波震荡12min,织物二浸二轧,带液率为80%,在80℃条件下预烘6min,然后140℃条件下烘焙3min,即得透气阻燃面料。
上述净洗剂为重量比为1:0.35:0.021的十二烷基苯磺酸钠、雷米邦A和抑菌蛋白混合物,所述抗菌蛋白的氨基酸序列为TDHKLCVYLCRVLHPGKLCVCVNCSKQDNAYASAICHGGKTCEGICADATATMDRYSDTGGPLSTARCVNAFHFYKGCSLYEENVSYKPFVVSWKYGVAGFYTHCGPNFCCCIS。
上述整理液的成分及其重量份为:β-环糊精4份、壳聚糖1.2份、柠檬酸3.0份、阻燃剂2.5份、柔软剂2份、HMW8870 3.5份、渗透剂1.0份、聚乙二醇3份、水90份。上述整理液中阻燃剂为聚磷酸铵。
实施例4:
防臭吸湿快干面料性能测试:
将实施例1、实施例2、实施例3的面料设为试验组,普通市售面料设为对照组,分别进行防臭吸湿快干面料性能测试。
吸水率测试:将待测试的面料置于水中完全润湿5min后取出自然悬挂,当两滴水落下的时间间隔超过30s时,可以认为试样已经不再滴水,立即称取试样的重量,计算含水率,结果如表1所示。
水分蒸发时间和速率测试:当吸水率测试中的润湿样品不再滴水时称取重量,之后每隔10min便称取一次重量,当前后两次试验称取的质量之差小于或等于1%时,试验结束,可得到水分蒸发时间和速率,结果如表1所示。

由表1可知,本发明面料的吸氨值远远大于对照组,说明本发明面料吸水率超过200%,达到吸湿快干性织物的标准;本发明面料的水分蒸发时间短,蒸发速率快,说明本发明面料的快干效果好于对照组。
本发明的操作步骤中的常规操作为本领域技术人员所熟知,在此不进行赘述。

1.一种吸湿快干的消防员内衣,其特征在于:所述内衣为无缝内衣,其采用一体成型技术,袖子处做插肩袖处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸湿快干的消防员内衣,其特征在于:所述内衣的前胸、腹部、腋下和后背位置采用芯吸条面料,所述芯吸条面料由康纶纤维和尼龙交织而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸湿快干的消防员内衣,其特征在于:所述内衣的其他部位采用透气阻燃面料,所述透气阻燃面料的制备方法为:
1)将棉纱线放入净洗剂溶液中处理,然后用清水洗净,晾干后放入低温等离子体处理器中,进行等离子体处理,再将棉纱线浸入后处理剂中后处理,然后将纱线取出用无水乙醇与蒸馏水洗净,烘干,即得到改性棉纱线;
2)将混纺纱上机织造,由经线和纬线采用一上一下平纹组织交织得到基布,热定型,最后投入整理液中进行整理,即得吸水透气性面料;
3)将基布投入整理液中,超声波震荡,织物二浸二轧,预烘,烘焙,即得透气阻燃面料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸湿快干的消防员内衣用透气阻燃面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述净洗剂为重量比为1:0.33-0.36:0.02-0.022的十二烷基苯磺酸钠、雷米邦A和抑菌蛋白混合物,所述抗菌蛋白的氨基酸序列为TDHKLCVYLCRVLHPGKLCVCVNCSKQDNAYASAICHGGKTCEGICADATATMDRYSDTGGPLSTARCVNAFHFYKGCSLYEENVSYKPFVVSWKYGVAGFYTHCGPNFCCCIS。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸湿快干的消防员内衣用透气阻燃面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤1中净洗剂溶液的浴比为l:48-53、浓度为0.9-1.1g/L,净洗处理温度为90-100℃,时间为20-40min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸湿快干的消防员内衣用透气阻燃面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤1中后处理剂为重量比为1:0.021-0.025的甲基三乙氧基硅烷和二甲基二乙氧基硅烷。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸湿快干的消防员内衣用透气阻燃面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤3中整理液的成分及其重量份为:β-环糊精3-5份、壳聚糖0.5-2份、柠檬酸2.5-3.5份、阻燃剂2-3份、柔软剂1-3份、HMW8870 2.5-5份、渗透剂0.8-1.2份、聚乙二醇1-5份、水80-100份。
